"Times Square Nugget"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 6, 2012
We really enjoyed our stay. We stayed for a week and were glad to find a hotel right in the heart of Times Square. The service was definitely top notch! The front desk was courteous and the concierge was very helpful, recommending great shows and restaurants. Our room was nice. It could've been a little larger. But the bathroom was a good size and the size of the TV's and the fact that they played HD was a bonus. Also, the bed was quite comfortable. The cleaning staff did a fine job of keeping up the room. I'll definitely recommend this hotel to others.
"Consistency. You can depend on it."Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 5, 2012
Finding a "GOOD THING" these days can get harder and harder. For this reason when you come across a 'good thing" it is priceless. One of the most recent "good things " that I have come across is the PARAMOUNT hotel in Times Square. The first thing that I leave the hotel impressed by is the professionalism and commitment that is demonstrated by the staff. Starting with the front desk where I was checked in by Catherine and continuing until the driver which I received at the hotel hands me my luggage at the airport. Catherine followed the details of my visit until the moment I checked out. The only dislike that I had which eventually i got over was the view of the alley where the boiler or some loud machine was placed. I know that from now on I will request a room that faces anywhere but there. If you are going to New York and plan on taking in Broadway there could not be a more perfect location. I love this hotel so much I find myself wanting to travel to NYC more. I cannot wait until my next visit to the PARAMOUNT which I hope will be in the next few weeks.

We had a very good time and the hotel was close to work.
""Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 5, 2012
Very nice hotel, within walking distance to subway for access to Manhattan (take the 7 or E and you can get to grand central, times square, penn station). Just a few blocks to local restaraunts. The room was very clean, excellent staff, free shuttle to subway. Overall an excellent place to stay if your touring new york city. One note, if you are considering a "view room" save your money, the view is obstructed by a number of taller buildings (the hotel is only 7 floors). Overall an excellent experience and I would definitely stay again, especially at the rate because of the new hotel discount. If you plan to take a cab from the hotel call one yourself because the service the hotel uses charges a flat rate to specific areas and you can get a cab on your own for cheaper generally.
"Nice hotel in the theatre district"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 5, 2012
Very nice hotel in the theatre district. Friendly and helpful staff. Basic room accomodations but very clean. Would recommend.

Let the West Coast have Hollywood; Broadway’s lights are just as bright, and many screen actors come to the Great White Way to gain acting credibility. Area attractions include Carnegie Hall, Rockefeller Center, Radio City Music Hall, and the Museum of Modern Art. Resplendent St. Patrick’s Cathedral takes up a block at Fifth and 50th. Once seedy, Times Square now hosts ABC, MTV, and NASDAQ.

Nice room - you could hear everything outside your door but great price for where the hotel is located
"Great location"
The room was small but nice and clean. Location is very nice, just a couple blocks from Times Square and ten minutes from Central Park! Internet however was pretty slow but on the sixth or seventh floor there's a cafeteria and printing machine that has better wifi. The only problem we had was that I booked two nights and added an additional night later […] on. I confirmed two days before my arrival that it was three nights yet on my third night I was not able to access my room! This was luckily resolved quickly but it was an unnecessary hassle... I would still go back and stay there and would definitely recommend this hotel! Read more
"Location, Location, Location AND a GREAT value!"
My husband and I came here to celebrate our 37th anniversary and to visit our daughter who lives in the city. The location is great, the room was lovely and the terrace bar was a perfect way to wind down after a long day of walking, walking, walking!

"Club Quarters next to Rockefeller Center in NYC"
I wanted a hotel room that wasn't going to cost a fortune since it was basically just a place for my daughter and I to crash since we were only there for one night and weren't going to spend much time in it. I just wanted the basics ... clean room, nice comfortable bed, private bath, decent service, and good proximity to where we wanted to go. This […] hotel was perfect. The room was a little small, but that wasn't an issue for us. And the space was well appointed. The bed was so comfortable I wanted to take it home with me! Staff was courteous. Also, the location was great because we could walk to wherever we wanted to go. I would definitely consider staying there and would recommend this hotel to others. Read more

"Club Qtrs Rock Center is perfect location"
Although most of the restaurants we decided to visit were downtown, the midtown location of the hotel was perfect. Simple walk to Central Park, easy access to the subway and a nice neighborhood to come 'home' to after a busy day spent downtown. Room was comfortable and functional, we loved the free bottled water and the staff were unabtrusive but very […] helpful when needed. Read more
"Close to all major spots in Times Square"
We stayed for 2 nights for our 5 years old birthday. The hotel was great, staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast at the Terrace is a must while staying. Great view. Convenient location, near times square and 5th Avenue. Great tourist stops near by. Definitely recommend this hotel!!
"Nice Hotel in the Middle of NYC Night Life."
The Club Quarters hotel next to Rockefeller Center is a short walk to everything we wanted to do. Dining, theater, sightseeing and shopping were very close. The hotel staff was courteous but lacked the warmth you may get from some of the upscale hotels. However, at the price we paid for this location, I'll gladly skip the "happy talk".
"Not happy with this hotel"
I stayed at Club Quarters opposite Rockefeller Center for two nights and was very disappointed. I paid just over $300 a night and got: 1. bedbugs. late at night felt stinging on arms and woke to see droplets of blood on skin; inspected sheets and found the telltale signs of bedbugs. 2. internet is dead slow, to the point i was only connected about 20 […] minutes over 3 days. 3. no bathtub, just a tiny shower stall with hand held, mounted sprayer 4. no free paper ever came to my room 5. free bottled water is on 7th floor outside restaurant or on 6th floor in gym so if you are on a lower floor, it's a trip 6. elevators are slow, slow slow. and need your room key to operate and that doesn't always work so be prepared to miss your floor at least once. 7. staff was neither friendly nor helpful (with cabs, bags, room problems) The location is good but so are dozens of other hotels in the area. I stay at Club Quarters in Philadelphia and LOVE that hotel so gave this one a try but it was very disappointing. Read more
"Club Quarters Hotel"
Hotel and staff was very nice and a great location for visiting the city. Only problem encountered is the fare agreeement they have with the local parking garage, while it has a great reduced 24 hour rate ($35 as of 03/17/12), it you go one minute past 24 hours you get charged for another full 24 hour period instead of charging the posted hourly rate. […] You get penalized for being at the hotel, this should be corrected. Read more
"St. Patrick's Day in NYC."
I stayed at the Club Quarters on March 17th. The street in front of the hotel was crowded with young parade-goers. The hotel posted employees inside the hotel's front door, in order to keep the rowdy crowd from entering into the lobby. Check-in was smooth and fast. The employees were friendly and helpful. Although small, my room was immaculate, comfortable […] and had a decent view from the 26th floor. I have stayed in Club Quarters Hotels in Boston, Philadelphia and now New York. I will continue to stay at these very fine hotels. Read more
This hotel is very conveniently located, and works well for families. However, i would probably not return. On the weekends, it is unbelievably noisy outside, and the noise penetrates the room and continued all night long. On Monday morning at the NBC Today Show, they had a concert beginning at 5:30 am outside with hundreds of screaming teenage girls […] coming to hear One Direction. Rooms are small, but i did appreciate the pull-out couch bed for our son. Read more
"Club Quarters, opposite Rockefeller Center"
This is a great location, convenient to everything.
"Awesome Location!"
Cons: The hotel entrance is almost unnoticable. Lobby is a not grand either. Pros: Located right across from the Rockefeller center. About 30 steps away from St. Patricks Cathedral. A block away from Times square. 8 blocks away from Central Park which is very walkable because you see a lot of shops and stores and historic buildings all around the area. […] No cab needed to tour the area. Plenty of restaurants outside. The Terrace club is pretty nice for breakfast in the middle of the concrete jungle while soaking up in the sun. Safe at any time. The room is clean, small and only has 2 pillows. But considering the fact that it's in the middle of all those places and the price is absolutely more affordable than the rest, I think this hotel is perfect! Read more
"can't get any closer to Rockefeller Center if you"
My wife & I have stayed here quite often over the last 5 years (20 weeks out of the year, 4 nights a week) for business and this is a really great option for a great location as long as you don't mind that they don't have a lot of "frills". It is meant as a business hotel but works just fine for vacationers. Look for the free bottle water machine on […] every other floor. Read more

"Cheapest Rm in the BEST Hotel in the area!"
nervous abt how bad the smallest rm wld be we were taken back by it's set up & very comfy bthrm as well. Only complaint was shower grout appeared moldy so didn't shower (but this was only overnite). Private restaurant & lounge was AWESOME! Look one way see Skating rink to Rockerfeller Ctr, look other way see St. Pat's Cathedral! Wished lounge stayed […] open past 10pm but hey, for $9/NYC cocktails we were xstatic! $11 Bkfst was shocking & filling! Now looking 4 excuses to go back!~ One tricky thing (which is 4 privacy) elevator will not work w/o inserting room key card first! Really cool, but we weren't told. Will not be dissapointed! "Short Vacation at Club Quarters Hotel in NYC"
Excellent hotel for a short visit to NYC. Near to almost every must-visit places such as historic site (St. Patrick Cathedral), restaurants, shows and plays. One thing I would sugest to the hotel management is to include free water in the room. Other than that it is perfect for a break in daily routine of anybody. Recommended!!!

"Convenient and Cozy"
We had a kitchenette with a pull-out couch and queen-size bed. It was very small, but comfortable enough. The front-desk staff and bellhops were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I would stay there again. We never made it to the 7th floor for free water and breakfast, but that was another plus!
"Great"
Excellent weekend, friendly staff, Hotel Restaurant is very good food, staff, very reasonable. Will stay there again.
"Club quarters hotel, perfect location!"
Quaint hotel, great service, excellent location, would definetely stay there again!
"Good location and comfortable stay w/ a few snags"
The hotel is very conveniently located across the street from Radio City music hall/ Rockefeller Plaza; St. Patricks Cathedral, etc. It is near the bottom of central park. The room was small, but not bad for NYC and the bathroom was also nice. Very clean and friendly staff. I would have given the hotel a 5 except for 2 things. 1) the bed was really […] hard. Some people like firm beds but i'm not one of them. Woke up feeling almost like I'd slept on the floor. 2) The elevators. This hotel has 20+ floors and only 2 elevators. Maybe it is normal to wait for an elevator for 15 minutes in NYC, but I am from Washington DC and have never had that trouble here. What was more frustrating, was the bellman blocked off one of the elevators at one point (despite the fact that there were about 10 people who had been waiting for close to 10 minutes) to carry enough luggage for someone to live for a month! He should have done this in trips and allowed hotel guests to use it. It was good I wasn't running late for anything! Read more
"Club Quarters NY: A Real Gem!"
Club Quarters opposite Rock Center was a terrific find. It's well-appointed, immaculate, and extremely comfortable. And the customer service and attention to detail was phenomenal! Their club lounge was a great surprise too; the perfect place to hang and have coffee or wine in front of the fire. I was shopping price when I chose this hotel, and I won't […] look anywhere else next time I'm traveling to NY! Read more
"Club Quarters - Rockefeller Center"
Just got back from a weekend stay in NYC at Club Quarters. This is a fabulous hotel. The staff was wonderful, the rooms were spotless and the location was great. Close to everything but a block from the noise. Elevators require key card for guest floors which we really liked. I don't think I will ever stay anywhere else in NYC. Highly recommend.
"Hotel in NYC"
The location of the hotel was great. We were able to walk to alot of locations. The room was a corner room and was near the elevators. It was alittle noisey but we were able to sleep. It was nice with a refrigerator and microwave. Also nice to have bottled water available for free.
"Very Nice !!"
Pleasantly surprised how nice the hotel was. The staff was friendly, room was a good size and very modern. It looks like it was just updated. We had a great view of St. Pats and the skating rink at Rockefeller Ctr.

"Club Quarters in New York - near Radio City"
Only two elevators makes for long wait times at check in and out. But easy to check in and out at kiosk
"Good location"
I was very pleased with the hotel. They were very accomodating getting my friends and I rooms next to one another. Fast easy check in and out. Cub Room is all you need for a few days in the city. Beds were very comfortable. Would stay again.
"Great location but poor unfriendly service"
I checked in at 4pm the room was not cleaned, had to get out couple hours before dinner. Concierge staff was very unfriendly couldn't find their validated parking space so I parked at the Hilton close by which of course had to pay extra. Their poor service cost me extra time and money.
"location..location,,,location"
The best value for your money in prime location. Will recommend it highly to all will definetly book again
and the cafe and drug store close by. We would happily book again. The T's from Philadelphia
"Club Quarters opposite Rockefeller Center"
Was a little nervous about traveling with my daughter. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Room was excellent for our needs. Close to our Broadway Theater and seeing the sights of Time Square. Could see the skating rink at Rockefeller Center from our room. Felt very safe.
"Great midtown place to stay"
Great Rockefeller Center location, usual Club Quarters quality. Do not miss the Terrace Room bar-lounge-restaurant.
