Fabulous location, friendly and helpful staff, large, bright, clean rooms. Our flight arrived at 9 am and check in was not until 12 pm. They allowed us to store our luggage there while we went sightseeing. When we came back at 2 pm to check in, our luggage was in our room. This place was great!

If you want a safe clean friendly hotel right in the center of it all, this the one. Yes, some of the rooms are small but you are not Barcelona to sleep. Great Shower and as one review said Location, Location, Location! Can not bea it!

Everything we wanted to see was within walking distance of the hotel. We even stumbled upon some wonderful parks that we weren't aware of. The front desk staff was exceptional. They were super friendly, and gave us good advice on where to get tapas. We paid a bit more for a better room and breakfast, and it was well worth it. The room had a balcony […] and was on a top floor overlooking LaRamblas. It appreared to be newly redone, and was modern and very clean. The breakfast room was beautiful, with plenty of choices for everyone. We enjoyed sitting up on the rooftop patio, but would have enjoyed it even better if the cushions were on the furniture. Can't ask for a better spot on Las Ramblas. Very understated exterior, but really nice once you're inside. The staff was accommodating and have good recommendations for food and sights.

Very nice and helpful staff. Clean rooms, and nice bathrooms. One drawback rooms do not have a safe, but a small one at check-in desk available with access only by front desk staff. We would stay at this hotel again if we should return to Barcelona

The location can't be beat. Literally right off of La Rambla and only steps from the Liceu metro stop. Staff was friendly. Room was well appointed and very clean. Request a room with a balcony that faces La Rambla. The door to the balcony was quite good at keeping out the night life noise from La Rambla. The hotel was quite reasonable, clean and very convenient. The La Rambla neighborhood offers very little of any interest (too turisty and not very appealing) but you can get everwhere from there. The market near the hotel is a must visit location.

It is definitley a 3 star hotel, no air conditioning, EXTREMELY small room (and hard beds), but we chose the Ramblas view and we had a small balcony with great views of the street. It is noisy though...so bring ear plugs if you can't sleep with noise. What was great was it was Holy Week (Semana Santa) and we were able to see all the processions down […] las ramblas...which was a plus...cause this hotel is located in the heart of the Barri Gotic area (many churches). There was also a metro station directy in front of the hotel so this was awesome, we could get anywhere by Metro. It was the smallest room I have ever stayed in. The room was not even twice the size of a single bed. The room and hotel are modern and clean including the bathroom, but for the price, it would be nice to be able to not have to crawl across the bed just to open the window. Great location! I will come back and stay at Interantonal Cool Hotel again. The only drawback is the lack of abity to cool the room. They only provide heat during fall/ winter but the temp outside is 67 degrees and with no windows in the room, it can get warm.

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The location was great- an easy walk to the large square for the hop on bus (very little taped info- no person commentary)) and public transportation. It was a short taxi ride to the cruise terminal. We did take the aerobus from the airport to the large plaza and walked to the hotel (1 bag and backpack each)- very easy […] to do as bus driver told us where to get off. The las Ramblas wasn't noisy but we didn't need to open windows facing it. The Bari Gottic was right in back of us, a great place to eat.
