Customer service was great! The only problem was for the amount of money that was spent for room was not worth it. Everything has to be refurnished. I arrived for check-in and was told they needed 2 more hours, so we left and came back after 3 hours and the room still wasn't ready! This caused us to be late to our Luau, but They ended up putting us in another room and giving us bar tickets which made us happy :) The room was nice but there were condom packages left in the bed so that freaked my […] mom and I out, so we called for them to do another cleaning before we left for the luau. When we returned from the Luau, they had still not cleaned up, but they came once we called again. After this, we decided to go to the pool and have drinks. The pool is really nice but closes at 10PM, which is a little too early for my taste. But the rooms were really nice and the staff was awesome! And we get discounts at the restaurants for breakfast! The room was to small and the walls are so thin you can hear doors slamming all night long and hear the conversations of the people next door to you, I could barely sleep. Only plus is that it was clean and professional.

The hotel lobby looked very nice. The elevator carpet was filthy as well as the hallways to the rooms. Not dirty as in tracked in dirt , it was filthy . We will never stay in that hotel again , we were nervous about cleanliness. I can't believe it was a Court Yard Marriot!

The hotel itself is really nice - modern looking but the rooms are absolutely teeny tiny. We had a room at the front of the building - they left earplugs in the bathroom for the noise - we didn't need them as we slept with the door shut. Overall nice place but overpriced for what the room was.

Hotel was clean and neat. The king size bed was comfortable. The bathroom and shower was a little compact. The valet parking staff provided remarkable service even though they were very busy. I'd definitely stay there again for that price.

Courtyard Marriott is an older hotel which has been upgraded by Marriott. The rooms are clean and efficient but because of the dated building, the rooms are a bit small. I thought the hotel itself was very nice. The staff was friendly and it was convenient to book tours. The only downfall is that it was in the middle of the shopping district so it had a "city" feel instead of the hawaii feel we wanted. You have to go through the shopping district to get to the beach which wasn't that great.

We were on the 2nd floor and we got a tremendous amount of noise both from passing traffic and from late night revelers. This made sleep very difficult and is why we would not recommend it to others.

Stayed here for one night recently on our way back to the mainland. Front desk staff was very friendly. The lobby is bright and modern but the rooms are overdue for a major remodel. We felt as though we were staying in a turnpike motel.

The room that we stayed in was so tiny that we couldn't walk around the bed at the same time without bumping into each other, (not to mention how much tighter it was when trying to set up the ironing board). In addition, the bathroom was extremely compact. I didn't expect a mansion but I did expect at least enough space for two people to occupy the […] same room without having to strategically manuever around the other, and we are both small framed people. Furthermore, on our second night's stay, it seemed that someone must have vomitted in the bar area, which was located near one of the hotel entrances. For the next 2 nights, we had to hold our breath walking by there as the smell was incredibly strong and stomach turning. The area was emmaculatley clean looking but the stench lingered. We stayed in a Courtyard by Marriot once in Miami Florida and our room was very spacious...so we expected this place to offer similar space and found it very disappointing... Read more

The rooms were very small for 4 people to stay in a room. There were only 2 complimentary breakfast tickets per room, yet we had 4 people in our room. We were always running out of towels because we didn't get our room cleaned in a timely fashion. The shower door did not close properly and water leaked out all over the floor, which made the floor very […] slippery. There was very poor lighting in the shower. All of the faucets, especially the one in the kitchenette, was too tall and water always leaked on the back of the sink. Outdated, air condition had only 2 settings...off and air blasting on the bed. Small bathroom, limited space - towels were quite "worn". Staff was very pleasant. The valet was the only parking and charged $32 per day. That was out rageous, while I expect to pay for parking...$32??? Really??

Overall, the hotel was good in condition, except that the sink in the bathroom was blocked little bit so that the water doesn't go down right away.. The location was awesome for the visitors who are planning to take the bus for the transportation. Thanks!
