Very nice resort, enjoyed our brief stay; unit had coffee stains on wall near table but besides that was quite clean; great mountain views outside our front door; there was some confusion about the length of our stay as we had booked only one night as our email confirmation showed but resort had us down for 2 nights; great to have a refrigerator but having a microwave and a few plates, bowls, knives would have been nicetoo.

Had the split room model, which worked out very well for 2 men on a ski trip. The hot tub was great. Staff was very nice. Bit noisy, could hear kids crying in the other room and the train at night. Of course every hotel in Banff that faces the tracks can hear the train at night when the whistle blows.

We recently stayed at the Fairmount Banff Springs. It was an amazing experience. The hotel and location were absolutely beautiful. I can't say enough. I have nothing negative to say. Awesome!!

The hotel was great and was perfect for our weekend of skiing. Located near the city center, it was a short walk to all of the shops and restaurants in Banff. The room was clean, though they forgot to give us hand towels. The second day the hand towels were there, so that was perfect. The only thing I would want to be different would to have a more "hearty" breakfast that wasn't bread based. I wish there were meats and eggs included. Otherwise, I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in town for skiing or for the summer.

Updated quiet rooms. Very nice. No coffee, tea, salt, pepper, tin foil, lotions, etc. This has all been provided to us in previous Canmore Hotel/condos... where you pay the same price....and no balcony. The room had some maintenance problems, the fireplace did not work and the washing machine was out of order. The bedroom tv did not have a remote. We really enjoyed to stay there . Everything clean and enough. Warm and nice place. Just difficult to find an office at the the time of arrival ,as it was hidden behind the building.

I thought this was a great find, we especially loved the jacuzzi after a long day of walking . The condo was great everything you could want . TVs are a bit dated but they work. Would devinately recommend this to family and friend , we will be back. Was a bit worried after seeing some reviews but we loved it.Only down side was the air conditioning bit […] noisy.
