"An eclectic experience. All we can say is WOW!"
They have their own one acre farm right in the middle of Denver. But don't be fooled by the historic exterior or the fact that the building is on the National Historic Register. The inside is modern and FUN! We stayed in suite four, complete with a huge sunken tub, rain shower and complete living area. It even had a wine fridge. But don't expect to […] sit down and watch the T.V. because our suite had an old fashioned 13" VCR combo. Art abounds everywhere and creature comfort is the main theme. Sit down at the round table with 12 guests, for wine at 5:30 or breakfast the next morning. The owner is your Chef and cooks with an Indian flair that will tantalize your tastebuds. If you can find a place that combines 1860's Denver with modern art, comfort and Asian food let me know where! We are still smiling here two miles high in Cripple Creek. "A great find in downtown Denver."

"There's nothing not to love."
Very sweet building, with lovely and well maintained decor and thoughtful design. The folks working (even the maintenance men who were just passing through!) were so incredibly generous of heart and welcoming. There was absolutely not one thing that we didn't love; rooms were clean, well appointed, comfortable, perfect. And downstairs is lovely. Lovely!! "Great and hospitable staff, cottage style hotel"
This is not just a hotel, it's a nice cottage with hospitable staff that creates the home-feeling. I did not have a great first impression when I got there, because it's not a tranditional hotel, it was just a house on the street of Denver. I thought it would turn out to be a bad experience, like motel... And also, there's no elevator inside the house. […] However, as I settle in, I found some great stuff. Like my title, pretty much every staff in the house is really reaaly nice in a genuine way, you can literally feel it. And they have snacks and wines provided every afternoon for free. This is an awesome hotel. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Great B&B-stay here!"
Nice and quiet, walking distance to everything but far enough away from 16th street mall. Great breakfast, helpful innkeeper, nice local park, local restaurant/bar. Definitely stay here if you want to avoid the big commercial hotels downtown. I staid during a conference and walked to the conference hotel -this place made the whole trip. Will definitely […] stay again. Historic house...if you can't be happy without a large flat screen TV give this a miss. The Internet was good and I got all my business computing done fine. "Good B&B close to down town Denver"
The Queen Anne Bed and Breakfast is a very nice place to stay. Great owner/host, excellent food, close to downtown, clean and quiet. I would definitely recommend it.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Not the greatest experience"
This hotel was OK. The Garden Room is in the basement, the window in the bathroom doesn't fully close, there's really no way to get the room dark for sleeping, and the room is noisy from the kitchen and rooms above it. It was cold when we were there with snow on the ground so our showers were cold! (The window in the bathroom is in the shower). There […] is no TV ( I guess I should have known this) and we were unable to connect to the internet service. Overall we were quite grumpy when we left. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
We had a wonderful stay at the B&B! The staff was friendly and helpful- the breakfast was yummy and the room was cute and quaint. My only complaints are that the bed was creaky and not very comfortable, and the room was stifling hot and had no fans.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Nice Slice of Denver History"
The Queen Anne was delightful! The check in time was very flexible, the bed comfortable, the breakfast delicious and shower hot. I'll definitely stay there again. The location was good in terms of the restaurant I had dinner at, the Denver Botanical Gardens and the Ogden theater.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Love this bnb and location"
I found this bnb online and once we got there instantly fell in love. The owners brought a modern twist to their antique homes. The owner is a professional chef from NY and his food was amazing! I had three bowls of the homemade yogurt. I especially loved the sense of community there. The owners partner with local farmers and artists. I love it! My […] boyfriend was missing his TV since it is the basketball and opening baseball season but we caught up at local taverns. The only problem we ran into was how noisy the be could be. There was a couple staying there the same time we were that had stayed there 19 years ago on their honeymoon! I would absolutely recommend this bnb to anyone and everyone. "Fantastic! Beautiful B&B"
We stayed in Suite 3 and the room was incredible! The pictures on the website did not do it justice. The hand painted walls are unique and truly special. The room was spacious and the private bathroom was great for a bed and breakfast. The inn keeper was helpful and knowledge about the history of the building and surrounding neighborhood. "Romantic weekend getaway"
A very nice place for a weekend getaway. They still have some heat control issues as was related in an earlier review. Fortunately we were able to open a window and cool the room somewhat. The staff and food was fantastic.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Very friendly and contemporary"
My husband and I enjoyed a nights stay at the Queen Anne this past week. We found it clean, organized, and friendly. The food was good. We stayed in the gorgeous Aspen room. The only issues were the temperature (which didn't rise above 69 degrees even though we set it all night for 75) and the tight size of the shower. Otherwise, it was a very enjoyable […] visit. "Best hotel stay ever"
We stayed in in of the artist suites. The room was great, and the hot tub was perfect. The breakfast and happy hour was worlds better than any of the chain hotels can do, as the owner is a NY trained chef. incredibly accommodating and generally cool. Great location. Never staying in a regular Denver hotel again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Amazing, unique experience"
Very beautiful, unique place with wonderful style and some of the best hospitality I've seen in any hotel or B&B. Breakfast became the high point of the trip, which is impressive given the draw of Denver, CO in general.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Nice suite, excellent price for Denver, in a borderline neighborhood. VERY convenient neighborhood and easy parking, garden behind. What needs work is the breakfast. The waffles were cardboard (sorry) the fruit on them was fine. During the winter, be sure to take out the extra blankets, since the windows are apparently original. Overall great vibe.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Fabulous, comfortable, and cozy!"
The Queen Anne personifies the B&B experience. The staff is so personable and the historic aspects of the home are amazing. Definitely a top choice.Genuine Expedia guest review
The staff was wonderful - warm, professional, and efficient. The structure is lovely and nicely furnished with vintage antiques. The breakfast was super. But my room was too small to fit a chair next to a very small table, so they offered me a larger one where I could use my computer. It was quite a hike from the convention center; the wheels on my […] laptop bag will never be the same. I enjoyed a wonderful dinner across the park at Jonesy's Bar, but had to walk past an apparently homeless person sleeping under the pines to get there! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Nice, restful place with great workers"
The only thing we really did not like was the frame around the bed that stuck out several inches from the mattress. Hard on legs, shins etc.Genuine Expedia guest review
I had a great experience at Queen Ann B&B. My room was very clean, spacious and quite. Fireplace and free wifi were a nice touch. The breakfast was outstanding and delicious. Staff is very nice and friendly, they have water/coffee/tea/snacks for you available throughout entire day & night. I had a nice room with a separate living area and my only complaint […] was the lack of TV in the bedroom and how small the TV was in the living room so I didn't even turn it on. Also, even though hotel is right next to downtown it was hard to get a taxi so I recommend everyone to call in advance if you need a taxi. "Delicious and friendly break from convention hotel"
Late getting a convention hotel, this was a desperate but fortuitous place, about 0.7 miles from the convention center. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful at this lovely bed and breakfast. I enjoyed the breakfasts and, although I didn't partake in the happy hour, it looked very relaxed. "Lovely, but not perfect"
This is a beautiful hotel in a historic mansion. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, the building and grounds are beautiful, and food is delicious! The owners are making a big effort to do everything sustainably and locally, so their produce is locally grown or grown in the garden on the grounds, and they patronize local business for food, amenities, […] and furniture as much as possible. That being said, I was staying during a heat wave, and the old mansion doesn't have very good airflow. I had a choice of a very hot, stuffy room, or running a noisy window air conditioner. Needless to say, I didn't sleep well at all. The Queen Anne is in the Uptown district, but right on the edge of Five Points and across the street from a park with several homeless encampments. I walked across the park on my first night at dusk to go to a local eatery, and didn't really feel safe doing so. (I'm a woman and I was traveling alone.) The hotel security is very good, so I felt safe while in the hotel; I just didn't wander the neighborhood too much. Overall, this is a lovely place, and I'll return, just not during a hot summer. "We were very pleased"
Nice little garden in the back for a breakfast treat. :)Genuine Hotels.com guest review
This is a charming B and B with roots in early Colorado history. You are close to downtown, but the neighborhood is quiet. It is a short walk to the 16th Street Mall, which has free bus service. Our room was comfortable and the service was excellent.Genuine Expedia guest review
I stayed at the Queen Anne while I was in Denver for business. This was my second visit to the Queen Anne. It is easy to walk downtown and is right next to a park, so is fairly quiet. Last time I stayed, I complained that I didn't have a tv in my room. This time they kindly remedied that for me. I also attended the free nightly cheese and wine happy […] hour they host, which was excellent and a nice way to mingle with other guests. "Perfect location, great food"
Within walking distance of Edgehill and just a few minutes drive to the Denver Art Museum. However, the art in the B&B deserves attention as well. I loved the Plan B if you missed the already liberal breakfast time - the breads laid out for late comers would be the featured items in most B&Bs.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

Millan, was a fantastic host! You really feel welcome and that they care that your there. It was a wonderful experience. They offer fresh from the garden vegetables, fruit. "Modern B&B, close to downtown Denver"
The B&B was very modern and each room is decorated differently. I was there for business and wanted somewhere within easy walking distance of downtown. This was perfect. One thing that I was not aware of when I made the booking, is that only some of the rooms have TVs. Mine, I discovered, was one of those rooms. When I asked about it, I was told that […] it's so people can utilize "common areas" (none of which have a TV). I can understand if you are on vacation and staying there, that you probably have stuff to do in the evening. However, I was there by myself on business and don't really know anyone in Denver. It would have been nice to watch a little TV before going to bed at night - also it would have helped drown out the creaking floorboard noise from above. Another thing to note is that the food they serve is all vegetarian (no bacon!). I am on a diet and they chef was very accomodating in making me an egg white veggie omlette. They even bought the no sugar jam that I requested. I hope to stay there next time and they assured me that I would receive a room with a TV next time :-) Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Stay if you can."
I know Denver and this was the perfect location if you want to be close to downtown. I will stay at QABnB again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Very charming place. The room I was originally booked in was right off the dining area (surprise!) and they moved me to other rooms that were open - two different rooms over my three night stay. I really, really appreciated being moved as I probably would not have enjoyed my original booking much. The staff is great, the breakfast is delicious, and […] I had some fun downtown Denver stuff right in walking distance. You have to be game for creaky floors, moderate water pressure and stairs when you book here, but if you don't mind, this is a great deal. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Lovely B&B in a newly-gentrified neighborhood in Denver, a few minutes walk from downtown. The original bedrooms in this converted Victorian are now guestrooms, and, though a bit small (or cozy, if you're a B&B fan), are the perfect change from the impersonal corporate business hotels. Lovely staff, great home-cooked breakfasts with all local, organic […] ingredients, and a thriving local restaurant scene make this a charming change of pace. If you're afraid of the street life in a not-quite-completely gentrified area, if you don't want to interact with the other guests, or if some tattoed, nose-ringed bohemians as your hotel staff will freak you out, you should probably stick to the Shera-Marri-Hyatt-Holiday Inns. If the idea of a mildly boho, intimate, and friendly homelike atmosphere sounds intriguing, The Queen Anne is the perfect spot in Denver. It's my go-to hotel for Denver travel from now on. "A close-to-downtown B&B"
A lovely house in an historic neighborhood and one that is a National Landmark to boot! I stayed two night and was given an upgrade on arrival to the top floor, a nice big room. It seems that the "Oak" room, which I'd booked, is on the ground floor right next to the dining room, so it might have been a bit noisy in the mornings if one wanted to sleep […] beyond 7:15am! (Not that it would have been a problem for me...) Very welcoming host who cooked an excellent breakfast as well. It's an easy walk to downtown where there are dozens of restaurants. NOTE RE: COMFORT: I could have done with no air conditioning, especially at night, since night are cool and the fresh air very nice. But there are no individual controls and thermostat was set at 68 in the hallway. The bed was great. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
