The actual stay was Great. The Front Desk service was poor. They left a note stating that there was an emergency please call this number, we did and the safe wouldn't open to get our keys. From there we found out that no one in the party had remotes for the rooms and would not have them till Saturday. That was not good. The appartment was very large and there was plenty of room for our family of 6. The room was well stocked with laundry soap, dishwasher soap, etc, so we could do laundry and wash the dishes. It was also very clean. Cauttion: they don't restock the shampoo, etc, so bring your own. Also, you have to pay extra for maid service. There was a Wal-mart close […] by so we bought milk, cereal, and fruit so we didn't have to go out to breakfast. The kitchen is well stocked so we were able to cook meals that we brought with us. The two full baths made getting ready in the morning easy. About 15 minutes to Sea World and Universal. The only negative was we could only get wireless internet service on the back patio. Read more

Our family of 6 checked into The Seasons a day late due to a booking error. I can accept that as no one's fault but my own. After discovering this issue, I told the desk clerk that I would have to discuss with my husband what to do as we had our 4 children with us and had made arrangements to stay until the coming Friday. She looked at the computer […] and told me that it would not be a problem, that she would leave management a note and that we would check out on Friday as we had planned. All was well with our trip until Thursday morning at 10 am when we received a reminder phone call from the front desk that checkout was at 10. I advised her of what happened and that we were suppose to check out on Friday. She informed me that would not be possible regardless of what their employee told me previously. So I proceeded to get our 4 children ready, pack all of our belongings and clean the dwelling as quickly as possible to get out of their way. When I went to the front desk to turn in the remotes and the keys the "manager" Dani was very rude and had no interest in trying to find a solution to our problem. She advised me that she would take it up with Nikki but there is nothing that they are willing to do for us. I told her that if she had told me from the beginning, BEFORE taking our money, we would have booked elsewhere so that our vacation would not have been cut short. we will stay again. Place was very nice. Pool was right out side our room (to bad it was to cold to go swimming). This would be a great place to stay with a large group. They have picnic tables and charcol grills outside each unit. Beds were very comfortable. Washer was on it's last leg but we made due.

As mentioned previously, not in the best neighborhood but we never felt unsafe. It's located 10 minutes from Disney and 5 from Universal. The villa was great; big and comfortable. Perfect to come back to after long days at the parks. We'll be back next Summer.

The resort is clean but dated. For the excellent value we were ok with it being dated. The staff is helpful and friendly enough. The only thing about this place that is not good is the location. We ended up checking in later that day - Once we were settled into our room, on christmas day, I decided to reheat […] some meat to make tacos & lone behold our electricity went out. It was midnight & the front desk closes at 10PM so we had to call security (which we were told was on premises at all times) when i called him he told me I'll be there in 5-7 minutes. Once the lights went off I had my mighty iPhone so I turned on my "Flashlight" app & went towards the kitchen to get my reheated meat and there was a roach on the countertop. I was in awe because the whole room did not have ONE spider web, no ants, NOTHING! So when I came back to the kitchen a second time I saw a roach on the wall behind the stove. By that point security still did not know what to do because they couldn't power on our power so we were forced to move to another room. Keep in my mind father is handicap and we had to take all the food out of our fridge and move at nearly 1AM. Well the next day my mom around 9am went to the front desk and the rude rep, again, did not know what she was doing. They opened the front desk at 8am and still an hour later they still weren't working on our situation. My mom asked the rep if she knew how to fix it and the rep was extremely rude saying "I don't fix lights lady" - my mom was not asking her to fix it but instead if she knew what to do to fix it, i.e...call someone!! Once my mom let her know about the roaches the girl called housekeeping and ran it past them and they said "we've never had a problem like that" - well no kidding . you clean during the day, you aren't aware when guests lights go out, so why would you be aware of a problem like that? - you wouldn't be. This hotel/villa was outstanding for the price! Yes, the decor is a dated. Yes, it is located in a residential rather than a resort area. But it was perfect for what we needed - which was a clean place for 6 people to stay without being crowded and a kitchen big enough to cook Thanksgiving dinner. It has an outdoor pool, tennis courts, a small gym, a sauna, and a racketball court. It's located about 5 mins from Millenium Mall with tons of shopping and eating places and 10/15 mins from downtown Orlando. The room we stayed in had 2 large bedrooms, one with a king size bed and one with two twin beds. Both bedrooms had tvs and large closets. There were two full bathrooms - both very clean and well stocked with towels, toilet paper. There was also a washer and dryer which despite being a little loud operated just fine. The living room sofa pulled out for another bed and their was also a screened in patio. The kitchen, including oven, stove, microwave, full fridge, dishwasher, blender, coffeepot, and double sinks, was fully stocked with dishes, bowls, glasses, silverware, cooking pans, casserole dishes, mixing bowls, etc. and was plenty big enough to cook a huge holiday meal. I had no issues whatsoever with my stay. The rooms were fully loaded with just about anything you could desire. If I had to critique in one way, it would be that the TVs were very old. We are a family of 5 that needed a room in Orlando close to the many theme parks. This hotel was just the ticket. Our unit had two bedrooms. One with a king size bed and its own bathroom and another with two twin beds next to a hall bath. The living room had a large sofa sleeper that two could share. The unit also had a full kitchen with microwave, […] refrigerator etc. Here is a breakdown of what we found. A large spacious unit, that smelled clean and decorated like a timeshare resort. Beds - clean linens, clean mattresses with no bedbugs. Yes, we searched for them. Bathroom -Clean with a tiny, tiny, bit of mold on the bottom of a pure white shower curtain. Only someone who was actively searching would see it. It did not bother us. Kitchen - Clean Dishes - Clean Refrigerator - Clean Pull out sofa - Clean overall but had a few bread crumbs we just brushed away. We also found extra pillows, blankets, linen, shower caps and soap. All clean, clean, clean. The surrounding area was quiet and peaceful when we were there. The security guard's truck was there though we did not see him. Because it was late when we arrived, we put our food in the fridge, settled in and went to sleep. The next morning since we had packed our own food we ate breakfast in the unit cleaned up and was on our way to one of the theme parks by 7:30 am for a day of fun. Overall the unit was spacious, comfortable and clean. Did I mention that it was clean? It is a very good bargain. We would so stay there again and explore the Mall at Millenia which is close by. This is the perfect place for a family to stay, especially if you are staying for several days and want to be able to prepare your own meals. It's basically a fully equipped apartment. In life you get what you pay for and our stay at The Seasons confirmed it further! First the positve side. The apartment was spacious and having a full kitchen saved us further on breakfast. However, that's were the positive ends and where you have to deal with the reality that you're staying at a run down former apartment complex. The grounds were […] not well kept and you we had a neighbor (lives there permenantly) using a barrell smoker all day Saturday (from 6am until about 9pm) and the bedroom door that leads into the patio had about a 3/8 draft hole all around it and our bedroom filled with smoke at 7am. We used duct tape to seal the door, but it was impossible to get the smell out since we could not open the patio doors. You dare not take a walk outside the complex as you will stand out like a sore thumb (a.k.a. tourist). You are in a low income neighborhood in a run down former apartment complex that needs work. Oh yes, there is a cute Guard house at the entrance, but no 'guard' was ever present no matter what time you checked. This is not a safe neighborhood for families and you dare not venture out of the complex on foot. One last thing, I was awakened at 4:30 am by a neighbor having a snack on the picnic table outside my window while singing a 'ranchera'. Don't get me wrong, it's not an ethnic problem, it's just that this is not the place for a hotel/motel/resort. Location, location, location this does not have. Spend the extra money and you get peace of mind 3 miles down the road closer to the attractions. I stayed here 4 days and tried as I did, could not find an available hotel room because of the holidays. If I could have, I would have paid twice what I paid here to stay in a more appealing and safe environment!
