great location but the place could use some upgrading the hallways smelled and the ice machines were all broken also there is no one at the hotel you have to go back down the road to the main checkin for all the hotels in the village.

Far from Radium were we thought we were staying. The Hotel was in a beautiful location but had no air and was real hot and the windows had to be opened to cool the room down at night but the music and people were so lowed that we could not sleep till 2am.

We liked this place, it locates in beautiful quiet mountain are with fresh air and deer walking around. The willage itself is nice, but kind of far (12 miles driving up on mountain road, which took us about 30 minutes). Room was nice, clean, with all accomodations. And since it's a resort it has everything for recreational activities.

The Pine Inn at Panorama is the "motel style" lodging. When we arrived it was under renovation - we had not been informed about this in ad advance. I have to say that the work itself caused us no problems, but imagine walking into what you think is an okay, not too luxurious, inexpensive hotel/motel. And find the carpets of the stairs so worn there […] are holes in them. Then you enter the hallway to find holes int he walls. some of them already filled with putty - other not.. The door to your room has not seen any paint in years. It's dark and gloomy and you just hope and pray you won\t meet anyone with bad intentions. All I can say is: avoid this place. Even when renovated it is the dumps. Think of where they use to film the porn films in the 60's abd 70's. Sleasey motels in the middle of no-where. Multiply that with factor 2 and you have a good idea of what to expect. Panorama is a great place. If you really want to go, spend the extra 50 bucks a night for a descent place to stay. Looking to break up with your husband or wife - take them there !!! Guaranteed to make them run away as fast as they can. On the positive side, the staff of Panorama are great. From reception to the bars, restaurants and ski lifts. Kudo's for helpfulness, friendliness and service. Just a shame about the horrible accomodation. Read more

The panorama village is beautiful, but when you arrive at night and have to drive up this twisting road it can be unnerving. Plus you NEED TO KNOW that the check in building is at the beginning of the village!!! If you plug the address from hotels.com into a gps you arrive and drive around and around trying to find the front of this hotel to check in! […] Then you call the hotel number and are told " well you need to check in before you go to your room" ... No really? So hotels.com for ALL the hotels, inns, cabins, etc in panorama You have to CHECK IN in a SEPARATE BUILDING!!! And the 'check in sign' is SMALL!!!! It was a good experience . Rooms very clean.Hotel location good because we chose the location. lovely surroundings. This is not a negative comment but wondering if the rooms could have small fridges. I am a diabetic and I need to have a fridge to store my insulin...all was great . We will come again.

We were not able to contact the hotel to let them know we would not be able to attend one of the nights we were booked for as the email confirmation had the wrong phone #s and even hotel.com couldn't get through. Overall the surrounding resort was very beautiful, unfortunately the Pine Inn is in dire need of an upgrade! It was overall quite a revolting room, the sheets were clean but the pillows smelled of body odor and vomit, the bedspreads were gross and the blankets in the closet were placed there without being washed, yuck and yuck! I booked in June for […] a wedding in September and was told there were no other options than the Pine Inn? After finding out that others had booked much later and got rooms in newer buildings I wonder if we were placed there because they knew we would come regardless as we wouldn't miss a wedding? Also the bride was told that this hotel had received a facelift recently or would have before the beginning of Sept. If you are going to Panorama stay away from the Pine Inn! I don't blame the hotel but some idiot pulled the fire alarm at 1:30 in the morning, its cold in the mountains at night waiting outside for permission to return to your room. Read more

My family and I enjoyed the stay at the pine inn. It was affordable and very convenient to all the amenities of panorama. The only negative thing we encountered was the tile in the washroom needed to be scrubbed clean. It was kind of gross.

It was a long ways from home for just one night, but we were happy with our choice just the same. Brought my parents out for my dad's 60th birthday and expected them to be discouraged by the distance, but we all had an extremely good time. Planning a trip back at Christmas. My bottom line for a hotel is clean sheets... the room was shabby but functional. The resort, however, was spectacular. There was a water park with slides and hot pools. The quad chair would take you up the mountain to hike (included in rate) there was a small amusement area for kids with a bouncy castle and bungee trampoline. Restaurants were excellent […] and it was the best breakfast sandwich i have had anywhere. They were very family friendly and fulfilled all of our requirements. I would go again. Read more

an excellent location for those seeking outdoor activities, summer or winter. A few steps from restaurants, the pool, the chair lift and a family friendly bar. The stay was very nice. The Pine Inn is and older building but the room was very clean. The room was a really nice size. The staff at Panorama is very friendly and we really appreciate the pass for the lift to the top of the mountain.

Had a wonderful time and hope to come back again...the T-bar pub was great and had wonderful food and friendly service...we just wish that the remaining businesses stayed open a little later...it was hard to enjoy it when you come back to your hotel from an outing and then find everything is closed...other than that it was awesome!!!

We really enjoyed our time at Panorama. the only BIG draw back was we couldn't drink the water once we used up the little bit of boiled water they gave us we had to buy water to brush our teeth and so on which was really not good, we paid for a room ,thought that meant utilities came with the cost of the room!

Hi, what a delight to find ourselves five flights up and watching activity all around us. When we walked outside the back door to the hillside, it was only two flights. We were given water to drink on the first night because of a water-alert. We stayed three nights and travelled to Radium Hot Springs everyday ; but we took in the activities of Panorama, […] hikes, gondola lifts to mountain tops and /or shopping down below. We were woken up by mice scratching in the walls, and to ants crawling on the floor. Our beds were uncomfortable and the bottom sheets were not fitted therefore moved around on us in the night until we were sleeping on the bare mattress. There was grass between the sheets. This place was horrible and we will never return. We were told to boil the water before drinking it but we were in a hotel type room with no way to do that. the room was worn and dirty and it was noisy until about 4 am.

Although the location was not very close to Invermere, the hotel is located in a good place with beautiful view. Easy access to store with free gondolla and very friendly people. Although the hotel did not have a fridge, the room was clean and a great taste of coffee in the morning.
