This is a great little hotel, but what everyone should know is there aren't really any hotels on airport property. They all require a bus ride. But the most important realization is that Terminal 5 is in the middle of nowhere and a long way from any other terminal. Therefore the Premier Inn is not onside. The next thing to know is the 423 bus is a FREE ride to and from Terminal 5. You don't need to pay for the overpriced H shuttles. Just hop on and pay attention to your stop. From Heathrow the Premier in will appear on the left once you're on Bay Road. Watch for the White Horse Pub as your marker that you're getting close. Great staff to help you with local transport and tell you where to find things like UK mobile phones.

Great for a few days business stay. The hotel is located just a couple of minutes walk from the Reading train station, at the center of Reading. Very tidy and clean rooms - seems new or recently renovated. Staff was helpful and friendly.

We stayed for one night after a show at The Hexagon. The hotel is well located and parking is relatively convenient. After the show, we bought drinks from the hotel bar. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was really comfortable and the shower was excellent.

The hotel follows the usual Ibis standards including the rather strange bathroom fibre glass capsule which is a little strange but effective.The "new bed" was comfortable and I got a good night's sleep. No frills, but otherwise recommended.

On the 12th floor which was fine, but was very warm in the night and could not control heat without opening window which was noisy from the works at the station. Have stayed a number of times here now though and would still come back again and recommend it

Perfect stop over point for rail link to Heathrow, just a short walk from station. Lots of places to eat out in the nearby city centre and even had time to shop in the Oracle centre and watch a film at Vue down by the Riverside

Was nearly half the price of other budget hotel close by and the room was clean and tidy with lovely power shower in the bathroom pod! Helpful staff and good buffet breakfast at very reasonable price. I paid for 24 hours internet and when it didnt work I was refunded the payment without any hassles. Good location for business in Reading, very close to the station. However, shower was appalling (hot -> warm -> freezing, repeat every 10 seconds). Room was clean but small.

Having stayed at this hotel previously, we knew what to expect! Clean rooms, basic decor,just as expected. Very helpful staff checked us in early as room was available, very easy check in and out. Will stay again!

Very convenient for going out in the middle of town - close to all shops/restaurants/bars etc. Very clean, almost spotless. Comfy bed. Good value for money!

staff were great, friendly and knew about buses etc. a very reasonable price for a night in central Reading. cooked buffet breakfast was a bargain. Room was basic but clean and had every thing you need.

Reading close to train station and city centre. We stayed in a room that was not facing the street so it was lovely and quiet at night. Clean room, modern shower room and really comfortable beds, staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back again for that price!!

Quick and easy to check in, rooms, where better than the star rating, only downside was trying to get in the hotel at 2am.... the swipe pass wasn't working, but the doors were soon opened by reception. all in all i will use the Ibis again
