Suburban Extended Stay West - Lithia Springs

Loved it! noise level was none! Management was friendly and provided us with what we needed, check-in was easy, check-out was easier......We had a blast and was satisfied with location business was in reach...kroger, racetrac, quictrip, sonic, wendy's popeyes, etc....I made the right choice indeed!!!!

I booked this hotel thru Hotels.com. I had a conformation number. When i checked in they had given my room away. I had to sit and argue for 2 hours to get another room that they already charged me for. Then got to the room and had asked for double beds, i had one bed and my feet hung off the end. Horrible hotel. Not recommended.

Though this is not upscale. The hotel appears to be well kept for the age. The room was very cozy. Unfortunately, they could spend a little more money in linen and stronger mattresses. But overall my honey and I really appreciated the comfort, tranquility and coziness. The room came with stove, refrigerator and microwave. So we never had to leave the […] room. We had a non-smoking room and the room smelled so bad like cigarettes we had to move to a different room. There was no hot water and I had to ask for soap from the front desk because there was none in the room. The cleaning lady opened the door in the morning without knocking.

The air conditioner knob was broken and the lams by the bed didn't work. There was a lot of traffic in and out of the hotel lot. Hotel needs to upgrade the tv's and appliances. Carpet needs cleaning because there was dog hair in the carpet.

It was a really bad experience, the staff was unexperience and they doble book some of the guest in the same room. The service was really bad. I will not recommend this hotel to nobody and I will not stay in this hotel again.

when i arrived the look of hotel was ok but there was alot going on and alot of people hanging on the property in almost every section.I had reservations so i went to the office to check in and it took close to 30 minutes to check me in they were busy and correcting earlier mistakes made checking other guests in. Our reservation was booked wrong but the staff was friendly about fixing it. The only complaint about the room was that the outside light was out so it was really dark in front of our room. Other than that, it was a nice room for a good price!
