The hotel was great ! We only stayed one night because we have little ones, and that was enough. The kids really enjoyed story time at night. The bathroom was a little small. As for the waterpark section, I didnt think there was enough staff. So again if you have little ones, make sure you keep an eye on them.

We took our 3 yr old daughter on this trip to Niagara Falls, Canada. It was about 10 minutes from the Falls. The hotel we all loved. It is very family oriented. My daughter loved the anmatronics, storytime, crafts in the Cub Club, getting the wolves to howl - talking with the Bear,Moose (at least 4 times a day). We stayed MOnday-Friday end of September so it was very quiet until Friday and we loved that - highly recommend going on an off-season and during a weekday if possible! We ate at the buffet for dinner twice and had lunch the first day (kids menu was great: example: macaroni and cheese served in a kettle pot with goldfish crackers swimming on top and gummy worms surrounding the plate - right up my daughter's ally! Waterpark was great - lots for her to do, we went everyday - in between site seeing- and activities- and even great slides that Mommy and Daddy took turns trying. All in all it was great! We would love to go to another GWL in US - but afraid to compare it with this one - which we thought was awesome!

For the money, I think you are better off staying at this hotel and using the waterpark than going to the waterpark on the strip in Niagara. The exclusive "guest only" policy is nice and keeps the crowds at bay. The hotel was almost completely booked and the waterpark was not as crowded as I expected. The room is OK - not great but OK. The kids loved the park (so did I!)

Had a great stay. Really liked the wrist band room key idea. Much better than a card key. The nice sized in room refrigerator and microwave allowed us to have some meals in the room and cut down on dining out expenses. Water park was awesome. Our kids had a blast!! Great entertainment especially for our last day when the weather was rainy.

We have been here 2x and this time was much less crowded and far more plearsurable. The weekends and holidays get very crowded with long lines for the waterslides/shops and food. . the hotel is very nice and clean and the lobby is quite cute with animated wolves/bears..etc. ..definitely ask for a room near the main center lobby as the halls go on forever and it is a very long (at least 5 minutes) from the end of these halls to the elevators. .. the waterpark was very clean and lifeguards are all very attentive!! ..we had tons of fun and will be back!

We got a fantastic price on the room through Hotels.com and when we checked in they offered us an upgrade at a reasonable price. We all (2 parents, 3 kids aged 21,16,11)enjoyed the water park. The only downside is that it is not really walkable to the Falls area -- distance and neighborhood. Also the bunk beds were not comfortable for the boys -- too small and sheets wouldn't stay on. We would recommend it to others as well as stay there again ourselves.

We spent two nights at the Great Wolf Lodge and enjoyed our experience a lot. The water park (indoor) and the outdoor pool were amazing. If you plan to spend a lot of time at the hotel, this is a great deal. Our only complaint is that the family suite we were in had the sink in the main room area instead of the bathroom. It was impossible for someone to be getting ready at the sink without waking everyone else up. The quality of the hotel amenities were not the best (e.g., small & rough towels).

The room was very comfortable. The room was located on the top floor at the very end. It had a vaulted ceiling which made the room look large and roomy. It was close to a side elevator and a side door for easy ingress and egress. Another guest mentioned that the main elevators were always crowded and slow. The water park and outside pool were clean. The water was warm and refreshing. The kids had a great time in the pool after a long day of sight seeing. The only disappointments are: that the AC/fan unit in the room made a lot noise; there was no information in the room about the wireless internet connection; and there was no information about attractions, public transportation, shopping and resturants -- you basically had to ask.

We had heard about this hotel by friends who went to the one in PA. They raved about it so when we had the opportunity to stay here when we went to Canada, we were excited! Well, it definitely lived up to our expectations. This is one wonderful place to take the children. There is something for every age group. Our son just turned 3 and we were worried there wouldn't be much for him to do but they had a section of the water park just for small children with 4 slides in varying lengths. We couldn't get our son to leave. They also had a Cub Club where the children could do arts and crafts and even PJ partied (for children over 4). At 8 pm they had story time and everyone was so nice and accomodating! The arcade was fun also. If you don't want to visit anything else, this hotel has more than enough to keep you and the little ones occupied. For adults, they have a spa and a gym. The pools, slides and lazy river are fun for everyone. The buffet was a little pricey but the quality was excellent! A DEFINITE RECOMMENDATION! We can't wait to go back!

Over all very happy with hotel and services, special thanks to the life guard who rode the slide with my son when I couldn't. Only complaints would be the hotel bathrooms are small when you are trying to bath kids, not much room to move around. And I personally didn't like having to wear a wristband for the stay but my kids didn't want to take them off even after we got home. The kids had a great time and are asking when we get to go back.

Finally got a manager to walk to room with me(of course farthest room away) didnt work then either. She assured me room would be fixed when i came back and there would be new key(wrist band) at the desk. Never happened did get a late checkout for free but wasnt worth the aggravation engineering did fix it the last NIGHT we were there said he was never aware of the problem. Great idea, great time for the kids. Hotel rooms are rough and bedding is just absolutely awful. They really need to upgrade the bedding in the rooms and all would be much better. They also had no options for securing kids in the beds with mattress sides and considering it's designed for kids, they should rethink that.

The staff was genterally very friendly, with an occasional bored appearing lifeguard. The only glitch was that I requested a late checkout, which cost 50$. We were then locked out of our room. The front desk remedied this and did not charge the late fee due to the inconvenience.

The rooms were perfect. The fridge and microwave came in handy. The hotel is about 10 minutes from downtown Niagara Falls. Close enough to get to, but far enough away so that you feel relaxed and not in the middle of tourist country. The staff was wonderful. This place is made for family vacations. We are looking forward to our next vacation there.
