Clean room, nice staff, convenient overnight stay with easy access to interstate and restaurants. I heard some interstate traffic noise from my room. However, this is only if your room is on front side of hotel, but it is not an issue unless you are a light sleeper. I recommend for an overnight stay while your travelling to your final destination.

I've stayed at Microtels on a few occasions. They are inexpensive, no frill hotels good for one or two night stays. This location was close to shopping and a variety of restaurants as well as I-95. The only complaint I have about my stay is that the room could have been a bit cleaner. The air conditioner in the room didn't work - I set it for 67 degrees - never got below 77. The bath towels didn't dry anything - it just pushed the water around. Somebody has fallen in love with fabric softener. I couldn't sleep and I felt worse after my shower than before I took it. Other than that, the room was clean.

Stay in Statesville was better than Walterboro. Place need a GOOD CLEANING. I've changed from the BIG NAME hotel/motel to affordable over night accommodations such as Microtel. For the price you can't be beat. Don't let a little thing as periodic maintence ruin your progress. Clean this one up.

The hotel is right off the interstate and across from a Cracker Barrel. I read reviews first before choosing a hotel and I was pleasantly reassured when we arrived late at night. We were on our way "somewhere else" and needed a place to stay overnight. We weren't looking for resort amenities or special services. We simply wanted a clean and modern room with a nice showere, comfortable beds, room for three adults and an acceptable continental breakfast. A great hotel to stay for a couple of nights. Sarah at the front desk did a excellent job. By making me feel comfortable away from home. The only thing was they forgot to clean my room 324 one time. But everything else was great. I recommend the stay and the price I paid was excellent as well.

The staff was very nice and friendly, the room was fine but we were traveling with our Grandsons and they are 7 and 8, the TV didn't have enough channels to interest young travelers and no indoor pool. If I wasn't traveling with children this would be a perfect place to stay.

It was a nice overnight stay clean & comfortable(other than the bathroom)' The room was small, but pleasant. My wife and I were assigned a handicap room. It was very inconvenient, from the shower to the sink. No counter space to put your toiletries. After showering you had to mop up the water.
