i was there for a conference otherwise i can't imagine staying here but the place has a little history, the food was great, and the service adequate. the only drawback was the wireless which hardly worked. if you're there as a tourist, perhaps not fatal but if there for business a bigger deal.

Had paid reservations for quite some time. One request. Side by side rooms or across the hall since traveling with teen agers. When I got there the rooms were on different floors and some 'drama' about the collegue changing the rooms. Blah Blah Blah Bottom line did not get the rooms I had requested. Expected better from a Best Western

Highly recommend, hotel decorated wonderful and very clean. The staff was the best I have ever experienced. Our rental car broke down and they helped us deal with the rental company and gave us a complimentary room to relax in. Best ever experience I had in a hotel.

I was with a first time traveler on their first trip and first night in Europe so I rented an American type hotel for our first night. It was perfect and convienent. The wait staff was awesome and directed us to the Pizza Bar below the Hotel which was Fabulous! Try the 5 kilo mozzarella starter.

This hotel completely lives up to its ratings and comments. The quality of the place, its price and and the staff particularly are all excellent. It has a corporate feel in terms of its cleanlines and systems (including unheard of free wi-fi in the rooms) but with a friendly independant business attitude of its staff who can't do enough to help you […] in a friendly way. The only unsaid thing is that is that it is a mile away from the town in a fairly ugly and modern huge development outside the town. Whilst this is walking distance it makes it unnatractive to think about a 2 mile round trip walk for dinner. Without a car here you are, perhaps, a little isolated here. Nevertheless it is an excellent hotel to base yourself at for the area including Viterbo (much more and better than we expected), Orvietto, Bracciano etc. Oh and why not 5 for the room - better pillow options would make it 5 star! Really good hotel and excellent amenities. Front desk staff spoke English and were most attentive. The only (slight) drawback is that the hotel is not located in an interesting area, so ambling around in the evening for a walk is not really an option. Utilizzo spesso hotel di questa catena, e frequentemente a Viterbo. Sino a circa un anno fa il servizio in camera, anche nelle stanza a 70 € era ottimo, comprensivo di minicar fornito ed accessori per il bagno in abbondanza. Negli ultimi tempi, nel frigobar si trova una bottiglia di acqua liscia, una gassata, un succo di frutta, nonostante la camera […] sia matrimoniale, e due pacchetti di biscottini. Innbagno scarseggiano bagno schiuma. Internet praticamente non ha mai dato un segnale pieno, e la navigazione è difficoltosa. In compenso la pulizia delle camere, per il momento, rimane ottima e la cortesia del personale estremamente gradevole, tranne rare eccezioni. Concludendo un albergo ancora da consigliare, ma anche perchè la scelta a Viterbo è decisamente limitata. Continuare a risparmiare con tagli ad accortezze di questo tipo potrebbe rappresentare in azzardo. Read more

Personale sorridente e ottima accoglienza. Facile da raggiungere in auto. Parcheggio interno. Ricca colazione. Unico neo la rumorosità dele camere che sono poco isolate così da costringerti a "sentire" la televisione del vicino o la doccia ed i rubinetti aperti nel bagno contiguo.

Indicatissimo per chi arriva in macchina: nessun problema di parcheggio(che a Viterbo centro c'è......attenzione!!), indicatissimo per chi deve soggiornare per brevi periodi vicino alle facoltà di matematica, scienze, economia, beni culturali ecc. Personale […] estremamente professionale e cortese. Alto il livello di comfort nelle camere. Hotel Best Western Viterbo ligger lidt væk fra den gamle bydel Man kan gå dertil på ca. 15 min. og det er et plus da der er meget støj i den gamle bydel Hotel mente man skulle tage bilen ind. Gør det ikke det er et bil helvede, brug benene . Det er det bedste.

Hotel molto bello, pulito, stanze grandi e ben arredate. Frigobar offerto dall'hotel. Colazione buona anche se migliorabile. Lo consiglio sicuramente a chi viaggia con auto propria. Sia per lavoro che per diporto. Nel circondario molte cose da vedere (comuni medievali). Ci tornerò sicuramente.
