The room was basic, but very clean, and had everything I needed for my one night stay, my only complaint would be that the bed was uncomfortable. But I only had to walk across the parking lot to get to the airport check in.

We have stayed here before and loved it the first so we came back here again. Dinner was really busy so was limited in reservations so definitely book in advance. Spa is excellent - foot spa, indoor jacuzzi and outdoor part too!

As this hotel was in a motorway service area, I was worried that there may have been noise, but how wrong I was! Despite being ground floor at the front of the building, it was one of the quietest hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. With free Wifi and the service area alongside, it was perfect for an overnight stopover.

It's the first time I've ever stayed at a hotel where I've been told I had to make my own bed!! We arrived late having booked a family room - two adults and one child. We were allocated a room which had a double bed made up, and a sofa. I went back to reception where another guest was trying to check in. Unfortunately the receptionist was clueless about […] taking a credit card payment and I stood waiting for 10 minutes whilst she tried to resolve this. Eventualy I managed to explain to her that I had pre-booked a family room and asked if I could be moved to a room with an extra bed made up. Eventually she decided to phone someone who told her that there were no rooms made up for family stays and that I would have to make the bed up myself. The implication was that this is normal practice! So I had to make up the bed myself, including having to work out how to convert the sofa into a bed!. Allied to this the fact that the bed was probably the most uncomfortable I have tried to sleep in this was not a good experience. I appreciate the rate was good but I have to say that it was totally unacceptable at any rate!! Read more

Simple motorway service station hotel. Room reasonably spacious. 'Executive rooms' had the added 'luxury' of a very noisy air-conditioning unit and a 'free' snack bar and bottle of water.

Bear in mind that this is a hotel located at a service station, but I was pleasantly surprised. The beds were comfy, the staff were very accommodating. We were checked in by Sally who was very helpful and pleasant. overall very good value for money.

We needed a hotel next to the motorway that was clean, safe and convenient. This hotel suited our requirements. The staff were nice and friendly and the room was lovely and warm. Moreover, we found a good engilsh pub not far away for our evening meal. Most important of all the dog was welcome.

Nice place, comfortable and clean. Access to and from one direction is inconvenient as there is no access from the Warwick South direction; have to go to next exit and turn around if coming from Warwick.

Our stay was convenient for the wedding we were attending in the Warwick area and we were very satisfied with the spacious room and delighted to have a complimentary coffee and tea tray in the room which many hotels do not supply anymore. Friendly and helpful welcome and farewell. We will stay here again in the future.
