Check-in information

Reception hours at Bega Lagoon Resort are from Monday–Friday from approximately 7 AM−8 PM; and on Saturday–Sunday, from 10 AM–4 PM.

Instructions: After booking a reservation via this Web site, contact the property using the phone number provided in the reservation confirmation e-mail to book boat transfer from Pacific Harbour.

Guests must transfer via ground arrangements from the airport to a boat, which will take guests to the Beqa Lagoon Resort. Guests must contact the hotel at least 48 hours prior to arrival at the number listed on the reservation to arrange transportation.

Ground transfers from the airport to the boat launch are not included and must be booked separately. Boat transfers to the property depart daily from Pacific Harbour at 10:30 AM and 2:30 PM. Guests are asked to contact the hotel for assistance in booking airport ground transfers.

Prices of any transfer service are subject to change.
