Best Western Hotel Parc des Expos - Malakoff

The location of this hotel is horrible. The neighborhood is very run down on the outskirts of Paris and a 15 minute walk to the metro. There are many other much better located Best Westerns in Paris that are well worth the extra 20 dollars per night.

Hotel was small but reasonable with the price. The location is far from main attractions but short walk to the metro. Hotel staff was great and spoke good English, room was very clean. Overall very satisfied with the hotel and the low price.

The hotel is perfect for the price, had it been inside Paris, it probably would be double the price. But it is in a somewhat sad part of town in the outskirt of Paris. Subway is a good 12 minutes walk that I would not advise late at night. But you are close enough to Porte de Chatilon to catch a cab there to the hotel for less than 8 Euros. For a day, it wasn't that bad. I don't know if I would spend an entire week here. Too far from anything, it's 1 hour to Gare nord (Paris nord station) if you use the subway. Rooms were cozy and comfy, tv had English channels, staff spoke English :).

Great little hotel , close to Buses and subway. remodeled rooms comfortable beds. The room we had was great, a little small but they all are in Paris. Staff was helpful and food was available if you wanted it. The lobby has a bar. Although this hotel is in the southern end of the city of Paris, end of the Metro Line 13, it is only a 10 minute walk from the Metro station. Once you want to go back into the city, you simply walk across the street and get on either bus that comes and it takes you along a nice 10 minute ride to another Metro line station, (Porte D'Olearns) which is […] quicker access to points in Paris without changes lines. For a walking tourists, it is wonderful. The hotel itself is great. The staff are friendly and very accomodating. They spoke English very well, and assisted with any requests, like some of the best concierges in 5 star hotels. The room was clean and my room had a (distant) view of the Eiffel Tower! I did not take advantage of the breakfast buffet that was offered as an extra, but it looked pretty extensive, if someone wanted to have a hearty breakfast before heading out for the day. I was pleased with the help I received on the last day. I was allowed to check out, but leave my bag at the front desk, as my flight was not until the evening. This allowed me one more full day in Paris, without having to lug around my suitcase all day. (some exhibits and museums do not permit even small rollaboard suitcases) I simply came back to the hotel, picked up my suitcase and headed for the airport. I had stayed in this hotel last year and it was ok. Simple and cheap... however, the hotel unlawfully charged us 120 euros for a simple toast and coffe breakfast and also tried to charge us with internet.. all and all hotel is ok but very expensive for what it is and very far from the city... Avoid and keep searching

This small modern hotel is in the Malokov southern suburb of Paris, and about 500m from metro route 13. It has garage parking and seems to be primarily a business hotel, and we got a good weekend room rate. Details are as on the description on the hotels.com website but I would also add the following details: * the hotel was free wi-fi (you need to bring your own computer) * there is room service until midnight with a three course supper costing 16 euros * breakfast next to the lobby costs 15 euros (I cannot comment on this as I did not see the breakfast) The […] room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The hotel is a 7 minute walk from Chatillon-Montrouge and a 20 minute walk from Porte d'Orleans. There are buses that stop near the hotel that can take you to these stations but I found it quicker to walk. it is a good hotel with good price, the room is good with aircondition, but its far from the City centre so visitors will find it difficult to go to the tourist attractions because of the long walk to the METRO or you take a buss from infront the hotel then a metro.

Das Zimmer war soweit ersichtlich sauber.es ist praktisch, wenn man viel unterwegs ist. Die Lage ist für den Preis in Ordnung. Mit der Metro ist man dann ja schnell unterwegs. Gut ist, dass das Auto im Parkhaus ist.
