It is a nice experience to stay in this hotel. It is very convenient location to everywhere. The staff and their service are good. I will stay here next time. I need to bring my own slippers( shoes to wear after taking a bath)if I am coming here in winter time because the floor feels cold to me on foot. Bathroom was moldy, room was extremely sparse, alley that the hotel was located on was smelly, nowhere near the water. NOT A 4 STAR - more like a two star. The only good thing was that when after checking in a realizing how much I hated the hotel, they let me cancel my 5 day reservation without penalty.

Great location, close to placa d'Espana for buses and train to Soller. Take bus number one to Placa Esana and walk a few minutes to the hotel. Front desk staff were very helpful. Easy to walk everywhere in the old town and down to the port.

Excellent! This is a great hotel, with perfect location, cleanliness and facilities. Only downside is the sound of dustbins being emptied at the crack of dawn, so if you're a light sleeper, perhaps this is not for you. But, for the price and excellent service, we are not complaining.

This is by no stretch of the imagination a 4* hotel! The rooms seem to be unfinished, with paint peeling off the walls, tiles not properly fixed and dark rooms. The hotel is in a central location just off one of the main shopping streets. The room was comfortable but there was a strong smell of smoke. If we were staying for more than 1 night we would have asked to change room. Breakfast not up to much, would be better just paying room only and going to a nearby cafe.

Excellent location if arriving by airport bus- couldn't be easier. Car park is tiny, if your car is bigger than a nissan micra I wouln't reccomend it, also it's very difficult to find the correct route in through pedestrian area and one way streets. They charge 9.50 euros per day to park, but I don't think there is cheaper parking nearby. They have […] no lift and no porter- expect to have to struggle upstairswith luggage. We were given a courtyard room with a window opening at table height with a table about three feet from the window, if you opened the window people at the table could see right into the room and their cigarette smoke came in the room- we did get moved to a better room. The only waiter at the time we were there was very rude and very bad at his job. If you eat in the courtyard in the evening it is very dark- you can't see anyting on your plate. Das Hotel war sehr sauber, das Personal mehrheitlich nett. Leider hatten wir das Zimmer zum Hof, indem man Draussen bis spät etwas Trinken kann und es war daher entprechend laut! Mit dem Frühstück inkl. klappte es leider nicht, da es nirgends aufgeführt war und wir für das Frühstück separat bezahlen mussten. Alles in allem nicht Zufriedenstellend.

Mitten in der Altstadt und nur wenige Meter von der Placa d'Espagna enfernt. Von dort fahren viele öffentliche Verkehrsmittel (zum Flughafen, zum Hafen, historischer Zug nach Sóller, etc.). Das Personal an der Rezeption war freundlich und hilfsbereit, auch wenn mir etwas mehr persönliche Information und Einführung besser gefallen hätte, man musste fast alles selbst herausfinden. Der Frühstücksraum befindet sich im meiner Meinung nach zu dunklen Kellergeschoss. Man kann aber das Frühstück auch mit in den Innenhof nehmen und an den Tischen […] des Restaurants frühstücken. Das Frühstücksbuffet war okay, der Preis entsprechend. Wir frühstückten später lieber außer Haus. Die Aussicht aus unseren Fenstern war bescheiden, man sah lediglich die andere Hauswand, aber bei den engen Gassen der Altstadt muss man das in Kauf nehmen. Daraus resultieren auch entsprechende Lichtverhältnisse. Unser Zimmer hatte einen Balkon zum Innenhof des Hauses, der vom Restaurant (Marc Fosh) genutzt wird. Während unseres Aufenthaltes fand eine Vernissage statt, die bis spät in die Nacht dauerte. Geräuschempfindlich darf man dann nicht sein, wenn man mit offenen Fenstern schläft. Die Klimaanlage hat nur in einem der zwei Räume funktioniert. Die Reklamation wurde aufgenommen, der Mangel während unseres Aufenthaltes jedoch nicht beseitigt. Die motivierte Inneneinrichtung zeigt erste Nutzungsschäden. Der erste positive Eindruck wurde somit etwas gedämpft. Insgesamt können wir das Hotel weiterempfehlen. Die Lage ist perfekt, wenn man zu Fuß die Stadt erkunden möchte. In direkter Umgebung befinden sich Fußgängerzonen mit vielen Geschäften und Cafés sowie der zentrale (Bus-)Bahnhof am Plaça d'Espanya. Das Hotel Mision San Miguel liegt wirklich IN der Fußgängerzone. Zu Fuß ist man in 3 Min am Placa Major. Wir hatten das beste Zimmer im Hotel. Zimmer 31. Im dritten Stock hat man dort 1 Wohnzimmer, 2 Schlafzimmer und eine 20 qm Dachterrasse ganz für sich alleine!!!!! Das Bad ist zwar winzig, aber sauber und die Dusche ist sehr groß. Das Hotel ist ruhig […] und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war auch in Ordnung. Müsli, Früchte, Croissants, Toast, Käse, Wurst - alles was man so braucht war frisch und gut. Kaffee kann man sich am Automaten selbst machen (kostenlos natürlich). Das Hotel verfügt auch noch über eine Garage. Diese ist wirklich winzig!!!!!!! Wir hatten einen kleinen Nissan und haben es gerade so um die Kurven geschafft. Aber besser, als einen Parkplatz suchen zu müssen..... Die Garage kostet 9,50 Euro extra am Tag. Wir haben ein schön gestaltetes Hotel gefunden, welches noch eine persönliche Atmosphäre hatte. Eine moderne Einrichtung und ein stylishes Restaurant runden den Eindruck ab.
