Dreamy stay
I loved the atmosphere, and enjoyed meeting people over meals in the kitchen, talking and hanging out. The hot tub was incredible outside under the night sky, with total peace and quiet. Someone was playing a beautiful piece n the piano, and it was just perfect. My room felt like a retreat away from it all, and I slept very well!

Nice small guest house with high pricing
The Guest house is in good condition and the Staff is very friendly. The rooms are very very small. The breakfast buffet was okay. Price was on the higher end and did not match with what we got.

Would recommend
Stayed 2 nights. The Woodend room is a bit tight for an open suitcase, but still very charming and extremely clean. Staff is great and informative. Breakfast was very nice and we enjoyed conversing with the other guests, as it is more like a bed and breakfast

Avoid this place.
Avoid this place. Our room was described as having a "private bathroom". In fact, there was no bathroom, but there was a bathroom down the hall for us to use. It was not private, anyone could use it, and we could only get to it by passing through common areas. I alerted the manager to the fact that the room was misrepresented and that they should update the description; his reply was "oh no one else uses that bathroom, so its yours". I further said that advertising a room as having a private bathroom implies to potential customers it isn't even accessible to other guests - it is connected directly to the room. He shrugged and walked away. Don't support a business that actively tries to deceive its customers. There are many honest options in Provincetown that deserve your business more than this place.
