This hotel represents good value for money and the journey to Central London is fast and reliable. However the housekeeping seems to fail as whenever I am here someone has failed to fix things before I arrive in the room. This has happened to me before on a couple of occasions. Things like the soap dispenser is always nearly empty and on this occasion the television hanging down on its support frame. just wish they would get this right.

Comfortable room, plenty of hot water and a good shower. This part of the hotel (the block overlooking the car park) seemed to have been recently decorated and carpeted - other parts of the hotel were ready for some attention. Our original room had been used by a smoker but the friendly reception staff immediately moved us to another room and seemed genuinely horrified that we had been given a room in that state. Continental breakfast is a buffet and despite the hotel being busy it was kept well stocked with plenty of choice. Located in a lively area but it's a bit of a trek to the nearest tube station; we were using a car so appreciated the secure car park.

Clean and shower fabulous. Very filling breakfast.Long way from Heathrow but once worked out buses and underground, very easy to get to and from. Not the nicest looking area of London, but travelling with sister and 2 teenagers we were actually very safe.

Stayed one night for business purposes. The hotel is a little old fashioned upstairs but the lobby is nice. My room was comfortable. Would consider staying again if the room was available for the same price!

the staff were friendly and efficient on the reception. the room was very poorly maintained and in need a really good clean. the breakfast was good if a little noisy due to the harsh furnishings and the staff's inability to lift the chairs back in place - metal on tiled floor not a great combination!

I arrived to check in at around 7pm. Reception staff very offhand. I had paid in full up front. Asked for photo ID which I didn't have, but they finally accepted credit card. Asked whether restaurant open for dinner, met with a shrug and suggestion "outside".Very nice local pub had lots of real ales and good food. Bathroom smelled very damp and could have been cleaner, although bed linen and towels were very clean and shower worked well. Wifi was supposed to be included in the price but I could not use it when I first arrived as there were "too many subscribers" which was very frustrating. Worked fine later though. Really good heating/aircon unit with remote control. Noisy outside but ok once I shut the window. Comfortable bed, extra pillow provided. Ironing room was available. Breakfast was very busy and confusing, but if i was there again I would know what to do so it would be better. It was ok. Morning reception staff much friendlier which made all the difference. Bus stop very close by.

I am very happy and i,m using this hotel for second time. I like that hotel because the staff is always very nice to me, the check-in is very fast. the check-in and check-out hours are very comfortable and it is not like in other hotels that I have to wait until 2pm or 3pm until I,m allowed to come in. That is why I,ll recommend it to friends. The rooms are very clean and also the bathroom.

Only reason we stayed here was price and location we required. Room was on the far side of a separate building to the main hotel. Bit of a trek with bags. Not sure why as didn't seem full. This put us near car garages under the railway arches so wouldn't want to be in there during the day. Cig burns on furniture. Fire alarm went off several times. Nobody seemed bothered so assume it's a common occurance.

Compared to other Ibis hotels, this falls short of the mark. The room is very basic with badly finished decoration. The bathroom was dirty and damp. The reception staff were friendly. Breakfast was basic but OK.

lovely welcome by recepionist who was very friendly and helpful. The room was a little odd and noisy and when in bed felt a bit like a corridor, the bathroom really let it down with an erratic light and old rusty bath, the hair dryer also only worked in 20 second boosts as it over heated. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was fine if limited in selection. Parking is limited and in a challenging residential area so road parking not best and limited to 8am due to permits.

Initially we wanted to find a hotel similar to that of a Premier/Jurys inn, without paying the typical London prices, and this hotel was just that! We arrived very early on the morning, (greeted by the smell of the breakfast) slightly worried that the staff were not going to let us check in as the booking did state 2pm, however it wasn't a problem and we got straight in at around 10am. We got to our room and were very pleased! Clean and pleasant double room with en-suite bathroom. The hotel itself wasn't far from the nearest tube station (Walthamstow Central) around 15-20 minute walk or 5 minute bus journey, which cost no more than around £2.20 (single) from right outside the hotel doors! Car parking at the hotel is extremely cheap too, at only £5.00 per night. The staff even let us keep our car there until late the following evening at no additional cost, which was a bonus. Overall this hotel was brilliant and I will definitely visit again the next time I head to London.

I stayed in the latest refurbished room. The work was to a high standard, clean, relaxing colour scheme and comfortable bed. I liked the new look and feel of room and look forward to staying in this room again. Key for me is a have a clean, comfortable room to use when having to stay over for work so budget will always be a consideration.

The staff seemed pleasant and approachable. The hotel was very, very cramped and our room must have been the smallest in the place (top floor and the sloping ceiling took up well.over half the room). The walls were also paper thin and we could hear every word of conversation in the next room (I don't think they were being overly loud). Tube is only a 15 minute walk away and the bus stop is right outside the hotel so transport links are pretty good. Breakfast is little more than cheap bread and value ham in a cramped room. I'd recommend you avoid at all costs. If you're just after a bed for the night and can tolerate a bit of noise, it's not too bad).

I guess you get what you pay for in London. Like stopping in a youth hostel with damp corridors and smelly bathrooms. No indication that the car park was limited and guess what...it was full so take your chances on the street and you have to be away by 8am or you get towed away. Never again...

Where do I start The window was loose on the hinges so on a busy London high street all the noise came through, The mirror light in the bathroom would not turn off so I had to keep the door shut or pull the card from the holder in the room, The free breakfast was a continental one and a English breakfast was extra parking is extra so the stay was not so cheep after all. I will never stay here again

Very helpful & accomodating staff on reception, breakfast was spot on (my husband paid the extra £5 for a full english and was highly satisfied. The location was ideal for our needs ( attending a football match and visitng our Son). The only downside was that the room was very cold - couldn't get the AC unit to blow much warm air out even though we set the handset to 30 deg. As with all hotel rooms when you remove the keycard on exit all the power went off. In the winter months some kind of residual heating would be beneficial - however we were plenty warm enough in bed.

The staff and manager were courteous, friendly, and kind, and agreed to refund the remainder of my unused, reserved, and pre-paid nights after I decided to check out after one night. The neighborhood was frightening to walk alone in and there were no decent places to eat (as in, something other than fried chicken and chips) within walking distance. While the lobby, corridor, and elevator seemed pleasant enough, the room itself was dirty and old (stains and unidentifiable smears on the walls, for example), the bathroom mouldy, the mattress hard as a rock, and all the surfaces (e.g., the desk) were inexplicably sticky. The heating/cooling unit could only be operated if you had 10 pounds cash to rent the remote.

The gotel was value for money, the location was good, though it's quite a walk from the tube station but if you have travel card/Oyster card then there are plenty of buses. The room was clean, though our bathroom had a few cobwebs at floor level when we first arrived but these were gone when the room was cleaned the following day (we stayed 2 nights). We only had breakfast which was okay. The only thing which I was disappointed with was that as the hotel is in 2 locations, we were located across the main road from the restaurant area which with 2 children was bit more complicated.

Room was clean but very warm and noisy, to turn the temperature down you have to "hire" the A/C control for a £10 deposit!! This hotel is nowhere near any public transport links (except bus) and parking is very limited.
