Fantastic! Warm breakfast made for each guest (and with veggies from their garden) was a wonderful surprise.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Rooftop Room. Room was extremely small. Mattress was very uncomfortable. Private hot tub on roof, but not discrete. Breakfast was scrambled eggs with some vegetables but no real seasoning. All in all I do not consider it a value for the money, and a general disappointment. I would not return to this B&B.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Beautifully managed and designed historic home."
The Queen Anne B & B combines the best of older home atmosphere, personal attention and modern facilities. The Aspen room is a beautifully decorated and designed space. We loved the painting dome that sits above the bed. Breakfast was first class as was the hospitality. Close to downtown Denver this was a real find for us.Genuine Expedia guest review
The host was very welcoming and energetic. The fountain room was wonderful. Food emphasized organic local products. They offered free wine and cheese as well as advice about local restaurants.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Nice B & B within walking distance of Denver Mall"
Very nice room and pleasant owners but who were a little over zealous in their green, eco-friendly alternative lifestyle stance. The only info available in the room was for organic restaurants and stores with "natural" products rather than providing info on a variety of services. Breakfast was good but not great, again due to over focus on using all […] natural, organic ingredients and food options. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Will stay there again"
When we visit our daughter in Denver we can often stay with her but not this time. The Queen Ann is two blocks from her apartment and just a 15 minute walk from Coors Field and the Blake Street pubs, clubs, breweries and restaurants. The rooms are nice and breakfast was amazing. Parking can be a little tight but other than that we loved staying at the […] Queen Ann. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

We didn't know we had booked a 3rd floor room; staff graciously relocated us to main floor, at no charge. Great place.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
the owners were SO accommodating. i was running late so they made sure that i had access to the front door. they kept in touch via phone/text. my room was great! i had to call my wife to show her what it looked like. i woke up the next morning to the male owner. who was making breakfast (with all locally grown fruits/vegetables). i wasnt able to have […] breakfast OR experience the happy hour special so i plan on doing that the next time i stay! "Great hotel in walking distance to many attraction"
The staff was exceedingly friendly and knowledgeable about the surrounding area and the history of the house. They gave great directions to local eateries and attractions along with great reviews of those places. They also were very knowledgeable about the locally grown movement in the area, in which the hotel plays a good part. The breakfasts were […] to die for each morning! Fresh and super tasty! We stayed in the Tower. The room was gorgeous and spacious, with a nice view. The bed was too soft for my tastes and kept sliding away from the headboard if you tried to prop yourself up against it. The hotel has a spotlight outside and above the Tower room, be sure to keep the blinds drawn at night to try and block it out if you are a light sensitive sleeper. "Lovely place, delightful staff, so-so breakfast"
The historic building is delightful and I especially enjoyed the spacious walled gardens in the back--an urban oasis! I had my breakfast in the garden at one of the many comfortable tables, amidst flowers and draping, decorated trees. Bed was very comfrotable, room was quirky and delightful with a jacuzzi tub. However, each room has an individual window […] air conditioner, so difficult to close the drapes as it covered the air conditioner. There is a lot of light outside at night, and the drapes need to be closed or you need a sleep mask.Only disappointment was breakfast. I am used to B&Bs excelling at breakfast, which is not the case here. Breakfast was store-bought mini-muffins, two kinds of drab cereal in plastic cylindar dispensers, spongey waffles with fresh strawberries and bananas (good fresh fruit, but small amount) and frozen blueberries (terrible) on top. They served local coffee. I was unable to atend the wine and cheese reception the night before. I chose this B&B because it was close to a downtown area I needed to visit the next day. It was quite convenient, and had free off-street parking. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Nice, Quaint, Historical B&B"
Room was comfortable and clean although the furniture had the appearance of being well used. The immediate area around the B&B is fine but a block or so away, things get questionable. I would not recommend walking in the area after dark. Breakfast was good, although did not provide much in the way of options. Granted, only one person was cooking and […] I'm sure it is easier to streamline things with only one menu item, but having variety would have been nice. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
We do not have much experience with Bed and Breakfast establishments so cannot make a good comparison. Having said that, we thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay here. Thr rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff fantastic. the other patrons friendly, the breakfast excellent, the location convenient. A fair tradeoff for only a very small tv set, […] lack of hotel amenities like on-premises shops for newspapers, aspirin, etc. We would certainly stay here again. The Queen Anne was a great place to stay: clean, well-maintained, quiet. The staff was helpful and professional. We arrived about 3 hours before check-in time, and our selected room (the Park) wasn't ready, so we were put in one of the suites. The breakfast we had was delicious.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Staff was very friendly, breakfast was terrific. We enjoyed the courtyard for relaxing. The bed was comfortable and the room very clean. The towels, robes, furnishings, etc. seemed dated, but it was comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay there again!Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Rooftop Hot tub room"
The Queen Anne was amazing. The location is perfect, with just a short walk to either downtown or Coors Field and the LoDo area. There are several good restaurants nearby. "Great family hotel"
This was my first time Staying at a Bed & Breakfast and I was very pleased with this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and nice, they even upgraded us to a suite. We felt right at home at the Queen Anne B&B. we had a parking space and the suite was pretty nice because it was designed by a local artist. The location is pretty good, about 10 mins […] walk to the city centre so it is very close to downtown. The breakfast was probably the best thing. All ingredients were fresh and was cooked while we waited u like hotel buffets that are prepared early. "An eclectic experience. All we can say is WOW!"
They have their own one acre farm right in the middle of Denver. But don't be fooled by the historic exterior or the fact that the building is on the National Historic Register. The inside is modern and FUN! We stayed in suite four, complete with a huge sunken tub, rain shower and complete living area. It even had a wine fridge. But don't expect to […] sit down and watch the T.V. because our suite had an old fashioned 13" VCR combo. Art abounds everywhere and creature comfort is the main theme. Sit down at the round table with 12 guests, for wine at 5:30 or breakfast the next morning. The owner is your Chef and cooks with an Indian flair that will tantalize your tastebuds. If you can find a place that combines 1860's Denver with modern art, comfort and Asian food let me know where! We are still smiling here two miles high in Cripple Creek. "Great and hospitable staff, cottage style hotel"
This is not just a hotel, it's a nice cottage with hospitable staff that creates the home-feeling. I did not have a great first impression when I got there, because it's not a tranditional hotel, it was just a house on the street of Denver. I thought it would turn out to be a bad experience, like motel... And also, there's no elevator inside the house. […] However, as I settle in, I found some great stuff. Like my title, pretty much every staff in the house is really reaaly nice in a genuine way, you can literally feel it. And they have snacks and wines provided every afternoon for free. "Great B&B-stay here!"
Nice and quiet, walking distance to everything but far enough away from 16th street mall. Great breakfast, helpful innkeeper, nice local park, local restaurant/bar. The Queen Anne Bed and Breakfast is a very nice place to stay. Great owner/host, excellent food, close to downtown, clean and quiet. I would definitely recommend it.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Not the greatest experience"
This hotel was OK. The Garden Room is in the basement, the window in the bathroom doesn't fully close, there's really no way to get the room dark for sleeping, and the room is noisy from the kitchen and rooms above it. It was cold when we were there with snow on the ground so our showers were cold! (The window in the bathroom is in the shower). There […] is no TV ( I guess I should have known this) and we were unable to connect to the internet service. Overall we were quite grumpy when we left. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
We had a wonderful stay at the B&B! The staff was friendly and helpful- the breakfast was yummy and the room was cute and quaint. My only complaints are that the bed was creaky and not very comfortable, and the room was stifling hot and had no fans.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Nice Slice of Denver History"
The Queen Anne was delightful! The check in time was very flexible, the bed comfortable, the breakfast delicious and shower hot. I'll definitely stay there again. The location was good in terms of the restaurant I had dinner at, the Denver Botanical Gardens and the Ogden theater.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Love this bnb and location"
I found this bnb online and once we got there instantly fell in love. The owners brought a modern twist to their antique homes. The owner is a professional chef from NY and his food was amazing! I had three bowls of the homemade yogurt. I especially loved the sense of community there. The owners partner with local farmers and artists. I love it! My […] boyfriend was missing his TV since it is the basketball and opening baseball season but we caught up at local taverns. The only problem we ran into was how noisy the be could be. "Very friendly and contemporary"
My husband and I enjoyed a nights stay at the Queen Anne this past week. We found it clean, organized, and friendly. The food was good. We stayed in the gorgeous Aspen room. "Best hotel stay ever"
We stayed in in of the artist suites. The room was great, and the hot tub was perfect. The breakfast and happy hour was worlds better than any of the chain hotels can do, as the owner is a NY trained chef. incredibly accommodating and generally cool. Great location. Never staying in a regular Denver hotel again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Amazing, unique experience"
Very beautiful, unique place with wonderful style and some of the best hospitality I've seen in any hotel or B&B. Breakfast became the high point of the trip, which is impressive given the draw of Denver, CO in general.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Nice suite, excellent price for Denver, in a borderline neighborhood. VERY convenient neighborhood and easy parking, garden behind. What needs work is the breakfast. The waffles were cardboard (sorry) the fruit on them was fine. During the winter, be sure to take out the extra blankets, since the windows are apparently original. Overall great vibe.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Fabulous, comfortable, and cozy!"
The Queen Anne personifies the B&B experience. The staff is so personable and the historic aspects of the home are amazing. Definitely a top choice.Genuine Expedia guest review
The staff was wonderful - warm, professional, and efficient. The structure is lovely and nicely furnished with vintage antiques. The breakfast was super. But my room was too small to fit a chair next to a very small table, so they offered me a larger one where I could use my computer. It was quite a hike from the convention center; the wheels on my […] laptop bag will never be the same. I enjoyed a wonderful dinner across the park at Jonesy's Bar, but had to walk past an apparently homeless person sleeping under the pines to get there! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
