Traveling with two little kids (5 & 1), we had the junior suite. It was very clean and spacious (paris hotels are notorious for small rooms). Staff were very accomodating, friendly and helpful. Location is great with the RER and metro right outside doorsteps. Starbucks just outside, two malls within blocks and a good shopping area while most major sites are within 30 minute walking. Reccomend.

The room was a little small but had twin beds, desk, chair, closet, and luggage stand. The windows opened and there was a fan available in the room if needed. Good cafes in the neighborhood. Metro station very close. We would use this hotel again.

This was our second stay at Hotel de Vendome and it topped the excellent experience that we enjoyed in November 2010. We were upgraded to a corner deluxe suite for an anniversary trip and welcomed with red rose petals in the room. Every detail of the hotel is first class with a very warm and friendly staff. Breakfast in the room every morning was a luxury followed by a walk in the Tuileries just a block from the hotel. If you're looking for the ultimate elegant boutique Parisian hotel, then you'll find it here. We'll be coming back to this one again. Bon voyage.

Good service and a decent area, very convinent location with a market of all food and goods! 2 mins walk from metro! Just a little far from center paris! Good service and polite reception!

"Good front desk staff service and new room"
Very nice hotel and staff service but location is new developed area from not very good neigborhood.

"Not a pretty location"
Tram line being built outside so traffic congestion was bad. regular buses into La Defence where you can pick up the Metro. Hotel itself was good, clean & spacious rooms etc. Bistro in Hotel was also nice.

"Marriot in Colombes PAris"
My overall stay in the hotel was 7 nights and was overall quite pleasant. I booked 2 rooms for 6 people and was told that extra rollaway beds were not booked. The hotel did eventually do their best and provided an extra rollaway bed for no extra charge for the duration of our stay. The hotel does not advertise free wifi so I did not take my laptop - […] when I got there free wifi was available in the lobby so if I had known about this I would have brought my laptop. We did not have breakfast as I felt that it was quite expensive for 6 people. The room was always well maintained, cleaned to satisfaction and came with the usual extras - hairdryer, safe, iron, complementary tea/coffee, toiletries, TV, etc. The location is in zone 3 so expect to travel. This was not a problem for us because we did not really wait more than 5 minutes for a bus direct to defense. From here an RER was also 4 stops away from central Paris so it wasnt too bad. There is a supermarket accross the road so we were able to fill up the fridges with cheaper snacks than in the hotel and there was also a good choice of local take aways within walkin distance so food was never a problem. Contrary to other reviews, we found the local area very safe and never had any problems day or night. Overall I would definitely stay here again and have no hesitation in recommending it. Read more

uitstekend hotel,management in Nederlandse handen. Vriendelijk personeel dat in diverse talen aanspreekbaar is. Het ontbijt is goed, ruime keuze, kwaliteit prima. Bereikbaarheid: vanuit het hotel is het 10-15 min met de bus naar het metrostation La Defense...veel bussen rijden met deze bestemming, dus je hoeft niet lang te wachten. Vanaf de metro is […] het centrum snel bereikbaar. Het 'ongemak' van het busvervoer wordt ruimschoots goedgemaakt door de kwaliteit van het hotel. De parkeergarage is groot en de prijs is oké...voor 3 dagen € 51. Je auto staat safe. Advies: neem een aantal-dagen-openbaarvervoerkaart...hieronder valt zowel het busvervoer als de metro. Idem: neem een museumkaart. Haal deze daags voordat je deze in laat gaan, zodat je de 1ste dag niet in de rij hoeft te gaan staan. Dit is - naast een super gevoel - ook nog voordeliger. Read more

Accueil trés sympathique. A proximité de la Défense . Acces perturbé par les travaux Tram mais sans dérangement lors de notre séjour en WE. Seul étonnement minibar vide .

Ottima struttura nuova. Tre sistemazioni in un unico letto sono assurde (genitori+bambino in un letto a due piazze e mezzo. Avere il frigobar "vuoto" in stanza per un "4 stelle" è allucinante. I prezzi della colazione, dei pasti, del bar e del minimarket sono "esageratamente alti".

Jeg ble forført av hotellets nettsider. Og sidene holder hva de lover hva gjelder værelsesstandard. For mine gjester ble det et sjokk å fronte hotellets beliggenhet. Store reparasjonsarbeider pågår utenfor hotellet. Dette er Paris forstad. Her kommer det nye Paris om 10 eller 20 år. Sånn sett kan det jo være interessant å bo 20 minutter forbi La Defense. […] Colombes er ikke Paris. Det tar ca. en time inn til det historiske sentrum. Det er nødvendig å bruke de overfylte bussene som går like utenfor hotellet. Disse tar deg til La Defense. Derifra kan du konmme deg til de fleste steder. Det er også mulig å ta toget inn til Paris. Det tar 10 -15 min å gå fra hotellet til stasjonen Colombes La Garenne. Herifra går det tog hvert 10 eller 15 min. til Gare St. Lazarre. For mine gjester som alle var gamle ble det svært anstrengende å bo her ute. For meg som er yngre var det interessant å reise med buss og metro. Jeg fikk vel oppleve hvordan folk flest i Paris har det. Hotellet hadde det gode senger, puter og dyner.Deilig dusj. En forvirrende frokost. Tre valgmuligheter. brød og kaffe 6 €, juice, frukt og yogurt 6€ og full frokost med ost og div pålegg 12 €. Valgmulighetene lå snublende nær hverandre. Read more

très bon hotel , pas loin des champs élysées , prix excellent pour un 4 étoiles....le personnel est moyivé mais manque un peu de formation pour ce standing d'hotel à mon goût...mais j'y retourne sans aucun doute ( au même niveau de prix )...

L'hôtel justifie son statut par la qualité de ses prestations hôtelières. Les services de restauration sur place sont très limités et les prix sont excessifs. Ils invitent à consommer à l'extérieur. Et justement, l'extérieur est plutôt pauvre (quartier en pleine rénovation, triste et bruyant). Pas de salle de gymnastique ou de piscine. L'hôtel n'est […] pas très calme.
