"Love the location"
First room not properly cleaned. Front staff were good about getting a clean room. Hotel is old and showing ware, but fantastic location if you are a skier. Tried lessons at the glass store in same building - fantastic! Tried to book reflexology but short staff.Genuine Expedia guest review
I only stayed one night but the fact that I didn't have to drive all the way up the mountain was a major plus and we got there just in time for some much needed hot tub time. I had a great stay.Genuine Expedia guest review
"A good place to stay for not much money"
Rooms are very plain, beds were OK and bathroom was clean. A cheap stay at a ski resort, close to the lifts and great place to stay a night or two.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Panorama on a budget"
The hotel and rooms are old, but in reasonable condition. The reason to stay there is the price. Less than half of anything else on the hill, or so. There is no maid, service, but that is part of what keeps the costs down. The rooms are functional, though not particularily comfortable. If you are on a budget, and plan on being on hill all day, in bar […] at nite, it is a good deal. If having a very nice and comfy room is what you want, this is not the inn for you. Like all resorts at Panorama, it includes access to the heated outdoor pool and hot tubs. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
No one would answer the phone at front desk. Check in was at least a half mile away from room, no notice of this was explained to us. Room was not cleaned, beds not made while we were there.Genuine Expedia guest review
"perfect for skiiers/boarders"
We HIGHLY recommend Pine Inn, we stayed in room 104 from December 23-25 for a skiing getaway, and everything about the hotel and the whole Panorama resort was just great. Pine Inn is literally right beside Mile 1 Quad lift chair, and most of the restaurants/coffee/rental shops, has ski lockers, it's own hot tub which was great, the room was clean and […] nice. You also get access to the hot pool included with your stay. We were pleasantly suprised by all this since the price was so reasonable, I've stayed at the more expensive rooms in Panorama and yes they are a bit fancier, but not worth the big jump in price compared to Pine Inn. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Also, it's very handy that you can buy lift tickets at Central check in when you arrive. We'll be back :) Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Beautiful Resort with beautiful views"
The staff are beyond amazing and friendly. The food here was incredibly well priced, fresh and by far the beSt tasting food I have had any ski resort. The Bed was a 7/10 a little firm for my comfort. Overall for the price you can't ask more much for.Genuine Expedia guest review
Went in the off season but overall it was good for the priceGenuine Expedia guest review
We stayed between winter and summer season so not alot was opened by the pools were amazing, and the views breath taking. We would stay there again.Genuine Expedia guest review
About 30 minutes to check in and I was the only one in the lobby. The pass card did not work - had to call down for a replacent. At least 45 minutes since arrival before I got into the room. The inside of the shower curtain was very dirty and in need of cleaning.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
I will go back for some snow boarding for sure !!!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
This hotel was a great deal for the price. It's a little older and could use some updating but was very clean, spacious and proximity to ski hill and great pub was super. This was a fall visit but we enjoyed being able open the patio doors onto the ski hill. They should have some outdoor chairs.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Everything was nice however, the restaurant leaves a lot to be desired not impressedGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Nice mountain resort"
We arrived late, found it easily, location was great.Genuine Expedia guest review
For what it is its great, the beds are comfy, the room while dated is clean, flatscreen TV's. I doubt you could get on hill lift front accomadations anywhere for better value then the Pine INN. The hot pools and swimming pool are included which just makes it an even better value. Unfortunately services available onsite during the shoulder season were […] very limited and Inveremere is a 20min drive on a twisty road away. Bring everything you'll need and its a great place. "Quad chair and free gondola going down at doorstep"
Drive up and use Elevator at left side of bldg with luggage cart. Room very spacious for gear. No fridge or micro. Keycard accesses panorama hot springs pool. Towels provided there. Small hot tub in bldg too. Few choices in summer for dinner. Lots of activities provided at resort. Few shops. Beautiful forested mtn setting. Bike park decent. 1 jump trail. […] 1 ladder trail. "Excellent location. Below Average Hotel."
The room had everything the average person needs. It was tidy, but not very appealing. During a 2 night stay, we didn't get any housekeeping. The location is ideal. It's right next to the chair lift, gondola, and within the village. The summer rate is excellent for families. It is a beautiful location, so there wasn't a reason to spend time in the room. […] It provided us with a clean bed. Good enough. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Only if you don't plan on hanging out in the room!"
The "path" to the room was ridiculous! Maneuvering through many buildings, up and down stairs was not convenient and at times incredibly frustrating. The room hotel at times was "creepy" according to my 9 year old. Security was a concern for him as anyone could walk into the Inn without a card. It is definitely the cheapest stay at Panorama. If you […] were here to ski and not to spend time in your room, it would be okay I guess. If we return to do this, we will pay more and stay somewhere else. Fine for students on a budget? We went only for the weekend from BC and met friends from Alberta. A few things to note; No air-conditioner (Not really needed), no mini fridge (Bring a cooler), no housecleaning services (My kids don't make their bed anyway) and Panorama is on the boil water advisory (They provide four litre jug of water). We had a loft upstairs for our kids and a […] room downstairs for us it was a fantastic setup. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Rocky Start ... Smooth finish"
On arrival, Expedia booked us into a partially subterranean room. I wasn't happy. But, the staff quickly rectified the situation and we were assigned to a more pleasant room. The view was spectacular and the overall ambiance was pleasant. Overall, I would recommend this hotel/lodge. Be advised boil water advisory aug 2013. Can bathe but not consume water. Hotel provided 4L of water for our two nite stay which was lots. Rooms are older. "Its all about location"
Great location and price so we were not disappointed. The hotel and room itself did not have any bells and whistles but the location in relation to the ski lift and other amenities was great. The trick is the common check-in so don't go straight to this hotel, but stop at the common check in as you enter Panorama and head for the hotel area.Genuine Expedia guest review
"We will be back!"
The experience was great! The staff were very nice and the village is very entertaining! I would love to have had a micro wave and small fridge in the room. There were few features besides the coffee maker.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Just what we needed"
Friendly staff, and a good price. This isn't high end, but it isn't priced as high end, either. Our stay was very comfortable and pleasant. There's no A/C, but despite the heat (~35 degrees), it was reasonable in the room. We had a good night's sleep and great access to the hill.Genuine Expedia guest review
The price was the cheapest for accomodation but i found that it still is not very reasonable. I think i would rather pay the extra 40 dollars next time. Without the airconditioning or even a fan , it can get really hot in the room. At 3 am, it is very loud outside the room. It nat be inevitable to get respectful guests but it went on for quite awhile. […] Otherwise staff were great welcoming and answering questions when called. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Clean and convenient."
Walking distance to everything we wanted to do. Service people were very nice. Room was clean but the beds were a bit hard. It would have been nice to know there was a boil water advisory before we left home. We could have brought our own water and saved some money.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Pretty good bang for the buck"
The hotel was conveniently located near to the only bar in town, this is great if you fancy food or a beer with family or friends. I guess it could be a little noisey if you were directly above the bar, though, we weren't so I have no complaints. The views were pleasant and we were located near to both the gondola which takes you to the lower part of […] the village (Open until 10pm) and the gondola which takes you to the top of the mountain, perfect for sight seeing or mountain biking (12 bucks a day pass - I think!) The resort is near to the best of the swimming pools and hot tubs which is ideal for kids (no alcohol allowed) and for a lazy day. There were 2 hot tubs, 2 pools (both ideal for kids) and 2 water slides and the views from there were stunning. Our room was no air conditioned, but none of the condo's were either where our family stayed, we requested a fan and a large high power fan arrived at our room within minutes. You need to pay for the internet access which is a little annoying, we paid $20 for 3 days because we needed it and the wireless works on 3 devices which was pretty cool and covers most of panorama village. The room is basic but had a large TV and the decor was good, it was all clean and the comfy. Personally I wouldn't think twice for the price about staying there - it was ideal for our needs but involved eating out daily (obviously!). Golf isn't too far away if you have a car and staying here you are local to the evening nightlife. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"would have loved air conditioning"
Hotel was a little older and needed some repairs. Probable my own fault but did not realise the hotel would not have air conditioning. 30 something degrees outside and 100 in the room, we were there during a boil water advisory and bottled water was provided in the room. however when we went to purchase a cold drink from the vending machine in the lobby […] it was warm!! "Disappointing stay :("
Great location, great scenery...unfortunately we requested a move 2X as the first room had a clogged tub, the 2nd room we had to deal with noisy guests above us. And due to circumstances beyond our control the management could not settle the guests down and only offered to move us after the 6th call to the front desk....at 2 am. So I would say if everything […] goes well it's a good place to stay, if anything goes wrong or of you have complaints, I wouldn't expect a lot in return for your troubles. "Need to know where to check in"
The panorama village is beautiful, but when you arrive at night and have to drive up this twisting road it can be unnerving. Plus you NEED TO KNOW that the check in building is at the beginning of the village!!! If you plug the address from hotels.com into a gps you arrive and drive around and around trying to find the front of this hotel to check in! […] Then you call the hotel number and are told " well you need to check in before you go to your room" ... No really? So hotels.com for ALL the hotels, inns, cabins, etc in panorama You have to CHECK IN in a SEPARATE BUILDING!!! And the 'check in sign' is SMALL!!!! Other than that, the building was very nice, and the pub was great. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"beutiful sites . Close to lift and family living"
It was a good experience . Rooms very clean.Hotel location good because we chose the location. lovely surroundings. This is not a negative comment but wondering if the rooms could have small fridges. We were not able to contact the hotel to let them know we would not be able to attend one of the nights we were booked for as the email confirmation had the wrong phone #s and even hotel.com couldn't get through. From the ratings we saw on the website, we weren't expecting much from the hotel and so we weren't disappointed. Would have been good to know […] where the check-in was. You pay for the view but not the hotel...BUt the view is worth it.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Overall the surrounding resort was very beautiful, unfortunately the Pine Inn is in dire need of an upgrade! It was overall quite a revolting room, the sheets were clean but the pillows smelled of body odor and vomit, the bedspreads were gross and the blankets in the closet were placed there without being washed, yuck and yuck! I booked in June for […] a wedding in September and was told there were no other options than the Pine Inn? After finding out that others had booked much later and got rooms in newer buildings I wonder if we were placed there because they knew we would come regardless as we wouldn't miss a wedding? Also the bride was told that this hotel had received a facelift recently or would have before the beginning of Sept. If you are going to Panorama stay away from the Pine Inn! I don't blame the hotel but some idiot pulled the fire alarm at 1:30 in the morning, its cold in the mountains at night waiting outside for permission to return to your room. My family and I enjoyed the stay at the pine inn. It was affordable and very convenient to all the amenities of panorama. The only negative thing we encountered was the tile in the washroom needed to be scrubbed clean. It was kind of gross.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
It was a long ways from home for just one night, but we were happy with our choice just the same.
