THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL. THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND QUIET. THE COFFEE IN THE ROOM NEEDS TO BE UPGRADED. JUST LIKE DISH WATER. SORRY. ALL IN ALL, MY FAMILY AND I HAD A GREAT TIME ON OUR VACATION.

The beds were so comfortable. I pick a hotel by a couple of things: location, bed, and amenities of the room (refrigerator, etc.). This hotel had it all. The only thing I did not like was the pillows. I usually bring my own but forgot. I do not like the tiny pillows. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were in Anaheim for a function at the Convention Center and decided to stay at the Courtyard rather than the Marriott because it was less expensive and still within walking distance. The location of the hotel was as advertised. There was a path to the Marriott parking lot making the walk to the Convention Center very pleasant. We had 2 adjoining […] rooms which were located right across the hall from the workout room. Although we were led to believe we could use the workout room 24 hours, as it turned out, the room was closed in the early morning hours. That did not affect us, but may affect others. Our rooms were nicely appointed. There was a wardrobe in place of a built-in close that gave the room a more spacious feel. The room, however, was not clean. We found 2 unused Q-tips on the floor near the bed and the comforter had a small stain. The bathroom, though small was nice. The staff was not friendly. We asked for an extra set of towels around 10 a.m., after my son had a workout. When the towels were delivered we were asked if we still wanted our room cleaned. When we stated that we did, we were met with a sour look on the face of the attendant. Also, we ordered food at the lounge and the woman running the register was abrupt and did not seem to be familiar with the menu and the food was not worth the price. Read more

Overall the room is very comfortable. Quiet which allowed for good night's sleep. Only surprise was the parking fee which I was unaware of when selecting the hotel. If I was aware of this I might have selected a different hotel

The condition and quality of the room was excellent and the cleaning service was significantly above average. The lobby was undergoing renovation and there is only one elevator that I could find that services all four floors. The staff was helpful and courteous. I attended a meeting at the convention and feel sorry for all of those who chose to stay […] at the closer hotels who paid twice as much each night for little better than what I found at this hotel. Although the restaurant options in this hotel were minimal, a short walk provided numerous other choices. Anyone who is on business or planning to visit Disneyland, should consider this option. I understand kids will be noisy but my only complaint is the family above us allowing their kids to jump around at 6 am .... I called the front desk but don't think it did any good! Families with young kids shouldn't be on top floors!

I was disappointed to find the front lobby of the hotel under construction which made finding the entrance a bit of a pain. Then, after walking all the way around the hotel I had to go back and put my car ticket on my dash board. Since I had had a long day, this was unwelcome news. But true to Marriott form, the two people at the front desk took my […] growling in stride. Mike and Samantha turned me around with smiles and understanding. The next morning I was served at breakfast by two delightful attendants who made the whole experience what I have come to expect from Marriott Courtyards - pleasant. My last three experiences have been marked by exceptional people, clean and attractive lobbies and nicely appointed rooms for the business traveler. Whomever is in charge of training your staff deserves recognition. I've been very impressed by the positive attitude, knowledge and willingness to help. I like what I'm seeing and will very likely book a Courtyard for my next business trip. Time to find my rewards card. Read more

It was clean, just a few blocks from Disneyland. The parking is tight there, but it was great for what we needed. The hotel had construction going on so it was hard to find the lobby which was a little inconvenient. But it was a great place to stay.

The hotel was under MAJOR renovations, which meant there was NO Lobby, no room service, severely limited pre-cooked food options that you had to go out of your room into a modified small meeting room to pick up yourself for very high prices. The hotel lobby is undergoing renovation which means I can't say whether it was a nice one or not- but it looks like it will be lovely once the work is done. The rooms are very nice- nice size, nice furnishings, nice bathrooms- but the beds are very soft. I need a firmer mattress for my back. Also, while getting the bed ready for my night I was lifting […] the sheet up and down to make it smooth and saw something on it- two spots of something I couldn't tell what it was. I took a tissue and felt it through that and I'm pretty sure it was a certain type of bodily fluid that shall remain nameless. Ewwww, just EW! The housekeepers NEED to wash eevverythiiinng (each bed has a top sheet, a thin blanket and then another sheet on top of that- the sheet I am speaking of was the one on the very top, not the one closest to the mattress). This hotel is in a nice area near the convention center, and about a mile from the entrance to Disneyland (20 minute walk). Room access is via indoor hallways, and noise levels were typical (not bad). The staff was friendly and promptly attended to our requests. The hotel appears fairly new, is in very good condition, and the room was clean and comfortable. […] The vanity had one sink, but is not separate from the bathroom. The pool area, while nothing special, is very nice for a smaller hotel. There is also an outdoor spa. They have an on-site cafe that was open for breakfast and dinner, although we did not eat there. There is also a bar off the lobby with a flat-screen TV. Complementary morning coffee in the lobby was a nice touch (it was Seattle's Best, if I recall correctly). The elevator seems a little slow considering that there are only four floors, and we frequently took the stairs instead of waiting. While we did not mind the walk to Disney, it might be too far for families with younger children. Although the hotel does not have a shuttle, the Disney "Toy Story" parking lot is across the street (about a five minute walk) and we used their complementary bus one night when we were too tired for the trek back. This hotel is in a good location right next to the Anaheim convention center. If you're looking for a less costly alternative without compromising comfort this is a good hotel. For reference, I travel about 10 times/year on business so I can always appreciate a clean and comfortable hotel that doesn't provide the frills of a spa/resort but just what […] I need for my trip. It's also close to Disneyland, but I think you'd have to take a shuttle unless you're really up for walking. About 2 miles from Angels stadium, Target nearby. Location was perfect right across street from Disney Parking, where you could just catch their shuttles to go to theme parks. Perfect Location for Family Vacations to Disney. Hotel was well kept and the housekeeping was awesome.

The hotel is not too far from Disneyland but with younger children, it's too far to walk. Take the bus located in front of the Marriott towards the Convention Center and save yourselves from screaming kids. The front desk sells the bus tickets and I wish they told me when I inquired about shuttle service to the parks. Overall the room was pretty good […] and the service staff is friendly. Only minor detail missed is that there were 4 of us but there were only 3 towels. When we asked for 2 more towels (my wife likes a hair towel), they brought us 3. Our room had a door to the next room which made the wall seem very thin. This was only a problem one of the nights when we had neighbor with kids that stayed up late. The safety deposit box was free at the front desk and there's a mini fridge and coffee maker in the room, but no microwave.The hotel is right next to Ruth Chris which was had better food and comparable in price to our dinner at the Blue Bayou at Disneyland. I am a member of several hotel programs and have booked hundreds of hotel nights. I find Marriott to be extremely consistent and for this reason I chose this particular hotel over others in a similar price range. I have the usual positives and negatives mentioned by other travelers so it is almost what I expected with one exception. The positives: The […] facility is clean, the staff was very kind, the rooms were nice, beds comfortable, and breakfast sufficient. Negatives: You must pay for parking and the shuttle to Disneyland. (FYI...My brother stayed at the Crown Plaza two blocks further away. Rooms were comparable and the shuttle and parking is free.) Because I travel often I have my odd quirks. The only reason I would not choose this hotel in the future is because it does not have central air.
