My neighbors were staying a week in their time share. I found a better rate on Hotels.com than my corporate web site. I only stayed two nights but found it to be very enjoyable. The grounds were perfect. I had an ocean front room. I did not hear any noise at night. I am considering bringing my family here some time. I know it might be hard to understand but it can be both a family vacation and also a romantic get away

Short walk to town and shops -boardwalk that beats Atlantice City ...not even close....staff was great and communication was easy, someone who spoke english was always available. Ocean 2 minutes from hotel and roof top pool with ocean view just spectacular...

They need to work on the Wireless Internet system. I stay here often and the signal strength in the rooms is very spotty.

"all taken care of"
this was my first time staying at an all-inclusive, and all my expectations were met. I've heard that the riu palace is supposed to be better, but this had all the amenities that you need.

It is a very good concept,all inclusive the food is good so are the drinks, but is far from the city and airport, 28 dollars from airport to the hotel,my first room the ac didnt work after numerous complain they change ne to another room.

"Good service"
I spent 3 nights with my family and found a lot of activities to entertain us while there, and it is really necessary since it is about 25 km far from Vallarta city cènter. My door had a problem but general hotel conditions are quite fine

This is a very nice hotel. The property is well kept, the service is all right and so is the food. I can't believe that your hotel does not have treated water from the tap. The bottled water that is supplied was not enough and took a long time to be delivered to the room. Also there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Further I encountered two cockroaches in the room. Food was good.

"Too Far from Puerto Vallarta"
The Checkout at the hotel took 25 minutes since Perez couldnt find someone to get the safe lock from the presidential suite on the top floor of the hotel. I was never told to bring the safe lock back when I checked in. So I had to go back to my room just to get the lock back I was like are you SERIOUS. That is not the kind os service you give to someone […] who pays so much for a room. Other than that the stay was awesome. If you just want to go to a resort and not do anything else this is your joint to party. Otherwise the hotel is too far from downtown PVR. I wouldnt want to stay there again bc I want to go in town and chech it out. Also there is no nightlife unless you go into puerto vallarta which is a $45 cab ride round trip and a hour drive round trip. Besides be careful as couple of people were mugged by the taxi cab drivers. Its a beautiful resort the sit down restaurants are really good and JESSE at the pool is awesome. We stayed from Wed through Fri, so the hotel was not crowed. It was all inclusive for my wife and I. From check in to check out, every person that worked at this hotel was friendly and eager to please. This included the bar tenders, the restaurant wait staff, and the entertainers. One of the nights, we did not make a reservation to the restaurant (you are supposed to make reservations to the specialty restaurants, they are still free, but they need to know how many tables to set up), but they accomodated us. "Needs Improvement"
Beautiful Location but they turned a potential 5 star hotel into 3 stars. Cheap matresses, poor quality food and their high end restaurants are equivalent to an Outback or less. Plenty of booze, entertainment ok and great pool and beach.

We ennjoy our stay; the service was great everyone were ready to help you. The only thing is that the hotel is to far from Puerto Vallarta (downtown) but if you organize your time with one trip to P. Vallarta it's OK..... don't forget to tip the waiters and the room cleaning person.

We stayed at Riu Palace Pacific. The hotel is very nice. The food is good in the buffet restaurants. The only problem is that at time of check in they say that they have five restaurants, and in three of them you need to make reservations. Hubo algunos momentos en que inquilinos de la famoso VALLARTASO, acudián en su mayoria sólos, y son los que ocasionaron algo de incorformidad a los demás huéspedes que estaban en la alberca,a fortunadamente se les llamó la atención y todo se calmó. Es un hotel muy lindo, tuvimos una excelente estancia, me gustaría felicitar al barman Guadalupe de Sport Bar, quien a pesar de tener un horario complicado, siempre se mostró atento con todos los huéspedes y creo que es un buen ejemplo de actitud y calidad de servicio

El hotel esta muy bonito, la habitacion suite junior muy comoda, linda y con una estupenda vista al mar. La comida muy rica, variada, las bebidas se quedan un poco cortas, talvez por el consumo excesivo de los huespedes del hotel. En fin un lugar recomendable para vacacionar y por supuesto que volveria

les hace falta esmero es su trabajo, me explico, quien te la da las bebidas lo hace pero no pone de su parte para que el husped se sienta mejor

Las instalaciones del hotel, son excelentes así como el servicio del personal en cada una de sus áreas, ya sea entrtenimiento, bares, restaurantes, etc. Es un lugar que dan ganas de volver a visitar.
