The Platjador was wonderful and the staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The rates were very reasonable and the breakfast was terrific. I would definitely stay here again.

The Alenti's location couldn't be more central, just one block from the beach on a buzzing bustling side street known for its bars and eateries. The hotel defines minimalist chic: perhaps a tad too starkly Starck-ish in design yet comfortable nonetheless. Rooms are smallish but well-appointed with such necessities as Wi-Fi and laptop safes. Despite the primo location, street noise is fairly minimal. Staffers' English (well, my Spanish) could be slightly better, but they're friendly and willing to help with recommendations. Lack of parking is a drawbck, though there's a small public lot one block away.

The Hotel is excellent, located next to the Harbour with many Restaurants, Bars and the beautiful San Sebastian Beach. Service, breakfast, room (big with great bathrooms) are great. ALL the views are towards the sea and are great. Highly recommended.

We stayed here in September 2012 for 4 days - our first stop on our first trip to Spain. We took a bus from the airport when we arrived which took about 45 minutes or so. When we left, we took the train to Barcelona so its easy to get there and back. The location of the hotel was perfect. After reading the other reviews I spent the extra money and got a room on a high floor with a balcony and a view of the ocean and it was worth it. The rooms were small so the balcony was great to have. It did have plenty of closet space. The hotel was very clean and quiet when we were there. We paid for the breakfast and that was glad we did - there was plenty to eat, nothing spectacular but lots of choices. The hotel had bicycles to rent so we did that one day which was lots of fun. And the ocean was warm and the beaches clean. We would definitely stay here again.

We were really pleased with the apartment as we found it quite cheap and thus were unsure of what standart to expect. The apartment was clean and quite large. We were a little dissapointed with the 3rd bed in the living room as it was basically either the sofa or a matress that rolled out from under it which didn't seem to inviting. But my brother didn't […] seem to mind so much. The double bed was also very very squeaky which made it quite difficult to sleep. Also the noise outside was very loud and I can imagine that in peak season it being quite hard to sleep or easy to be woken in the morning which we were by rubbish trucks or car horns. Lots of clean towels and a very practical shower with toiletries. But the kitchen didn't have an oven and we really could have done with some washing up liquid and a cloth to make the stay even better but wasn't really a problem without. The apartment was right by the beach and although the balcony view was only the street, the beach was amazing and very clean and had a long row of shops. the spanish definately liven up in the evening and there were always plenty of things to do and see even though we went mid october where it was clearly low season and alot of the apartments were clearly empty for the season we had a fantastic time. We stayed in Calafell as we wanted to travel into Barcelona but not pay the high prices of staying centrally. We rented a car thinking that would be the easiest option but actually the apartment was only a couple of blocks away from the train station (renfe) and we were able to buy a multiple train ticket to barcelona central for around 20 Euros which got us all there a few times over without having to worry about parking. We did an awful lot of walking as we wanted to get to know the areas more by foot and found that was the best way. the locals were so friendly and helpful when lost. Appartamento confortevole dotato quasi di tutto (phon, ferro e asse da stiro e tutta la dotazione in cucina e condizionatore) si trova a pochi metri dalla spiaggia e dalla passeggiata, molti bar e ristoranti, bel posto per fare le vacanze estive. Una pecca non di poco conto dovrebbero essere un po' più corretti, non dovrebbero affittare gli appartamenti […] nel periodo invernale solo per fare soldi ( non esiste il riscaldamento ) due giorni di vacanza rovinati. Batteriene i safen var ikke byttet på mange år. Jeg gjorde et forsøk, fjernet de gamle med lekasje og irring, men kontaktene var så ødelagt at jeg ikke fikk inn de nye batteriene. Forøvrig var vi vel fornøyd med oppholdet.

Il faut aller chercher les clefs à l'hôtel solimar. Cet appartement correspond bien aux photos. TV en espagnol pas de chaînes françaises. Draps et serviettes de toilettes fournis. Petit cumulus pour l'eau chaude, donc 2 douches consecutives vide le cumulus. Pour garer la voiture il y a de nombreuses rues gratuites a proximite. La mer est a une rue parallèle. […] Fin mai, temps ensoleillé. Probleme récurant, non imputable à l'appartement : sejour calme jusqu'à l'arrivée de vacanciers qui ont laissé leurs enfants jouer dans l'immeuble, hurlements des enfants d'etages en etages ! Hyvä paikka jos ei kaipaa hotellin palveluita, lähellä rantaa ja juna-asemaa. Kaikinpuolin hyvä paikka jos tarvitsee vain hyvän majoitus paikan. Ainakin talvi aikaan avaimet haetaan samalla kadulla sijaitsevan hotelin vastaanotosta, sielä palvelu hyvää ja onnistuu englannin kielellä.

Todo bien, zona para el descanso perfecto, un poco dificil de encontrar los apartamentos ya que esta un poco alejado del hotel, y si se quiere utilizar la picina del hotel, queda alejado. Para ir a la playa es perfecto.
