We enjoyed it. The room was nice, walking distance to Osaka turist attractions. It's to bad it was for a night but, I would definitely stay there again.

Clean, nice staff, right next to train station, nice tube/shower, computer in room (free use). We'll stay again.

The hotel is clean and comfortable, even though the room and bath is tiny by western standards. It's right on top of the Crystal underground shopping mall which is connected to the Osaka metro, and steps away from some classy shopping districts. US travelers should remember to step up to get into the bathroom--true throughout Japan and Korea. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Small Hotel (almost guesthouse like) on a quiet back street near the Aquarium. There was no parking at hotel, stopping for checkin was ok though, so the son took the car away for parking. While all staff at hotels are helpful, here it was more family like.
