I would definitely stay here again because the rooms were clean and comfortable. Our only disappointment is that the pool was not up and running. The kids were really bummed about that.

Great location to the airport, as well as shops and dining. Comfort Suites Airport always has kind staff - Trish greets you by name as you come an go. The breakfasts are great!

When I got to my room the electronic lock was not working but the hotel staff responded quickly and the problem resolved within the hour. Our Stay was great, very accomodating, a very warm and friendly staff who took care of all our request. Even changing a room for us! I book the hotel for a valentines treat for my husband. The hotel was nice and clean The only problem I had is that the kitchenette is not like the picture. It's right across the street from plenty of places to eat and if you need some diversion, there's also a good bit of shopping. We needed a place close to the Richmond Airport because we had a very early flight in the morning. It was very convenient to the airport, easy to find and get to using Bing Maps. We pretty much just crashed there for about 7 hours. But it was a very good experience.
