"worst hotel ever to bring a family too"
save your money and book another hotel. worst hotel ever. dirty and expensiveGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Kyriad was at a great location with a 10 minute shuttle ride to Disney and the local train station, which had frequent trains to Paris. Our room was basic but clean which was fine for us as we were only there to sleep. We were out every day. We really appreciated the free wifi. That came in useful when we needed to get info via the internet. We chose […] not to eat breakfast there but there were places available where you could pick up a quick bite on your travels. The restaurant was not open during the afternoon so we had to rely on the vending machines when we got there which was ok. We used the coffee machine alot, in the lobby, but unfortunately it broke during the end of our stay which was a shame. The hotel was at an affordable price and the staff were helpful. We would come here again in the future. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
Staff indifferent regarding customer service. Like a mill churning through visitors to Disneyland Paris. Breakfast and dinner is expensive for what is provided but families have no other options in the Disneyland Pairs area. No comparison to the competition around the California Disneyland location. Clean. Comfortable. Simple. Also, was able to check in at 10am, park car, and get the free shuttle bus to Disney.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Perfect location for Disneyland Paris."
Brill location for a stop off for Disney. Hotel, V clean, rooms great, beds nice and pillows OK. Staff very good! Breakfast was nice with plenty to choose from, nice coffee machine and juice machine. . Good shuttle service to Disneyland. Only thing that spoiled it was the complete lack of manners in getting on the bus.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Great location. That's all."
Full of unattended noisy teenagers. Terrible overpriced food. No milk for the cereal. Grubby room. No kettle. Shower leaked out of the pipe. Had children's rides in the foyer but these were all out of order. Litter remained on lawned areas and corridors were dirty. Staff doing their best but fighting a losing battle.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Low cost, good value"
We have stayed at other hotels in the neighbourhood before and never really used any of the hotel services - each morning we had breakfast early, went to Disneyland as soon as it opened, came back after the midnight. So, I decided not to pay for any of the services then and took the cheapest room I found. Yes, Kyriad needs renovation, but because of […] its location and frees hutlle bus service, it was just more than enough for us. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Excellent bargain for Disney goers on a budget."
Staff were excellent professional and location was awesome with a regular shuttle. All the services in the hotel were there. Rooms were a bit tight for us 2 parents and 2 small children. Bunk bed was a smart touch which kids loved. Has a bar and a restaurant (20 euro buffet). Building a bit in need of a good Reno but everything worked, looked a bit […] tired. Highly recommended. "YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED - stay anywhere by here!!!!!"
Absolute nightmare two night stay. From the moment we were checked in by the unbelievably rude front office girls, it didn't improve. We were a family of 4 travelling from Australia. The 'family' room was tiny - there was no where to put our 4 large suitcases, so they were left in the entrance hall and we had to step over them to get to the bathroom. […] Little things that just weren't considered like only giving us two towels, despite it being a family room, no bar fridge or coffee making facilities in the room. The bed was ridiculously uncomfortable and squeaky. It was also the noisiest hotel I've ever stayed in - people were still checking in at midnight and making no effort at all to be considerate of sleeping guests as they made there way to there room. Kids were running up and down the corridor outside our room screaming while we were trying to get our two boys to sleep. And we didn't eat there - we walked in and out of the restaurant after seeing the food on offer at the dinner buffet and ended up catching the bus to the Disney Village for dinner and breakfast the next day. We were on a 4 week tour in Europe and of the many hotels we stayed at, this one was the worst by far. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Cheaper than some but......"
Tired, worn and grubby, like most of the Disney hotels. No control over heating or air conditioning in the rooms. There is a control switch but, apparently these are only activated in July so, if you happen to stay on a hot May or June evening you won't be getting much sleep. Windows on ground floor are actually doors so, can't be left open. Walls are […] paper thin so the door slamming and kids running up and down the halls should take your mind off the lack if air. A 3 star only in the fantasy world of Disney! Oh, take your own pillows, it was like balancing your head on a foam football. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Noisiest hotel I've ever stayed in!"
Awful experience, thank goodness we only booked one night!! Kids and adults, shouting And screaming until all hours, I was very lucky and got moved due to children being kept awake past midnight. "Kyriad Hotel at Disneyland Paris"
Nice hotel but a bit tired on the deco. Can use some maintenance and a lick of paint here and there. However its clean and the maids did a good job daily tidying up. The main down fall for this hotel was the THIN WALLS. which made it noisy as you could here everything going on around you which was annoying when trying to sleep. Also there was alot of […] small parties placed randomly across the hotel? which personally did not like even thus Im a parent. I felt that the hotel could have split the guests up using the two buildings the hotel has. But as days went on I realized the teachers liked to sit down stairs in the main hotel lobby bar drinking into late hours while the students were left to own devices running up and down the lifts and floors creating a nuisance to other guests. The situation was not helped by hotel staff who came did their jobs and went-zero interaction with guest even when you approached them, very little conversation ac my advice is this, its worth paying a little extra a night and stay at another hotel near by called the Explorer. Or if you really dont care about the money then Disney New York Hotel is the best. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Long weekend in Disneyland Paris"
Booked two rooms from Friday until Sunday. Rooms were okay, clean and airy. For British guests, they really have to invest in tea and coffee facilities in the room. There is a coffee/tea machine in reception, but what comes out of it is yuk. We had breakfast Saturday and Sunday, typical continental and acceptable. The Sunday however was a shock when […] we had to queue outside the restaurant for 30 minutes in sub zero temperatures whilst you could see empty tables. I appreciate that 8.45am might be peak time for breakfast but nonetheless not good. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"You get what you pay for"
We got a great special offer on this room meaning that, for 4 of us, the price was about equivalent to a hostel. Therefore we can't really complain about the low quality. However as the room was cramped, the beds uncomfortable and our room was situated right by a corridor on which major building work appeared to be being done (and which, despite the […] 'no entry signs', was not blocked off in any way which could have meant an accident considering the number of children staying at the hotel) So we couldn't recommend it and we wouldn't go back. "Poorly maintained, very basic"
Arrived late in the evening for one night stay. Check in process was OK, but not particularly welcoming, then had to drag luggage to a separate building that looked very basic and run down on the outside. Room was small and basic, cobwebs in the corners, TV aerial socket and the surrounding plaster hanging out of the wall, beds not very comfortable. […] Compared very poorly to budget hotel chains we often use in UK. Didn't use any facilities except room, so can't comment, except that the prices for the buffet breakfast seemed very high for such a low grade hotel. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Communication could be better"
Checked in early which was great as had a horrendous journey. Went to breakfast next day & told not included. Reception said they had not been told by Expedia but on production of the email changed this. Trouble was they didn't change it for every day and we kept having to speak to reception every day. "Very cheap hotel and you can tell"
Not enough things for the children to do as I have stayed in a few hotels which was more entertaining and had more entertainment. Kids got bored with nothing to do in the hotel. "Trip to Disney on a Budget!"
This Hotel will be what you expect, for the price. the location is very convenient to both Disney and the train station thanks to the shuttle bus that runs from early to just before midnight.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Obviously, the reason to stay here is the Disney park shuttle and a fair price compared to the surrounding options. In the US, this would be a bit better than a Holiday Inn Express. The rooms are clean, the hallways functional, the walls are a bit thin if you have noisy neighbors. Breakfast is not included (at least not for us), but we did eat at the […] hotel restaurant one night. It was buffet with minimal staffing, but it was okay in terms of value. Your other dinner options are all the fast food restaurants near Disneyland and the train station, e.g., Planet Hollywood, etc. It has a Disney store on premises and the staff can arrange tours of Paris for you if that's on your agenda. "Good hotel for the price, 8 minutes by bus to park"
Great hotel if you're on a budget. Nothing luxurious but if you're just looking for a base while you explore the local area / Disneyland it's ideal. Rooms adequate, comfortable, and cleaned / replenished daily. Staff welcoming and helpful, and also speak a multitude of languages. The restaurant offers a variety of dishes all you can eat buffet style, […] plenty of choice for mains and desserts (unless you're vegan/vegetarian). The food was nothing special but does the job after a busy day in the park. May appear pricey but it's comparable to what you would pay anywhere else locally but with the added benefit of being able to fall into bed as soon as you've finished. If you've booked breakfast it's best to get there before 7.45. Regular shuttle bus service to and from Disneyland taking about 8 minutes but be prepared to stand, they're normally packed. "As expected for the price"
Other than a few loose tiles on the bathroom floor in both rooms the hotel was fine. Breakfast was plentiful. The rooms were clean and reasonably comfortable. "Kyriad October Stay"
Very good although hotel is made up of different blocks from main hotel which did cause some security concerns so we didn't leave anything of value in the room. Our room was first room in corridor at the top of open staircase. Breakfast/dining block was also in a separate building. Lots of coming an going with large parties arriving late evening (10-11:30)and […] the large wooden staircase was a bit noisy but no problem sleeping. "5th stay at the Kyriad"
Logically, the title of my revue would tell you what I think about this hotel! I travel to Disneyland Resort Paris 3 or 4 times a year and cannot afford the Disney Hotel prices! I hold an annual passport for admission to the parks which allow me early magic hours without staying in a price Disney Hotel. The Kyriad is one of four "associate" hotels which […] provide relativity cheap accommodation and a free and regular shuttle service to the parks from about 06.00 to 24.00 (The reason for the early start is that the shuttles bring in the staff who prepare your breakfast etc) Allow the Kyriad is a Basic hotel chain the quality of the accommodation is high and certainly exceeds the likes of Travelodge in the UK for quality and style. "As close as Disneyland hotels, but SO MUCH CHEAPER"
We think it's a no-brainer: stay at one of the non-Disneyland hotels for much much less money. The Kyriad is just as close or closer than some Disney hotels, has a shuttle service to Disneyland, only five minutes away. One problem: it doesn't have as many shuttles, so at the end of a long day at Disneyland, you're left waiting for a shuttle with many […] more people than there is room on the shuttle. Our poor children were muscled about by other tired Disney-goers, shoving their way onto the bus. Kyriad: operate more shuttles at the end of the day! Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Great family hotel"
We had a great time, room was quite spacious with very clean bathroom. Highly recommendGenuine Expedia guest review
My second dtay at a Kyriad hotel, it will be my last..... The hotel was clean and fairly comfortable, not bad for three star rating. The room was okay but be warned, take your own pillows - here they are very cheap and thin, zero support with no extras in the room. Sadly it is the food that really lets this place down badly. Evening meal was a set menu […] buffet which cost (for 2) 50 Euros. Everything on offer was cold, (it was fairly late when we arrived but still comfortably within the agreed serving window). The manager was hopeless, very poor customer service skills and just not interested - his professionalism was to tell me to put it in a microwave...!!! I did not spend 50 Euros for a nuked' main meal, very poor customer service - had he been in my employ he would now be looking for employment elsewhere...! Choice for the price was limited and basic. Some 30 minutes before we rejected a fillet at King Ludwigs Castle, (Disney Village) which would actually have cost less - this decision made in favour of getting to our hotel because basically we were shattered after a tough days work. Being a resort hotel it is in the middle of nowhere it's not possible to pop out for a quick steak or something nearby - thats a drive away and after having had a beer, well you just dont drive do you... The bar also was a dissapointing, no drafts - all bottles. Thats about it, you choice but next time round I'll be taking my team somewhere else.... Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Broken bed and airconditioin no Shampoo or tissues"
We were given a room with a broken bed lacking the middle support beam so the whole bed was leaning to the middle and very uncomfortable. The temperature was set high and the hotel staff told us they can't change it and we were told to open the windows […] which didn't have a screen so we got lots of mosquito bites.
