Cute little town centre not far away from the hotel; some interesting sites, and quaint dinner at the Log House Restaurant. Pool and hot tub had too much chlorine! Friendly, helpful, nice sized rooms. Decent breakfast, and fresh baked cookies in the afternoon. Nice lounge area.

Patricia was a great help for us out of towners. I was able to call and get directions when my Husband and I were looking for a movie theater. She was very nice and helpful, so was the rest of the staff at the hotel. The hotel was very clean as well.

We stopped here for the night during our road trip. The suite was massive with a soaring ceiling. The room was in great condition and very clean. The bedding was very, very comfortable - especially the pillows. The breakfast bar was closed in the evening but still offered coffee, tea, cookies, yogurt, and fruit cups. Overall, a pleasent Hotel with great free breakfast. Room was comfortable and really quite large. We stayed with 3 kids, the pool was well maintained and the staff very friendly. We will certainly be stopping again on our next trip

Room n hotel looked new...was nice sized room w free wifi. Only complaint is that they stuck me with loud neighbors, not really hotel's fault, but it wasn't full an they could have put people a little further away. Also it's in Wytheville...not really much going on, again not hotel's fault.

The room was super clean, the bed was comfortable with lots of fluffy pillows and linens. Breakfast was good and the hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The front desk manager was nice, and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it too friends or relatives!

The room was clean and comfortable. Bed was a little soft for me though. Very friendly and the breakfast was pretty good...not just continental but had hot items as well. Definitely worth the higher price than other hotels in town. Will stay there again on next trip.

I am a casual traveler who spends ~15 nights per year in hotels, generally not for business. On this trip, I was traveling with my sons, age range 18-20. Good: Very comfortable beds. High ceilings in ground floor room were a pleasant change. Spacious rooms do not feel cramped. Plenty of parking. Front desk clerk was helpful, just overwhelmed as one […] person dealing with multiple phone calls + multiple people trying to check in. Room felt older but clean. Bad: Front desk understaffed during Friday rush check-in period resulted in a very slow check-in process for a prepaid room. The provided TV channel lineup was completely inaccurate and picture quality on multiple channels was poor. The remote did not work well either. Door to room closed/locked only with extra effort. Provided free wireless Internet access was terrible, poor signal quality and low speed. Could not see TV from 1/2 the couch in sitting area. Indoor pool is very small, which can be figured out if you closely study the provided photo. 11 AM checkout makes one feel rushed to get out. Overall: Slept great in comfortable beds but would not stay there again. Good quality Internet access is more important than ever and the lack of good connectivity really detracted from our stay. We stayed in your hotel on our return trip from Atlanta and my wife and I were thrilled with the room, the staff, and pretty much everything in between. On our way down to Atlanta we stayed in another hotel which is about three hundred yards or so away from yours, was like night and day; what a dump. This was our first time staying in a Comfort Suite […] and we absolutely loved it. We booked this hotel as a last resort for our son's graduation, because everything else was booked. Therefore I was a little concerned what we would find. I needn't have worried though. The hotel was super clean, quiet and the hotel staff, in particular the breakfast crew, super friendly. One of my biggest worry were bedbugs, but again - NO WORRIES […] - . We stayed in Wytheville to attend a small festival 30mins away. We enjoyed having the indoor pool and hot tub for family fun. The continental breakfast was very good. Staff was helpful overall. We also liked the slight separation between our king bed and our daughter's sleeper sofa. We would stay there again.

My husband and I stay at this hotel every spring on an annual trip and it is always great. The staff are very friendly and the rooms are always clean and well maintained. We've stayed there the past 3-4 years and never had any problems.

The room was a nice size with everything one might need for an enjoyable stay. It was ruined however by a soft, soggy mattress and small, square pillows which flattened completely upon use. (All of them together would not have made one king-sized pillow.) We left a day early due to the terrible bed and pillows; we just could not sleep another night […] on that mattress. We booked this hotel on our way to Washington DC. We wanted to stop about halfway and get a good nights sleep and travel the next morning. We were very pleased with the hotel and staff and the room was very clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.
