I had a great experience at the hotel. Check-in was great and the manager on duty was friendly and professional. I was a little put off by that same manager having a smoke break right in front of the lobby entrance. The room was in good condition. There seemed to be a significant paint chipping issue around the window near the A/C unit, which struck […] me as odd, since the hotel seemed pretty new. Also, just prior to checking out, I found a pair of earrings that we didn't bring with us, under the bed, which tells me something about how thorough the cleaning was, prior to checking in. It was a pleasant stay after a 12 hour flight. The building was well maintained in a great location. There was good lighting and easy to find parking. The selection of business in the area was fair. The Cracker Barrel was a nice surprise. I would recommend the place to friends and family.

I really can't say anything other than perfect. Great price, and great service. The rooms were wonderfully clean. Fast internet. Continental Breakfast was great and diverse. And on Tuesday and Wednesdays from 5 to 7, they do a Manager Appreciation event, with free snacks, beer, and wine. Awesome.

An excellent experience. Room was very clean and although the view was not spectacular, it was not unpleasant. My only complaint is that there was only one small wastebasket in the bathroom. I think another larger basket for the main room would be ideal.

I have stayed here many times in the past. Just returned here after a few month lay off. It seems they just aren't trying anymore. They stopped heating the pool. The timer on the lights was leaving it dark all evening. One of the two elevators was not operating the entire duration of my stay ( four days.) The entire 4th floor had a strange musty odor […] and smelled a bit of smoke. Didn't recognize any of the staff from previous visits. Nobody seemed to care. I would not rate this hotel as a Four Star Hotel, some of the events the hotel features leaves a lot to be desired, We were out of town, You expect to spend money, but if the hotel has a free offer or perks as a courtesy, then they should be more honest about that. For example, we were not told about the Happy Hour the Hotel has Mon.- Fri. from 5pm […] to 7pm. The night we arrived (9/18/2012), we asked the Front Desk Personal (who was not wearing a name tag and he never introduced him self) about some wine glasses we noticed in the main lobby, he said they were from a reception that went on earlier before we came, he offered us a glass of wine or a beer. Once we learned about the Happy ( we saw on the sign in the dining area). We decided to take advantage of the offer, which was a glass of wine, or a beer, there was supposed to be refreshments or light snacks according to the sign, but there was none. The stay was for 3 days - all of the hotel features including spciaous room, breakfast, pool and gym were excellent. The location was noisy as it's by a main road with a lot of traffic and by the 85 fwy - and there was construction next door. Other than that - very good all around.

The room was clean and easy to get to from the lobby or the stairs. Beds were comfortable once we figured out that the pillows would flatten out. The hot breakfast was especially good with variety from day to day. The hotel is located right off the interstate and easy to find.

Hotel staffs are really nice and helpful! Breakfast is great! The hotel is located close to the airport. Convinient for travelers if hotel will provide complimentary REGULAR shuttle service to ATL. Will definitely stay with this hotel next trip to Atlanta.

Excellent hotel to stay at if you want to be near to the airport, but not have planes flying overhead (about a 10-15 minute drive from airport if no traffic). Hotel management and staff are very considerate about the airport shuttle: the General Manager personally picked me up in the van and waited for my arrival even though I was over an hour late; […] for the return shuttle to airport, the General Manager ensured the morning staff would be able to get me to airport in time for my flight. Besides the airport considerations, the hotel room I stayed in was very clean and comfortable. Also very quiet, wifi was fast, air-conditioner worked great, and amazing water pressure in shower. Another nice feature is that the hotel is a 2-minute walk to a Mexican restaurant, 24-hour diner, fast food options, and also has good delivery options with a Chinese, Italian, and pizza restaurants. The hotel overall was nice, and I selected it based on needing two beds at a low price having a reasonable drive to our vacation spots in Atlanta... It was a comfortable sleep for sure, but the room was not the most impressive. The floor and chairs where stained and the metal that framed the bathroom door was rusted over. We were only in the room between […] the hours of 10:00 PM until 8:00 AM during our 5 night stay, and while these areas of imperfections stood out like a sore thumb they were not enough to keep me awake during the night. My son and husband enjoyed the pool, while I was happy to receive fresh towels and turn down service each day. On the plus side, the hotel location was very good, close to the highway, eating places and the Renaissance Faire. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and quiet. The manager on our first night was extremely helpful with excellent restaurant recommendations .On the negative side, there was no aeration in the hot tub and a film lay on […] the water (and the hot tub was an important factor in choosing this motel). The front desk person at checkout said it wasn't broken, just not as powerful as most, which is a great understatement. In addition, the breakfast was very poor with soggy eggs and bacon and both the waffle mix and regular coffee had run out and this was at 8:30 on a Sunday morning. It also took an hour to rent a Pay for View movie. We had called the front desk attendant when our credit card failed and he was to call us back which he never did. In the end, it turned out he checked a machine in the office and whatever he did allowed us to rent the movie. In summary, the actual motel itself is clean and comfortable, but I would not recommend the amenities other than the swimming pool. Read more

The staff was very friendly. Had a very small gym, small but clean pool. The complimentary breakfast was average at best but at least it was free. My biggest complaint was it looked as if someone had used the bathroom in our room and had not flushed the toilet. There was toilet paper still stuck inside the toilet. There is no exact entrance to the hotel you have to go half-way down the road and make a u-turn to enter into the hotel, the view sucks nothing but uncut grass or weeds. the fitness center did not have apropiate air conditioning. the whirlpool did not work, nor the Sauna. the fridge would not get cold.
