Upon checking into our room we discovered the security chain was very unsecure, being held to the wall with one bent screw. The mattress was very uncomfortable with the springs so hard you could count them. The mattress cover and sheets were thread bare. The sink had no counter and there was no where to put personal items. The toilet paper was keep […] on the back of the toilet since the holder was broken. Altough they were prompt to unclog the shower drain, they failed to clean the shower and the greasy footprints from the maintenance man were there the following day. The pool was dirty and looked like it was in need of some good cleaning and maintenance. The breakfast display was VERY small in limited. The second day, there was no coffee. We were unable to get the internet connection to work, upon inquiry their response was for us to reboot our computer.When it actually worked, it was so slow the web page would time out. We finally went to a restaurant across the street to utilize their service. We were very unhappy with the experience and would not recommend this hotel to anyone and would encourage visitors to choose somewhere else to stay. Read more

This place was a mess! Not clean outside nor inside. We stayed for about 2 hours, and only so we could find another place near the cruise ship pier. We ended up at the Hilton, and we sleep like a baby. We were very happy to leave.

I expected what I payed for, but I was pleasantly surprised by the beds. Large and comfortable. This was a great experience! I was a bit unsure when we first pulled up to the hotel but don't judge this book by its cover!! The guy at the front desk was great! He let us check in 6 hours early, had the room cleaned and ready for us within 10 minutes. The location was great. Wendy's, gas station, Pizza Hut right across the street and a Denny's at […] the end of the block. The hotel is located about a 10 minute cab ride to the Port of Miami and a 15 minute cab ride to the airport. There is a Airport shuttle for $26 but I think you could get a cab for cheaper. We took the shuttle (which the front desk operator set up for us) we were allowed to stay in the room past check out waiting for our shuttle. Checking in and out was quick and easy. à condition d'avoir une voiture (ce qui est important à Miami si l'on veut vraiment découvrir la ville et ses environs), on est à 5-10 minutes de Bayside, du port et de Miami Beach accès par les 3 principaux ponts. Sinon l'hôtel est moyen mais tout à fait correct, nourriture pas cher tout autour, 2 parkings gratuits et clim!!!

Von Ungeziefern und Schimmel im Bad mal abgesehen war das Zimmer allgemein sehr dreckig und wurde innerhalb 4 Nächten nur 2x gesaugt und das auch nur sehr oberflächlich. Unser 1. Anblick im Bad war die Kloschüssel - dort hing noch das Klopapier vom Vorgänger oder vom Reinigungspersonal dran. In den dreckigen Pool haben wir uns nicht gewagt.
