      Very impressed with this hotel. I prefer it to other hotels in the area rated with 4 stars. Upon entry you immediately feel that the lobby, bar area, and restaurant are a step above the other hotels in the area. The exercise room and spa are a definite plus - quite unusual for European hotels of this type. Only complaint was that there was not internet access available in the rooms during my stay. It was not a problem, because there was complimentary internet access in the public areas, which worked well. But this did seem like a shortcoming. They should correct that.

      Our stay at the Clarion in Malgrate/Lake Como couldn't have been better. The room wasa huge, very modern, and clean. The view was incredible! the twon of Malgrate is very charming. The boats were not running our of Malgrate, so we drove to Belagio to catch the ferry. The drive to Belagio was beautiful. The "narrow road" winds around the edge of the lake, and the views are breath taking. There is not much going on in the direct vicinity of the hotel, but it was not a problem with for us. The hotel staff was very friendly. We did not eat in the restaraunt, so I have no comment to make. The hotel was a bragain and we would definitely stay again. Thank you Hotels dot com!

    A very nice hotel compared to price. I missed the breakfast because I choose to sleep late. The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful.     We had a three beds room for 2adults and 2children. I did not understand why we had to pay the city tax for 3adults, although the kids were exempted. The room was advertised as having a double bed, a sgl bed AND a sofa bed, whereas there were only 1doubla and 1sofa bed-insufficinet for 4 persons.

    Great little hotel, stylish room, great power shower however bed not very comfy. No tea and coffee facilities and renovation going on during our stay which we were not informed about so constant drilling and banging between the hours of 9-5!

    This was a very convenient loction as we had an early flight out of Bergamo. About a 15 minute walk up towards the old town which was a beautiful. Very clean modern hotel.

    Clean nice hotel close to station. Guy on the desk made us miss our bus to airport by insisting he print us a receipt for city tax (7 euros), at 5.35 in the morning!! Also went in the town for evening meal then came back to the hotel thinking we would have a few drinks a the bar, but there wasn't any bar on.

    We wanted somewhere to stay on the last night of our holiday for easy access to the airport early in the morning. The rail station is just over the road, as is the bus stop to the airport which is just a 15 min ride away. There is a bus that takes you up to the beautiful old town, or it's a 15 min walk with a ride up on the furnicular. The hotel was […] clean and recently refurbished in a contemporary style. I was concerned it may be noisy as it is on a busy road junction by the station, but, despite our room overlooking both, the double glazing was amazingly sound-proof.     The hotel was good and great for what we needed a hotel close to the train station. Gissa om vi var överlyckliga när vi kom av flyget och en buss stod på plats som tog oss direkt till Bergamo, tog cirka 10-15 min och när vi klev av bussen kunde vi se hotellet. Enkel og god frokost. Det eneste jeg savnet var vannkoker på rommet - for å ordne kaffe/te, håper det er på plass neste gang jeg kommer! På avreisedagen ble jeg frastjålet […] håndbagasjen min med ALT i, en tøff opplevelse! Hotellet var til uvurderlig hjelp både personlig og pga språket. De tok ansvar.
