Everything went really well. We had some difficulty getting temperature of room regulated like we wanted it, but the place was clean, well maintained, staff nice and we would stay there again

The motel had been renovated but left some repairs undone. Our room had tile missing in the bathroom. It was expensive but was close to where I wanted to be so I took it. It served my purposes but was fairly pedestrian in appearance and comfort for the price paid.

"In desperate need of renovations"

Room was clean but with peeling walls, shower didn't work, I had to call them to come and fix it so I could shower! Also, only a kid could take a shower comfortably, since the height of the shower head on the wall was less that 5 feet! Water wouldn't even reach my shoulders, and I am not tall. Breakfast was great, though, more that many hotels of the same type and network.

Hotel locations and equipment are O.K. But we had several difficulties. 1) Hotel key did not work 3 times and had to ask receptions. 2) TV was broken 3) Internet connection was terrible

One friends' room did not have a trashcan and only three bath towels when 4 people were to use the room. No wash rags-- they were "out of them"; so had to use handtowels in the shower to wash with. Before we reserved the room, we called about their pool to make sure it was going to be open. They said yes it would be. Swimming was supposed to be part of the "FUN" we planned for this trip. The pool was dirty, but the jaccuzi was gross. Looked like it had not been clean in a long time. On second day of stay, our room was not freshened until almost 4 PM. We were already back for the day and had to come to a still dirty room and dirty towels.
