"Great room for the money"

The only issue I had was that the room was not ready for the advertised 3 pm check-in time. They eventually switched me to another room and I finally got in at about 3:45 pm. Still worth the money. Other rooms in the area were going for double.

THE FIRST ASSIGNED ROOM WAS OK. SO I REQUESTED TO CHANGE. I DID GET A VERY NICE AND CLEAN ROOM.

We arrived at the motel on time but exhausted. The Clerk that greeted us was very pleasant and helpful. We got to our room and it smelled very musty and it also had the wrong size bed from what my girlfriend said. We where so tired I didn't say anything until the next morning. When I told a different clerk the next morning about the smell and the bed, she replied in a very unfriendly manner, so we told her that we where leaving a day early and could we have the money back for the second day that we where not going to use and she said that she'll take care of it. When I got home, I found out that I was charged for the second night that we didn't use. Our stay was much less than pleasurable. The coffee in the morning did hit the spot though. In the future, I'll never stay at Econo Lodge again.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. Employees helpful, room clean, water hot, a very good value. Pet freindly, very important!!!!!

This hotel has not been renovated in many years. The bathroom did not have an exhaust fan leaving the entire room humid when we finished our showers. This is also what may have caused the mold problem that was lifting the wall paper and tiles in the bathroom. We registered for one night for 4 adults. I would expect the room to have towels sets for 4 people. Additionally, the hot tub had been damaged earler in the week but there was no notification at the front desk, from the young man that check us in, nor in our room. We learned of the closed facility when we went to the pool room. The service was excellent however, and when we called the front desk for additional towels and pillows the items were delivered in about 15 minutes.

This Hotel had excellent staff but terrible accomodations. The room was substandard. The air conditioner smelled horrible and felt unsafe. The room was very dilapitated. TV reception was fuzzy.

I took a room at this hotel as this was the "last" available opening anywhere in the White River Junction area for the night of my stay. I was happy that Hotels.com was able to get me a room as I had booked it just a few days before my actual stay. I would like to preface my comments with the fact that I have stayed at this hotel previously so I knew what I was getting myself into. The good news about this hotel is that it has a hot shower, allows pets and is conveniently located. The bad news is that the hotel is run down, the rooms smell and is expensive. Due to my experience with this hotel I knew enough to bring my own pillows and blankets. There are plenty of other hotels in the area for the same price - book your room early so you won't have to stay at this hotel.

This hotel was terrible! Personnel at the front desk could hardly be bothered with us, and did not take our concerns seriously at all. Worst of all, the security doors (doors from lobby & hallways to exterior parking, etc.) all had broken locks. Anyone could have walked into the building without a key and without passing the front desk. Staying there with our small children was frightening. On top of that, rooms were not very clean an amenities were almost non-existent. DO NOT stay at this hotel if you can help it! Please note, however, that Hotels.com customer support was very helpful when we called to complain. We cut our stay short after the first night and found another hotel, but their customer service made the ordeal a little more bearable (Special thanks to Maria!).
