This is a wonderful Boutique Hotel. The location (near the US Embassy) off of Via Venteo is in a very nice quite neighborhood with many good restaurants in a 3-4 block radius. The hotel personnel were very accommodating. Especially Alesandro and Roberto who made us feel very welcome and couldn’t be more helpful.

The location was great. From the outside of the building you would not know there was a hotel inside. It was difficult to get our luggage in the very small elevator to the 5th floor. We had issues with our TV. There was a bath tub but NO shower. And we had to lock our door with a key from the inside. Not so safe if there was an emergency evacuation. […] Staff was friendly. MY HUSBAND AND I STAYED AT THIS HOTEL FOR OUR HONEYMOON. THE HOTEL WAS IN A GREAT LOCATION. WE HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE. THE ROOM WAS BEAUTIFUL AND THE COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST WAS DELICIOUS. ALESSANDRO THE OWNER, WAS ALWAYS DELIGHTFUL AND HELPFUL . EVERYTHING WE ASKED FOR WE RECEIVED. I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN WHEN I RETURN TO ROME.

Booked based on previous reviews and was a great decision. Hotel is like new and although small, is in ideal location and neighborhood. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast, delivered to your room, was outstanding! Can't say enough good things about this experience.

of the three front desk people during my stay, one spoke fair English, one barely spoke English and one did not speak any. The hotel is unbearably small, so the decent breakfast was brought to our tiny room. The hotel is a big walk to anything at all. It actually is not a hotel, but a floor in a building. There is no lobby.

Pros: We were greeted oh so warmly by the hotel manager, and every member of the staff was friendly, generous, and made us feel very welcome. They spoke English well, and also made efforts to communicate with me in Spanish. The rooms are beautifully decorated, but not overly so. Every item in the room had a purpose. The bathroom was modern, clean and […] the shower was fantastic. Breakfast was delivered in the morning and we felt so pampered. For the price you get a high end experience, but with no waste. Quiet at night, and close to two great dining experiences, like Gaetano Costa's fabulous restaurant. Next to a convenience store, and fast walk to everything in Rome. Cons (really nitpicking as our stay was WONDERFUL!) Hard to find initially as the hotel is on the 4th floor of an inconspicous building. Cigarrette smoke kept trickling into the lobby from somewhere. Our room was fine though. Some travelers may be sensitive to this. The room could have a stool for placing bags Our shower's plumbing fixtures were a bit backwards, more funny than a con. Right for cold, left for warm, push for water flow, pull to close, just the opposite of what we think was meant to be the "right" way. Our room's electric lock was not working properly so they gave us the old school key. No biggie. Wireless for our laptop only worked in the lobby, but our mobile device was able to connect in the room. Not next to a metro station, but not a deal breaker. Read more

Hotel was good and in a great location. Taxis all seem to know the location and there is a stand within a block making it easy to get around. Bed was really firm and the pillows were a bit flat but the room was clean and breakfast was great.

We had a great stay here at Roma Boutique hotel. The staff were professional, courteous and helpful and the coffee each morning was GREAT! We were able to book tours through the hotel which made arrangements quite simple. The rooms were a bit small and the bed a bit hard. Also, the noise in the hallway was easily heard in the rooms, but this was only […] an issue on one occasion. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. We walked to every location we wanted to see from here (vatican city, coliseum, Pantheon etc), and never needed to take the subway once. Read more

We had a wonderful stay here - luxurious, clean, spacious. Was a great room for the price and would definitely stay here again if coming back. The only downside is that it is a bit far from sites/attractions so it definitely requires taking cabs or walking a ways to metro/bus stops. If you're looking to stay in this area, a perfect choice.

Lovely hotel just 10 minute walk from the station. Quirky arrangement being set on the 4th and 5th floor of a building, but we love quirky! Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms are well appointed. Breakfast served in the room continental style. Very nice just remember to put in your order at reception the day before or else you won't get any! No […] tea and coffee making facilities in room but we did get a complementary half bottle of wine every day which more than made up for it. The neighbourhood is quiet and there is a convenience store next to the hotel which is handy for supplies. It's only a short walk to the bars and restaurants, nowhere is that far away in Rome and we walked from the hotel to all sites. Only 30 minute walk to colosseum and Vatican. The room my partner and I stayed in was immaculate and was cleaned thoroughly every day. We were given clean towels and sheets daily and were provided with bath robes and slippers if we needed them. The bathroom was spacious and we were given shampoo and other toiletries. The staff were incredibly helpful and nothing seemed like too much trouble. Overall we were happy with our stay at this hotel. The service was great! The only thing that spoilt it was that the beds where very hard. Woke up with a sore neck and back. Over all it was an ok place to stay, very clean and good location.

We had a nice stay at the Roma Boutique Hotel. Staff were quite helpful, the room was clean and a good size. The hotel was close enough to the centre of the city and it was quite good having a convenience store right beside it. Didn't bother use but for some it's important to note the hotel is located on the 4th floor of a building.

Staff are excellent and they have now taken up 2 floors in building. Little strange no Signage etc for hotel but it is only 10 min walk to Spanish Steps so central. Breakfast in bed every morning ;-)

On arrival at the Roma Boutique Hotel we were greeted (if you could call it that) by a gentleman who made us feel that we were inconviencing him. He showed us to our room and that was that. It was not the greeting I was expecting after reading previous reviews. The room smelt lovely and even though very small was pleasant and clean. The Hotel is on […] the fifth floor and has a small reception area and thats all you get. There is no room or bar area to sit and have a drink and relax so you have no choice but to go to your room. When passing other Hotels I was envious of their lobby area where people were sitting having a quiet relaxing drink after sightseeing. On our first day breakfast was brought to our room and even though we had requested cereal all we received was pastries, coffee and orange juice. The coffee was cold and this was the same every morning but we did ask for hot water which we were given. When we returned from our day out the breakfast tray had not been moved and the bed had not been made and we had no fresh towels. We complained to the receptionist who moved the tray and left the room as it was. I found this very poor service from a 4 star Hotel that has one floor of rooms to maintain. The Hotel has no atmosphere and I would not rate it as 4 Star due to the location which is a noisy office building and the facilities. Read more

Miellyttävä pieni hotelli rauhallisella sivukadulla lähellä via venetoa. Henkilökunta oli todella ystävällistä ja välitöntä. Mukavaa erityisyyden tunnetta johtuen paikan pienuudesta. Ei tosin romanttinen paikka tavalla jonka siitä voisi kuvitella hotellin sivujen mukaisesti. Siisti ja toimiva.

Jag och min pojkvän bodde där en natt. Redan när vi kom blev vi varmt välkomnande till hotellet. Det var en gäst före oss men ägaren ursäktade sig vänligt om att vi hade fått vänta lite. Vi hade frågat om tidig in-checkning och vårt rum var klart runt 11h tiden vilket var skönt. Vi fick en summering om var man skulle gå och vad man skulle besöka. Fick […] även ett tips om en restaurang i kvarteret som var mycket uppskattad. Kommer ej ihåg namnet nu. Ett minus var sängen, den var mycket obekväm och hård :(...vilket var synd. Dock sköna kuddar. Kvarteret är ett säkert område omringat av amerikanska ambassaden och en polisstation. Det ligger även nära en stor vacker park, som är vacker att ta kvällspromenader i solnedgången. 12月30日から３泊しましたが、コストパフォーマンスを考えたら、満足できると思います。 部屋は狭いですが、掃除も行き届き清潔です。 たまたま泊った部屋はバスタブが無くてシャワーのみでしたが、それ以外はよかったです。 ローマは５回目だったのですが、次回はコストアップをしても以前泊ったホテルにしようと考えています。

La primera impresion del hotel no fue la mejor ya que no tiene letrero claro de su ubicacion y está situado en un cuarto piso de un edificio de departamentos. O Roma Boutique Hotel está situado no quarto andar de um prédio de escritórios em uma rua tranquila e silenciosa, bem próxima à Via Veneto, um dos importantes pontos turísticos de Roma. O local é tranquilo de se caminhar à noite e não está muito distante dos principais pontos turísticos. Há uma estação de metrô perto dali. A proposta deste hotel boutique […] não é para aqueles que procuram área comum e muitos serviços (restaurante, bar, etc). Há apenas uma pequena recepção e os quartos: modernos e decorados com extremo bom gosto, com TV a cabo e wi-fi disponível. A cama é um pouco dura e a janela dá para o interior do prédio. O café da manhã é um pouco limitado, mas é servido no quarto no horário exato em que você requisitar. Meu quarto ficava um pouco perto da recepção, então algumas vezes ouvia-se algum barulho. Um destaque é o atendimento. Todas as pessoas da recepção foram extremamente gentis e dispostas a ajudar em dicas (compras, restaurantes, atrações, meio de locomoção). Recomendado para aqueles que dispensam os serviços oferecidos por hotéis maiores e procuram um atendimento mais personalizado e quartos novos e bem decorados. Read more

Great small hotel with very helpful staff! The rooms are nice, bright and comfortable (though the beds are definetively on the firm side). I strongly recommend listening to the staff's advice on good restaurants in the neighbourhood - great food is ensured if you do. We will definitively return when we visit Rome again!
