Hotel staff couldn't have been friendlier and more helpful. Led us to hop-on-hop off experience which we used throughout our 3 week trip all over Europe. Location was very good, within walking distance of everything, and bus service right out the door. Felt like we had a personal travel guide right at the front desk and left with new friends.

I was playing in the World Super Seniors Tennis Championships, so location was excellent. Although i booked early on arrival i was given a room for a... disabled person. A short guide to Umag

Close to the Slovenian border on Istria’s west coast, Umag centres around a medieval old town built on a small peninsular. Large modern hotels, including good sports facilities and two wellness centres, line the coast. Although there is no beach, concrete bathing areas offer access to the water. Each July, Umag hosts the Croatia Open international tennis tournament, and there is also a large yachting marina.

personal: sehr gut, sauberkeit: sehr gut, lage: sehr gut da gleich neben dem meer aber kein wlan im ganzen hotel, zimmermöbel aus den 80er oder 90er jahre, in einer suite einen alten 55cm röhrenfernseher hinzustellen im jahr 2012 auch nicht schlecht.

Das Hotel an sich ist absolut empfehlenswert und entspricht zu 100% dem 4 Sterne Standard. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend, das Essen (wir hatten nur Frühstück) gut und das Zimmer ist sehr sauber. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns, dass der Boden in dem Zimmer nicht Teppich, sondern Laminat war. Wir hatten ein Zimmer nach hinten raus, was sich aber als sehr […] vorteilhaft herausgestellt hat. Und nun kommen wir zum Problem und zwar die Lage. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut für alle, die kein Ticket mehr für den Ballermann oder Ähnliches bekommen haben. Strand: Proppevoll (Sardinenfeeling), unschön, vollbetoniert, null Ruhe, absolut schrecklich! Abends Dauerbeschallung sowohl vor dem Hotel als auch von der nahe gelegenen Disco und weiteren Hotels. Alles dicht bebaut. Das wunderschöne Feeling und Flair der Kroatischen Strände und Städte kommt hier überhaupt nicht auf! Lage ist absolut nicht zu empfehlen, es sei denn, man fährt zum Feiern in den Urlaub! Sofern man mit dem Auto anreist, kann man wenigstens dem Rummel entfliehen und in der Nähe ruhigere und naturbelassenere Strände finden. Wenn man bereit ist, ein bisschen zu fahren kann man des Weiteren sehr schöne Städte (Rovinji, Novigrad etc.) besichtigen. Read more

De ontvangst in hotel was maar héél mager en de receptionist was niet echt beleefd . Ontbijt was prima en ligging ook . Wij hadden kamer met balkon , maar hebben geen balkon gezien ! indien ik punten zou geven op tien zou het zes zijn

Nous n'avons absolument pas aime, nous avons payer cher pour avoir une vue sur la mer, ah oui on a eu la vue sur la mer derriere d'enorme arbres!!! Ils ne sont pas commercial. La piscine interieur n'est pas accessible l'ete donc si il fait pas beau ne compter pas dessus! on avais juste un service de menage pour le lit, meme pas d'acces au spa (sauna, […] hammam....) Tout est en supplement! Le buffet est le meme tous les jours! Et enfin la piscine exterieure est tellement petite qu'on y rentre qu'a 40 dedans pour un gros hotel c'est pas genial! L'hotel è molto bello, immerso in una gigantesca pineta , con le camere a 20 metri dal mare. A parte il cibo che non era il massimo, tutto il resto è stato di livello eccellente. Un 4 stelle notevole.
