We had a great stay at the Kyriad Disneyland Paris. Check in was very easy, just showed the front desk our paperwork and was given a key. If you're going to Disneyland, go to the hotel first because they have a shuttle that will drop you off MUCH closer to the entrance and you don't have to pay parking at Disneyland Paris. The hotel and staff are great. Really great service just a little disappointed with the breakfast since it was the same thing everyday. The cutlery wasn't all cleaned either some still has some left over food stuck on it. The location of the hotel is great with great shuttle service to Disney which is about every 10 mins.

Nice location very close to Disney with a shuttle running every 20 minutes. Clean, good breakfast buffet. You can reach downtown Paris or any sites in Paris via the train station. The train station is 50 - 100 meters from Disney entrance. I would stay here again.

Hotel was nice. Room with bunks for children was nice. Food at resturant was very good and bus service to EuroDisney was very convenient although packed most times we used it. Overall compared to the other much higher priced hotels this hotel is very good for families who don't want an elaborate hotel.

The hotel is located very convienently near the Eurostar train station and Disneyland Paris. Just a short free shuttle bus ride! The check in was quick and the room was nice and a good price. The breakfast buffet was nice.

This was a really nice place, especially for families. The staff was friendly and everyone spoke english (or tried really hard). The room was clean, a little small, but the beds were very comfy and there was a bunk bed for our 2 kids. The breakfast buffet was good. We visted Kyriad as a family with 4 adults and 2 children... the hotel services and the use of the shuttle bus was extremely convenient and the staff were very helpful. The hotel was near Disney Park just 5 minutes. The rooms were comfortable, clean and beautiful. The air conditioning didn't cool the room the way I like it but I think its just the way it is in Europe since the same thing happen in all the hotels I stay all over in my one month trip there. I was a little put out that the internet only work 2 days of my week’s stay and the bed sort of sagged, but other than that it was a great location with regular and free shuttle bus to Disney/ train station! It's a great hotel if you want to go to Disney land most of the time but not pay the hefty prices for the Disney land hotels. There is a free shuttle bus there and back every 15 minuets. There is also a train station in front of Disney land that will take to the centre of Paris or anywhere else in Paris.

Great location 10 minutes on 54 bus to eurodisney. Evening buffet good value at 22 euros and children ate free, get to restaurant at 6.30, the food was loads better that when we visited first time would recommend. The room was clean but bathroom tired with slow to drain sink and wobbly tiles but beds very comfortable.

Breakfast was busy but well organised and the food was good. Almost all the staff we met were very friendly and helpful. The bedroom was fine but the bathroom was very shabby with paint peeling off the walls and 12 tiles in the bathroom loose, the cleaners kept covering the loose tiles with a large mat. I asked at reception for another pillow but they said the hotel only had 1 per person and there wasn't one spare in the whole hotel. Shuttle buses to Disneyland worked well, they were very packed but you expect that at Christmas. We were really pleased with the hotel, the staff and our rooms. No its not a posh hotel but its a good standard for a family break. All reception staff speak really good English and everything's signposted in French and English. The free bus shuttle service (which can be really busy at peak times) is frequent and fast and in essence means there is […] no need to be in the Parks hotels. There's ample parking if you are driving there and the hotel is right next to lots of others which are fairly well signposted so finding them isn't too hard. Breakfast is a buffet with cereals, continental breakfast and hot food such as sausages and scrambled eggs. You're asked what time you are likely to come for breakfast when you check in and they give you a ticket with a 20 minute time slot, or a full hour slot before 8am. Its a large hotel so this helps ease the risk of a mad rush and queuing. They will let you use a time slot that isn't on your ticket if they're not too busy. Queuing is possible but not excessive. Evening meal is a buffet with a good selection, plenty of kid friendly stuff like chips, nuggets and fish fingers but variety for adults too with fish, poultry etc and some indulgent desserts. If you're driving ther's also the option of local friendly restaurants within a couple of miles in places like Bailly Romainvilliers and Serris. There's also a local supermarket (Carrefour) in Bailly Romainvilliers along with a local bakery and farm produce stalls on a Sunday. Read more

The hotel is well located, clean and comfortable. We found it an ideal base for visiting Disneyland Paris. However, having to queue outside in winter weather for breakfast is not acceptable. The average wait time is 20 minutes, despite breakfast times being pre-allocated at check-in. we will not be coming back.

We were very impressed with the hotel and the friendliness of the staff, particularly at such a busy time of year. We were happy to be away from the Disneyland Park but to be close enough that the bus ride was only a few minutes. We plan to return to Disneyland for Christmas 2013 and will be happy to return to the Kyriad Hotel for our stay

Fantastic place to stay when visiting Disneyland! Reception staff extremely helpful and pleasant, room warm and comfortable. We stayed 3 nights in room 2000, it was very quiet and convenient for the restaurant. Although there was a queue for breakfast on 2 mornings the 1st morning there wasn't as we chose to go in at 8am.
