I was expecting a much larger pool, the pictures made it look larger than it actually was. There wasn't an ice machine on our floor. The staff was excellent and accomodating and the breakfast was delicious!

We have stayed at this hotel a couple of times before and really enjoyed it. However this time we had a room on the second floor and found that the beds were hard as rocks and the pillows were small and way too soft. there was only one pillow per person and no option as to preference, firm or soft. Are these newer beds or maybe less frequently used […] rooms??? Whatever the issue, we probably will select other accomodations the next time we visit Moncton/Dieppe. Read more

The hotel staff were rude and not welcoming. The rooms were not cleaned or tidied up, even after being told it needs to be clean, just towels were provided. We stayed here a couple years ago and had a great time. So, we went back this past weekend for a little getaway with the kids during March break. Unfortunately we did not enjoy our stay this time at all. The staff was friendly and pleasant, so no complaints there. The room was also clean and ready when we checked in at 5:00 PM. My biggest disappointments […] was the pool and the breakfast. The pool does not appear to be properly maintained at all. Once you walk in, you are overpowered by the chlorine smell. Either the pH is too low, the pool needs to be shocked, or the chlorine is out of whack. As an owner of a pool, I can tell that something was off with that pool. My daughter had a coughing fit while in there because of the smell. Once we left she was fine. The entire pool area did not appear to be a healthy environment. Also, there was three chairs there for parents to sit down....I think you could easily add some more. My issue with the breakfast is that basically when we got down there in the morning, there was nothing left. It was 9:30 and the breakfast was suppose to go until 10. While I know we were late getting there, but I would expect there to be food there until the posted end time. There were a lot of people that got there after us and left empty handed. We went to Super 8 for the kids to go swimming before March break ended. The picture of the pool makes it look way more exciting than it really is. The clorine in the pool was just outrageous. Sitting in the pool area for more than 5 minutes made our eyes burn and we were not even in the water.

Excellent customer service. I had a family emergency and had to leave a day early. The front desk staff worked with Hotels.com to credit my one nights stay. That assistance was appreciated. I will definitely book with them again. Access to all major highway routes was easy and the airport was close.

I did not enjoy my stay hot tub was broke and kids running the halls all hour of the night 4 am to be exact could not sleep! Came to relax and enjoy the hot tub used all my extra cash on deposit when I had a credit card for that purpose wish I would of had a better experience choice this hotel out of all the others

The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the hotel was modern. I was a bit off-put (as other reviewers have been) by the request for a 100$ deposit 'for incidentals', but I don't think there will be any issue with that (I used a credit card pre-auth.) Note there was a fridge in the room, but it was not stocked, so I'm not sure what incidentals […] would be involved? I stayed in a Jacuzzi room with King-sized bed; it was all good, and the room heat and hot water supply was fine - but the bed was VERY firm - good for the back, but so hard I couldn't get back to sleep after waking up - I'd bring a mattress pad if I come back. The location was OK - a straight drive to downtown Moncton, but about 6 Km so not a cheap taxi fare; right by the airport (but no noise issues.) Indoor pool with water slide make it very popular for travellers with children (and a bit noisy right around the pool :-). The continental breakfast is OK - basic, but you can fill up on it. We chose this hotel for a family night away, mostly because of the water slide. We had to wait over 20min to check in because there was only one person at the desk, and she was answering the phone as well. When I asked the clerk if thay accepted CAA, she said "You booked through Expedia so I can't do anything for you". The pool had WAY TOO MUCH chlorine!! […] My eyes were burning from just sitting in the area with my children. We couldn't stay very long due to the respiratory irritation. The staff were sparse, to say the least, and I didn't find that any of them went out of their way to be helpful. Also there was a $100.00 deposit that had to be paid on check in, and we had to wait for someone to check the room before we could check out and get our money back #I don't recall seeing anything about this on the web site#. It's close the Airport...very new and clean. Enjoyed my overnight there. It took my dog, which I appreciated. He is very good and no problem, so it's nice to have a hotel that appreciates good dogs.

After having booked a two night stay with family, got there and was told damage deposit required and must put on cc. Told clerk no funds on cc. Manager on duty says "can't stay without damage depo". He then says you can't be reimbursed. Basically he was letting leave without giving money back because we couldn't afford deposit on room we already paid! […] Thanks to a complete stranger who was also a guest at the hotel, she told the clerk to put deposit on HER ACCOUNT so my family could stay and visit with my dying father who is at George Dumont hospital. How sad that the hotel manager can't help us out but lets a customer charge her card to help us out! Goes to show how common sense is not everybody's forte! It's not our first time going there, but we like it, for the price, kids get a water slide they like, and we get a continental breakfast too in the morning, only thing that deceived us from the other super8 we went to, is that they do not have a waffle making machine in the breakfast, which was a favorite for me and the kids.
