Everything went really well. Have stayed here a few times over the last 3-4 years. Usually headed to go offroading in local area.My only complaint this time are the beds. I must ave woken up 4 times in the middle of the night. Could not find a comfortable place on it to stay asleep. Beds need some upgrading. Are old and broken / tired. Have stayed here B4 & know it's capable of better service than recieved my last 2/3 visits. A/C unit in rm malfunctiined @1am & wouldn't shut off. It left us cold & we slept poorly. My wife didnt shower during stay becuz of cold rm. Toilets clog w/ even just a tissue. There was no hand lotion in our rm & it seems the hotel's offering of ample supplies […] of shampoo for 2 guests isn't sufficient. Leaves you lacking. I called front desk on prior trip 2 request bottle opener-it was graciously brought up 2 Rm. When I made same request this stay @ 9pm, was told by desk clerk there's 1 @ bar & it must be returned by 10pm. I was given impression I could walk dwn 2 get it (I just showered & was in pj's) Not happy that brkfst for 2 was paid in my Rm rate, but I was charged a 2nd time 4 brkfst in dining Rm. Had 2 bring it 2 attention of waitress 2 have charges removed. I was told front desk should've given me a purple token w/ rm keys. The front desk failed 2 do this on my last 2 stays, resulting in my past 2 inconveniences in the dining rm. Brkfst buffet is excellent & waitresses/servers are nice & efficient. Pleased w/ food & atmosphere of brkfst buffet. I feel front desk & housekeepers can improve in areas, 2 improve guests stay. Rate has increased & I feel there are other options 4 us in Winchester for $150+ a p.m. This hotel is beginning 2 fall a bit short, considering it's cost. Can & has been better. Very nice hotel, pool and hot tub was very clean. Exercise facilities were very nice. The only problem we had was with the shower. On the second day, the shower drain was clogged up and we couldn't use it. We were offered a different room to shower in but it was inconvenient to move all our stuff, so we just passed on the offer. An outstanding hotel experience, although they might wish to consider upgrading the TVs and increase the cable station offerings. What they had was adequate for us but might not be for many others. We have stayed in this hotel in the past and will no doubt again in the future.

Apparently Marriott does not honor the information sent to them from Hotels.com. I reserved a room for three. Two queen beds. When I checked in they had placed me in a single bed room. Their excuse? Both Expedia and Hotel do not transmit information to Marriott about number of beds or number of people. The desk jerk told me I should not rely on Hotel […] or Expedia but should call the hotel directly. When I called Marriott customer service, they found the information that was sent to the Courtyard by Marriott. Apparently Marriott has become a Motel 6. Read more

This was a last minute stop and I found the place to be clean, friendly and quiet. They charge extra for breakfast so I skipped that but their coffee was available all day long and it was complimentary which made me happy. I'll stay here again when I'm in the area.

I just needed a one-night stay while on my way from PA to southeastern VA and this was very convenient. Very nice room was clean and mattress was more comfortable than mine at home! Very quiet also. The only drawback was the heating and cooling was not perfect, but i always find those "iffy" at hotels. I'd definitely stay here again.

The hotel is new and therefore in good condition. I enjoyed the hot tub, but the indoor pool was too cold. Room was nicely designed and furniture was in good condition, but the bed was not as comfortable as places I normally stay, and the room did not come with a refrigerator or microwave like the less expensive Holiday Inn. High-speed internet access […] is also not that fast and the log-in procedure is rediculously involved. My biggest complaint is with the lounge in the lobby. I couldn't even finish my over-priced glass of wine because the bartender was engrossed in a disturbing, over-dramatized television show about a women abused as a child. The sound was blasting and she leaned over the bar right in front of me to stare at the screen, except for the three or four times she stopped to take personal calls on her cell phone. It was "hospitality" at its worst and I was disgusted. Next time I stay in the area I'm trying the Holiday Inn. Read more

We were on a long drive and needed a place to stay for one night. Hotel was new and in excellent shape. The only issue was the place was so new the address did not show up in my GPS system. I called the hotel and they provided an alternative address for my GPS. Breakfast was not included but free coffee was available in the lobby. A nice hotel.

The room felt very small, no heat light or exhaust fan in bathroom. Sound proofing left a lot to be desired. Internet access to most rooms was not wireless, which is baffling since this is a new hotel. Location and maintenance of hotel was fantastic. The staff was very friendly and helpfull.

We arrived at the hotel at 1am after an 8 hour drive from Tennessee. Very comfortable and clean hotel. Lovely large room but a bit noisy at night. We stayed on a Sunday night and Monday morning we were woken at 8.25a.m. because the cleaners start early during the week.......remember to put the do not disturb sign on the door if you want a lie in !!!!
