AzuLine Hoteles Mar Amantis I & II - Ibiza Island

Stayed in this hotel during the closing parties in Ibiza. The hotel was booked solid every night but we managed to get a room for a week last minute. The hotel is broken up into two parts. One thats right on the water and one thats right across the street. Our room was across the street which wasn't so bad (always would be nice to have an oceanview […] though). The Room: Very clean. Recently remodeled or repainted. Basic amenities. Nothing fancy but it worked. Service: Hotel stay were friendly and helpful (seemed knowledgeable and were able to answer most if not all our questions). Food: We ended up doing full board. Translation: Includes three meals (no alcohol). Did not decide to upgrade to all-inclusive (includes free alcohol and snacks throughout the day). Small fee for upgrade if desired. The food it itself was decent. They had a good variety for everyone but nothing to write home about. Location: The hotel is right on the water with a small beach nearby. There are pools in both buildings. The nicer pool overlooks the water with a decent amount of lounge chairs. There were a few bars and clubs nearby (some attached to other resorts), but to get to San Antonio (the nearby city) you needed to walk about 20 mins or take a water taxis (2.5 euros/arrives every 30 mins or so). The hotel is clean, the stuff were friendly and spoke English.. The buffet breakfast was perfect..Only problem were the cleaning stuff banging on doors loudly in the morning while i was sleeping.

This was my second stay at this hotel. I loved it the first time and this time it was even better. Remember you have to take into account the price you pay for this hotel and considering that i rate this hotel highly. Food: Excellent, plenty of choice, salads, meat (fresh from a grill), potatoes and plenty for the kids like chips and nuggets etc. Also […] you have the cafe style restaurant where you can get burgers pizzas toasties and chips all day. As for the drinks they are always cold, unlike other all ins. i have stayed at and you get nice measures. Entertainment is average but as the price for this hotel is very reasonable you can afford to go to some of the local bars which are very good. I would recommend this hotel to families, couples and youngsters! Read more

We chose this hotel because it was close to Cala conte beach. The dock is right outside and boats run regularly to nearby beaches and San Antonio. The pool is good but you have to there early to get yourself a lounger. Rooms were cleaned often and to a good standard. Overall, we were both very happy with our stay.

Jeg bestilte tur til Ibiza på ren impuls tre dager før avreise. Jeg er 29 år og ikke redd for å ta en fest, men dette var ikke hovedformålet med reisen. Jeg Fant hotellet på hotels.com og de kunne vise til konkurransedyktige priser. Tok en taxi fra flyplassen. (35 euro) Han kjørte meg til Mar Amantis I, men jeg skulle visst bo på Mar Amantis II kunne […] den sure nattevakten informere meg om. Det lå på andre siden av gaten. Der ble jeg møtt av nok en sur resepsjonist som sjekket meg inn. Kollapset på rommet og var takknemlig for at det var en aircondition som virket. Ble vekket igjen klokken 06 av hyl og skrik fra 20-åringer fra England som kom hjem fra fest. Dette skjedde hver natt. De løp rundt i gangene og smalt i dører og skrek til hverandre til klokken hadde passert midnatt og vel så det. Ofte kom de ikke hjem igjen før jeg gikk til frokost. Hotellet har vakter om nettene, men jeg fatter ikke hva de tok seg til. Siste natten min sluttet også airconditionen å virke. Den kunne de ikke fikse før dagen etter visstnok. Konklusjonen er altså at dersom du drar til Ibiza kun for å feste natten lang og ikke plages av bråkete aircondition eller varmt rom så er Mar Amantis noe for deg. Om dette ikke er tilfellet så hold deg unna. Mar Amantis bør bestemme seg for hva slags hotell de ønsker å være. Fest eller rekreasjon. Begge deler går alltid på bekostning av de som ønsker å sove. Good location with the busstop right outside from the hotel with buses to the airport and to beaches as Cala Conta and Cala Bassa. There's also a boatstop right outside the hotel with ferries to the beaches. Spermarket, restaurants and some night club at the same street as the hotel.
