I stay here whenever in the area. It's always clean, comfortable, and overseen by a friendly staff. On this particular visit the breakfast offerings were... not up to standard. It seems they've perhaps been cutting costs a little by reducing quality here.

Close to highway and also a short drive to MSU campus, so proved convenient to coordinate activities within the greater Lansing/East Lansing area. Clean rooms, efficient service, good breakfast buffet. As with similar hotels and chains, would be nice to see more investment in upgraded gym equipment, but nice pool and reasonable exercise facilities.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights due to a graduation and it was very convenient to the freeway and college. Many businesses within walking distance if one didn't have a car. Hotel breakfast was very adequate.

I think the desk staff were really nice...check-in was a breeze. The only thing we did not know up front was that we could not get tax exemption as the booking was made through Hotels.com and it is unclear who will actually bill our Corporate Credit Card (sounds like it is Hotels.com but not 100% sure).

This is an overpriced low quality hotel that would be fine for the occasional traveler for a night or two. All the hotels in the Okemos area seem to me to be overpriced and under quality when compared to Ann Arbor and considering the surrounding area. The only problems we had was with the water pressure in the shower and tub, and had a problem turning on the tub, some of the caulk was peeling on the outside of the tub. Hotel is spotless, the two men who cleaned our room did a phenomenal job. My Mom and I were totally impressed with the cleanliness of the room, I went personally to the front desk to let them know. My only complaint about this room was a pervasive dampness. This room was very humid and even the sheets on the bed as well as the carpet were damp. The service, breakfast, and other services were fine. However a dehumidifier would be welcome.

Great place to stay while at son's basketball camp. With good breakfast and the pool, everything was great. The only draw back was the pool temperature and spa temperature were almost the same so the spa was not of much use.

The pool area is beautiful. I didn't get a chance to go into the pool, but we stuck our feet in, and it was a great temperature. The room was clean, the hallways were quiet. Check in and check out were both very easy and fast. I would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed at this property before and had a wonderful stay. What happened this time? First room had terrible smoke smell and we were moved. The second room had a stale "vegetable" odor and never got very cool. We did not ask to move a second time. PLUS...when a pool is closed, why not offer a discount? Probably will not stay here again.
