I had constatnt trouble with room key. Had to keep getting new ones, finally none would work and they sent a maintenance man to fix the actual door. Also had problems with shower. Nice, comfortable room. Bed was a little too firm, but that's just my taste. The staff was great.. Jason (I hope I'm remembering his name) at the front desk really helped me out with my check in and area info. Hotel was a short walk to the beach, and a not as short but not too bad walk to many restaurants and clubs. and a Kmart if you happen to need […] something. I think there's a trolley or bus that takes you there too. Couple of things to watch out for... We had a 6am flight and wanted a 4 am taxi. Although everyone said there would be taxis waiting at the front of the hotel, we couldn't find one that early. The bellman found one of the staff to drive us.. no problem, but could have been. Great location, beautiful lobby area with welcoming and helpful staff. Amenities good. Guest rooms are in need of repair. Carpet had stains and was worn. Chairs and beds were worn out and paint was peeling off balcony railing. Overall it is felt that the rate paid was excessive for the quality of the rooms.

I was disappointed as soon as I checked in and they tried to give me the wrong room. I had booked the Ocean suite with a King bed and they tried to give me a room with two twins. I still believe the room we received was not an Ocean suite. Upon booking the reservation it said that I would be provided free breakfast, but in fact only two people get free […] breakfast, even though we booked for two adults and two kids, and no kids do not eat free. The breakfast buffet was not great either. The cleaning service was horrible, we often were not left with enough towels and the trash was rarely taken out. The elevators in the hotel also kept breaking, so a few times there was only one operational elevator for the entire hotel and no there were no stairs optional to take. The pool there was much smaller than I expected and the water was cold. The best part of the hotel was California Pizza Kitchen and Spa Bali. Read more

Hotel has the free Wi-Fi for the entire hotel. But it is set up at the top of the hotel, so it's very difficult to find a signal or connect to the internet at low level of floors(under 8 floor).

Nice beachfront hotel but not a lot of parking. Basement parking had no elevator to lobby so drag your luggage up the stairway to front entrance then use elevator to lobby on second floor. Bed was not as comfortable as I expected from a luxury hotel.

Everything was great. The hotel was well run and had all we needed for our stay. Food in the dining room buffet was excellent. The little store had all the incidentals you could or would need. You can rent a car and/or book tours from the hotel or just laze at the beach and pool. I can't wait to plan my trip back!!

I was tired from a full day of activities when I got to the hotel. It took the staff a while to confirm my online booking, but they were friendly and professional. As soon as I got off the elevator, I noticed that the hallway was poorly maintained. When I walked in, I was suprised to see that the room had ample space. We stayed Holiday Suite Room with breakfast deal and Hotel.com showed me One King Bed, Two Double Beds when I input 3 adults and 1 child (under 12yrs old). We moved to the Holiday after staying at another hotel for a few unpleasant days. So in my opinion this place was wonderful. The staff was great. The rooms are OK, the carpets are a little worn and stained and the elevators are a little scarey, lots of noise and vibration when moving. Other than that it was great.

Hotel could use some renovations. The fitness room was horrible and the hallways were drab. However, we had a refurbished Ocean View Suite which was very nice - big with wonderful view. The staff was helpful. It is close to many restaurants and shops. I felt absolutely safe going for early morning jogs.

I suggest either spending 20 or 30 dollars more to stay at a nicer hotel, or staying off the beaten path at the Santa Fe for less money. The hotel is beachside of San Vitores Road. Our room had a small balconey and a lovely view of the bay. The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained. Regular TV programming was available on the flat screen TV. Although the hotel does not have it's own beach, the beach was easily accessible from the hotel. The swimming pool was on the 5th floor. […] If you plan to spend much time engaging in water activities, there are other hotels with much better outdoor amenities and landscaping. However, the Holiday Resort offered a good location, plenty of parking, and walkable access to the "Pleasure Island" end of Tumon row. Overall, our stay was pleasant. The staff was attentive and took care of us well. The only thing strange was the lighting in the room. The lights could operate only when the keycard was inserted into a slot by the door. The overhead lights had regular on/off wall toggles, which was fine. But oddly, the two table lamps and the floor lamp did not have on/off switches. When the key card was inserted, the lamps came on automatically and could not be turned off. We ended up unplugging them from the wall outlets so that the bathroom light could be left on at night. I have no idea if all of the rooms were like that, or just ours. That was a fairly small thing though, and for the price, we were quite happy with the hotel and would stay there again. Read more

Front staff was pleasant, the guess relations person (white guy, must be new) was very pleasant. No fuss and got squared away very quickly, which is very important arriving into Guam at 11pm in the evening. The remote control for the TV did not work and the shower head was loud. Otherwise, the room was nice.
