Overall we were very satisfied. The property is beautiful and very peeaceful.Our only disappointment is the size of the veranda, balcony area. It's so small that two people cant sit outside the room and enjoy the beautiful views. ridiculously small!

We had a beautiful 3 bedroom 3bath partial ocean view. Great bed and kitchen was well stocked for 12. Only issue, we had to walk a half mile to the beach at the Sheraton. The pool is wonderful. Really didn't want to go home.

we stayed their only one night before being able to check into a vacation home, but enjoyed the great location, ability to have the full suite and extra room. The grounds are just beautiful and walking distrance to the beach

Location.
Within easy reach of the beach, Alii Kai is in Princeville (Princeville - Hanalei), close to Hideaway Beach, Princeville Golf Course, and Puupoa Beach. Also nearby are Hanalei Bay and Hanalei Pier.

Prices at Ali'i Kai were reasonable compared to our other choices in the Princeville area. Our 2 Bedroom/2Bath condo was comfortable and well furnished.... We were able to make ourselves at home while we were in the condo. We were out and about a lot, but it was a pleasant enough place to spend the evening/night. I think the listing said there were 2 pools at Ali'i Kai, but you will only have access to one of the two pools depending on whether your building is Ali'i Kai I or II. The mountain view was pretty with constant waterfalls visible. While we were not ocean front, we could see the ocean from our windows since we were on the second floor. Ali Kai is looking pretty worn out compared to other condos in the area. Our particular unit smelled very strongly of mold so we moved to another condo.

We've been taking vacation in Hawaii every year for the last 4 years and this year was the worst. No internet access (this day and age???), no air conditioner, the refrigerator didn't work the first 2days. We could not keep the milk cool for our kids. No luck with complaint to the management. We felt they just took the money and run because we could […] not cancel our stay at their condos. We were told our place would be cleaned daily. There's no such thing at all. Read more
