We called Hotel.com at the last minute to make a reservation and the CSR made the reservation based on pricing and it was a win win for both of us. The hotel room was great and comfortable and clean and we would stay there again....and book thru Hotel.com.

Probably the worst hotel I have ever seen much less had the bad LUCK of staying there! First the A/C didn't work at all.... Ok, it worked just very badly! We had the temp down as far as it would go and the fan as high as it would go and we had to have the window open, which only opened 4 inches, and even in the Rocky Mountains cool spring nights it […] NEVER COOLED OFF! Second, the bed was almost as comfortable as having your eyeballs scratched with a rusty steak knife. Third, in normal hotels IF there happened to be a emergency you would follow the Exit signs. To see those signs in a normal hotel you would look up. Not at Lady Cluck! They don't put the exit signs up, they put them along the baseboards! Ok, enough of the bad things. Our room was too hot, we tried the AC and it didn't work. Maintanance did come and said they fixed the problem but the room never cooled off, didn't sleep good because it was very uncomfortable.

Everything was good...once we finally got checked in. As we entered the Lady Luck parking garage the office labelled as "Lady Luck Check-In" was closed with no staff on hand. We parked & entered the elevators & made our way to the casino level. The sign gave us 2 options, "Lady Luck" or "Isle". We booked Lady Luck...so we went that direction. Get to […] the Lady Luck Casino where we were asked for id & tagged with a Lady Luck wrist band. Couldn't find a check-in so we asked & were directed back down to the Isle Casino. Once we arrived at the Isle Casino we were again asked for id & tagged again with a Isle Casino wrist band. Isle id personel directed us through the casino to the Isle check-in. Once we reached Isle check-in for our Lady Luck room the check-in clerk could careless of our check-in issues. His disregard made it seem as he didn't seem to care if we stayed at Lady Luck, Isle, Riviera, or Ameristar. Casino was good & room was too. Read more

We had a great stay! The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, it was close to everything, cheaper than the neighboring hotels, it was quiet and I thought the bathroom was cool (two double doors). Would definately stay there again!!

The room was fine, but it was a Monday night, and hardly any one in town. Still, they put a group of folks who partied in the room next to ours, so we did not sleep until after 2 am. Then we went for breakfast in the Hotel, and got cold coffee and a very grumpy waitress.

The staff was friendly, however the condition of the rooms were not a great site. The water wasn't hot enough and the walls are thin. The bed was comfortable so an ok room if you only plan to sleep a few hours.

The staff and hotel was great. Very helpful and friendly, and the updating of the rooms were great. We were expecting "true" pillowtop beds as was stated on the profile. They were not comfortable as we both woke up with backs hurting. Other than that, our stay was pleasant.

the maze between elevators from parking to hotel to casino is a bit strange but manageable. Everyone was polite and happy to help. It was nice to have access to two casinos and multiple restaurants without going outside.

The room was very clean considering the tur around that they recieve. Large bathroom with deep tub if you like to soak away your days. Hotel does not have any true amenities other than that. If you wish to eat a meal it is either room service which is fairly priced compared to other hotels, or going next door to the regular Isle Hotel and casino to […] eat at the buffet (which is over priced) or at the steakhouse (which is really over priced). For a more economical option, the casino directly associated with Lady Luck Tower, they have a restaurant across the gaming floor, though the food is rather simple. They were "out" of nonsmoking rooms when I checked in, even though I had paid months in advance for a nonsmoking one. The desk clerk explained that attributes like "two queen beds" or "one king" or "nonsmoking" are just suggestions and they cannot guarantee until check in. Take this into consideration if you really need one of those things. Oh, and […] after I checked in and was walking towards the elevator, I could hear the clerk offer the guy after me in his choice of a smoking or nonsmoking room. So apparently "out" of a type of room means they are getting low and you have to tip him to get it (aka bribe) or they are saving those for higher margin customers, you know the ones who call and pay full price rather than book through a third party website. I should also point out that my room smelled like the living room of your grandma who chain smoked for 50 years. There were burn holes in the bedspread, and there were even burnmarks on the bathtub. Could have benefited by adding an ottoman to the chair in the rm. Was originally booked @ Lady Luck but when I called the hotel directly in advance to tell them I needed a non smoking pet friendly room they moved us the Isle hotel which was fine w/ us.
