"Needs improvement"

When I booked a suite I needed two bedrooms and they assumed I had 6 people because it automatically comes up 6 people. There is no place to tell it I only have 3 people. Hence, I got charged for 6 people, even after I told them there was only 3 of us. Also, there is no air in the front room part, only the two bedrooms. And you have to go through one of the bed rooms to get to the bathroom, the ONLY bathroom for a 6person suite. Rather odd I think. The one saving grace was the night reception (Dave) that went out of his way to come to my room and hook up my laptop. They did provide the free use of an ethernet cord.

"NEEDS IMPROVEMENT"

This was a pretty nice hotel, but very very NOISY so that you could not sleep!! Soccer teams, running up down halls.......not enough insulation where you could hear doors opening and closing ALL night long on other floors. It would have been nice to have a nice spa(jacuzzi) in room instead of a tub for the price I paid.

The service was excellent. Every employee we had contact with was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the hot breakfast was an added value. Everything exceeded expectations and we will definitely stay there again.
