"Looking forward to the next stay..."
Beautiful place, loved the adobe style building and grounds. Nothing like waking up to cool monings and the voices of coyotes! Very friendly and comfortable; looking forward to the next trip!Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Bed and Breakfast off the beaten path"
Small B&B, quiet surroundings, large comfortable rooms. The proprietor was very friendly and accommodating.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Sweet Manager but thats about it!"
This place was very unsecure, we had an half inch play in our door lock with no kind of hardware on the door jam. The room had a old older to it. The carpet was old and had patches in places of repair. The bathtub tile had pulled away a 1/4" from the wall, light bulbs were out, the double set of closet doors would not open. The floor was spongy from […] the plywood needing to be reattached. The TV was a tiny old non flat screen that you could not see from the bed. The blue leather sofa you see in the pictures had the hide rubbed off it from what looked liked pets crawling on and off it, and although a added bed to the room, they had an old cot set up to be an extra bed that just looked awful. At one time this place was probably nice, but it looks like they need to put some money back into the rooms and get a good maintenance man. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Yolanda is such a gracious hostess and fabulous cook. Our room was quiet, spacious and comfortable, overlooking the valley and mesa. The perfect retreat for our anniversary. We plan to return.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Taos Country Inn was a delightful surprise. A charming B & B nestled in the countryside just outside of Taos, it was a lovely place, but just a short drive into the town of Taos. Yolanda is a gracious hostess, breakfast was delicious, and we will return the next time we have occasion to go back to Taos.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Avoid at all costs"
If you arrive late (after 6 PM) you are left to find your own way to room in the dark. We were promised a room key in room but none was to be found. The breakfast was poor and instead we headed to a diner for a decent meal. Never did meet anyone at the B & B affiliated with it. We also found the room to have no toilet paper anywhere and could not find […] anyone to help. The Internet is sketchy at best. I would highly recommend seeking other accommodations when in Taos NM. The host was the best just like going home. The place was just plain beautiful and the most peaceful and relaxing place to get away from the hustle of life. It was close enough to get to all the action but off the beaten path. Will most definitely stay again. Highly recommend.Genuine Expedia guest review

"Excellent B & B in Taos"
Driving to it, we were a little unsure of our decision. Once we got there though, we were extremely pleased. Everyone was very friendly and the room was beautiful. Very clean and neat. The food was much better than we could have expected and the owner went above and beyond to be helpful. We will definitely stay there again when in Taos.Genuine Expedia guest review

"What you think of when you think of Taos NM"
We really enjoyed our stay at Taos Country Inn. The Bed and Breakfast facility was first class - everything from the quality of the facility to the excellent food to the ingratiating attitude of the owner. We would highly recommend a stay at this excellent Inn to anyone thinking about a visit to Taos.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great Stay at the Taos Country"
This bed and breakfast has eight rooms of various sizes overlooking a courtyard. It is in a family home in the adobe style and you are hosted by the owner who is charming and very helpful. Our room had a fire place and tile floors in the NM tradition. It was charming. Breakfast presentation was very nice and a great way to start a day of sight seeing. "Fantastic Bed and Breakfast"
The proprietor is a woman named Yolanda, she is a wonderful host, the rooms are stylish, very clean and back up against a field of flowers! The rooms are on the quaint side not large but very comfortable. This was walking distance to main street Taos 1.5 miles and a wonderful experience!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Nice Owner but Caveat Emptor"
The owner was nice, but I didn't know until arrival that it was a B&B. More importantly: (1) there was no air conditioning, and it was too hot to nap in the afternoon even with all the windows open; it didn't really cool off until about 10:00 PM. (2) There was no ice. I had to go into town to buy ice for the cocktail hour after the only full day I had […] in Taos. (3) There was no computer, so I was limited to my iPhone. And (4) the in-room TV was so tiny that you couldn't see the score of the game you're watching. Other than that it was OK. But expensive, compared with a regular motel that doesn't have any of these "issues." Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Yolanda was wonderful. She makes you feel very welcome in her home. The home is situated in trees at the end of a long driveway. It is very secluded and comfortable. It is close to all the sights in Taos but allows you to relax and enjoy the country.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Nice Bed and Breakfast"
Went to Taos for a weekend get away to relax. The Taos Country Inn was a great place to relax. It was not on the main drag going through Taos and was quiet and peaceful. The owner was a great host and she made great breakfasts.Genuine Expedia guest review
"A definite gem!"
This is an excellent place to stay for some much needed R&R. It also works great as a hub to explore the surrounding area. Yolanda opened her home and we felt so welcomed. Her breakfasts were delicious and a great way to start the day. Her cheerful disposition and charm were a pleasure. We look forward to returning the next time we're in Taos.Genuine Expedia guest review

"Must eat at Lambert's!!Great Green Chilie Stew!!"
Yoland was the hostess with the mostess! This was a last second pick and it worked out great for us. Very helpful. If you are expecting a high end hotel experience this is not the place for you. "Wonderful Bed and Breakfast"
We loved our stay here. Yolanda was a most gracious and welcoming host. Our room was very comfortable and spacious. The grounds and patios were gorgeous. The inn was a great starting place for walks in the country and into the town of Taos. We would certainly stay here again!Genuine Expedia guest review
Yolanda was a wonderful hostess and her breakfasts were divine. However, we didn't realize it was a B&B and that's not our preference since we wanted a more private experience. The description said we would have a patio --we didn't. There is a shared patio available. Also, the tub/shower needs to be redone due to a pretty bad leak and deterioration […] of tile. Room was clean, spacious and nice, except for a terribly uncomfortable bed. Yolanda was great, though and very helpful in telling us the area sites and activities. I hate to give it anything but exceptional ratings, but the bathroom and bed left a lot to be desired and I have to mention it. It's terribly hard to find and we never could have found it without a gps. :( Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

Owner (Yolanda), a beautiful thoughtful person, great cook, generous with her time and help with local information. By the time we left, she was a dear friend. Wonderful hospitality and beautifully quiet.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Our 3 night stay was great. We were there in late December 2012 and the inn ( more like a bed and breakfast) was clean and beautifully decorated. "Owner is a delight"
The Taos Country Inn is aptly named as it is very much in the country even though it is less than 5 minutes from the center of Taos. The Inn is clean and comfortable but getting there is a little confusing and complicated. The surrounding properties are variable with some of them looking a little uncared for. The best part of our stay was the owner […] Yolanda, who is a very caring and gracious host. She is very helpful about showing you what to do in the area and makes awesome pancakes for breakfast.
