Staff were nice and helpful. The location of the hotel is within walking distance of the city center but secluded enough to enjoy a bit of solitary isolation from the city noise. If you go be sure to bring insect repellent because the mosquitoes were relentless. I didn’t care for going to the front desk to make an outside call because they didn’t activate my phone services when I checked in; however, the overall accommodations met my expectations and I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

The hotel does not look like much from the outside but the rooms were very clean and very comfortable. Just be careful of the mosquitoes while dining at the outdoor restaurant. Overall one of the finest hotels I have ever stayed at in Asia.

Le personnel de l'acceuil a fait preuve de peu de discretion, quand la femme de ménage a demandé quelle chambre elle devrait choisir, elle a répondu en thaï assez sechement, "peu importe, ce n'est qu'une chambre a 1500 baths". Le ton de cette personne etait d'ailleur le meme au telephone... assez déplaisant. Et le petit déjeuné n'est vraiment pas terrible. Autre chose, les robinets etaient en tres mauvais etat et il faut attendre (sans exagérer) 2 minutes pour que l'eau chaude arrive... je n'y retournerais pas.
