"Solid with great location"

Good, solid accommodations, friendly and helpful staff with fantastic location. Breakfast was fine, room clean and quiet. Recommendation for cellar restaurant was a fantastic meal and also greatly appreciated being able to access room early after night train!

"1 night stay for business trip"

Stayed for one night at the end of a business trip to Poland. The location is great, just a few minutes walk from the main square and 10 minutes from Plac Nowy. I stayed in a single room which was small but perfectly formed. Quite a good choice for breakfast. Rate was 299 PLN so good value overall.

"Wielopole"

A small hotel with wonderful people! Clean, amazingly quiet, and a welcoming atmosphere established by the reception area staff. Being a small establishment, they do not have all the amenities (ie gym) that a bigger, noisier place has, but with all the walking to do in Krakow, who needs a gym? This hotel has the important things, wonderful people and comfortable rooms within walking distance of the heart of Krakow and public transportation. If I return to Krakow on my own, as I did this time, I would go here!!

"Nice hotel, wonderful staff!"

Good hotel, conveniently located only a few minutes walk from the centre of Krakow. Since we were staying with a 2 year old, the rooms were a little on the small side, but very comfortable and not unreasonable given price & location. The staff could not have been more helpful & were lovely with our little one. The hotel was easy to reach by car, and parking arrangements with the hotel opposite were very convenient.

"Excellent hotel"

The Hotel Wielopole is an outstanding hotel in an amazing location with the central square being approximately 10 minutes away by foot. During my stay at the hotel I found the staff extremely helpful, they were always happy to help you if you ever had a problem. The rooms were basic but we weren't in the rooms that often only to sleep really and I found them clean and comfortable, however, this is not a deal breaker, having a room to the back of the hotel the view wasn't that great (but that can't be helped). The wifi worked very well in the hotel rooms which is great when your a teenager and can't live without the internet. The breakfast was okay, not being a great breakfast lover, that didn't really matter to me that much. If I ever visit Krakow again the future, I will certainly stay at this hotel.

"Excellent location and super helpful staff who are fluent in English"

Stayed for 5 nights. Found the staff very helpful especially when an item went missing when visiting Auschwitz. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good. WiFi works very well. Location is very good midway between points of interest and we found it an easy walk to the Central Railway station. When visiting Krakow again I would certainly stay at the hotel Wielopole.

"Short visit to Krakow"

The Hotel Wiepole was an outstanding choice, and I was surprised at the value for money the hotel provided. The staff were amongst the most friendly and helpful I have come across, and nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean, airy, and pleasantly cool during some baking hot temperatures outside. I would highly recommend this hotel, and I will definately return!

Wielopole hotel is all in all the best hotel I experienced in Krakow. The stuff approach is superb and the hotel is clean and comfortable. Position is 4 minutes walk from historic downtown and railway station is 10 minutes far Quality/price ratio really high Highly suggested Federico

"Really nice hotel & Staff"

We stayed at the hotel from 30th July 2015 to 4th August 2015. The staff all spoke excellent English, were extremely polite and very helpful when needed. It is situated around 1 minute walk into the old town and about 1 1/2 minute into the square, so a perfect location. Nice to look at from the outside, rooms simple in design but clean with new towels daily. The only reason I gave 4 star and not 5 is that the TV only had English news channels but had plenty of foreign language ones, there was no mini fridge for storing drinks especially when it was warm outside and although the breakfast was really nice with plenty of choice it was a little repetitive. Overall tho, excellent value for money and I would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.

"Very helpful staff!"

The hotel is well located between the old town and Kazimierz. Rooms are comfortable, but rather dark and dated. The breakfast buffet is good, but can be very busy. If you enjoy coffee then pay extra for a proper cappuccino or espresso: the free coffee isn't great. If you come by car you can park in the street outside the hotel for Zl 32 per day (but you'll need lots of coins): parking is free at the weekend. The hotel's best feature is its reception staff who are extraordinarily friendly and helpful 😄
