The staff at this hotel were great! They always answered my questions with a smile. They were always willing to help me. I got to the airport late in the evening. I called for the shuttle around 8:00p.m. I just knew I was going to have a long wait, but the shuttle was there within minutes of my call. Jonathan was on the desk when I arrived and he was […] so very, very nice! So were the young ladies at the desk the very next morning. Eddie and Miguel were the shuttle drivers and they were also very nice and very helpful. The first room I was assigned was on the 5th floor and had a great view of the boulevard below. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the entry door and I was re-assigned to a room on the second floor. There was no view to speak of in this room as I was behind the hotel's huge sign. Also there was red markings on the floor of this particular room and there was a stain on the recliner. Other than that, the room was quite comfortable and I slept well. Very convenient shuttle between LaGuardia and the hotel, available until midnight to accommodate late check-ins. Front desk staff, concierge, and shuttle drivers all very friendly and helpful. Hi, this is an excellent hotel which offers free wi-fi and shuttle to and from LaGuardia (as long as your flight arrives before midnight). It can take up to 1 hour to get to Manhattan on the 7 subway station, which is a short four block walk, especially on the weekend if track work is going on. Very pleased. Room and hotel were clean. The room was a little small (two double beds) for two couples, but the bathroom was very large. It might have been a handicapped room. We were very satisfied and would stay there again because it is so easy to get into and out of the downtown area for a reasonable subway fee.

The Marco provided a nice stay for a wedding recently. The room was very well kept and clean. The only drawback was once we arrived in the room, my girlfriend and I planned on resting before a pre-wedding party and then showering before heading out. We discovered there were only 2 very small towels and thought we should request a few more since they […] were extremely small. We called the front desk to place our request and were told since we had two, we were only allowed two more. That seemed odd. Once the towels were brought up, we discovered we actually had no towels and only two hand towels since the ones brought to our room were much larger and actual towels. Aside from that, the location was perfect for us and the restaurant (Magna) was not bad for breakfast or late night drinks. We were in town for an international Junior Tennis Tournament being held at West Side Tennis Club in Forest Hills and happened to coincide with the qualifying round week of the U.S. Open in Flushing Meadows and couldn't have chosen a better hotel based on location alone. You can see Arthur Ashe Stadium from the window or our room and Citi Field, (the […] Met's stadium is even closer) The Hotel's staff was friendly, professional and accommodating. The hotel itself was modern, well kept and clean. Eddie the Concierge was outstanding and personally took care of arranging our transportation needs for the week and was a wealth of information on anything we needed to know about the area especially restaurants, groceries, stores etc. The hotel's associated car service was outstanding, ask for Gary by name and you can't go wrong. The guy was amazing. Magna, the on-site restaurant, was quite an unexpected surprise serving a very decent (although monotnous after a week) breakfast buffet and had excellent dinner service with a very good wine list in case you don't want to go out of the way for good Italian. Being right in the heart of a mostly Asian community there are numerous Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Vietnamese, and Mongolian cuisine eateries ranging from street vendors to upscale restaurants and all within the walking distance of a few blocks. Over all we felt like we received a great value for the price and will be staying there for future trips to the U.S. Open for sure. Read more

My out-of-town guests were very unnerved by the location, but they had no idea Flushing, years ago, had become Korea town. The parking for this place is tough, too, and the little garage they do business with is $19 a night and tough to get in and out of. This hotel worked out very good. We traveled to NYC for the Belmont Stakes and valued the free shuttle ride from LaGuardia and the proximity to the Subway 7 line to get to Times Square. This proximity was beneficial in our trip to Belmont Park to the races. Will definitely stay here next time for Belmont Stakes race.

Upon checking in, the clerk demanded an exorbitant hold placed on our credit card for " incidentals". It would be hard to imagine how we could spend that much in one night! The management was dismissive when we asked why this was not stated up front, when making the reservation, and said she didn't have time to explain this.
