Fabulous; someone even made the waffles for me, klutz that I am, and, I didb't have to drink the uncooked residue when I make them myself....Very congenial staff. The exercise room is my one big indulgence ..

I was very pleased with my room, and the breakfast was excellent. The common areas of the hotel were comfortable and nicely decorated, the view from the tower was amazing, and the owner was extremely friendly. Will definitely return!

Had a lovely stay! Usually, I choose standard hotels, but at the risk of compromising privacy, I decided to stay at a B&B. Proprietors were very warm, personable, and informative, yet they never intruded. The home is nicely appointed and the bedroom very comfortable. The inn's best quality rests with its excellent location: situated across the street […] from the bay, and only a short walk to downtown Newport. Um, hate to report this, but I did spy a couple of tiny, tiny bugs (NOT roaches!?) that joined us at the otherwise lovely breakfast table.
