When I booked our room online, the hotels.com price beat other websites for the same star rating. It is convenient off the highway, which was helpful because we arrived late. The staff was exceptionally helpful (especially Sam!), and the breakfast was also very good. I plan to stay here again on my next trip to Laramie!

The Quality Inn in Laramie was a good, basic hotel. It served our family's needs very well. The staff was incredibly friendly, some of them going out of their way to accommodate my 2 small children. The kids loved the pool, which is really nice. I don't know if it's salt water or what, but it's not heavily chlorinated like so many hotel pools. The free […] continental breakfast was pretty good. We had to check out a day early due to weather, and the front desk staff was very helpful in getting us a refund for our last night. Our only complaint was with the sheets on the beds. Our room was right next to the elevator, but we could not the elevator at all. The mattress was great, with a pillow-top. Temperature was just right. Breakfast was the best, with sausage, fried egg, and many other choices.

I would recommend this for anyone traveling to see a college student from out of town. After a 6 hour drive, we were so comfortable in our room. The hotel was clean and impeccable. We actually passed it on the highway the first time. Their sign could be a little large, but when we finally arrived, we were very happy!

Very fine facility, quite up to the standards of Quality Inns I have stayed at before. The map on Hotels.com is INCORRECT - should be exit 310 off of I-80, NOT exit 311. Drove around in the dark for awhile before using a separate search on my phone to find the right directions. Once I found the place - very fine.

When I went to check in there was a bride/groom also checking in. That should have been a warning but I didn't think anything of it, until 2 am. We happened to be in the room next to them and I guess their wedding party decided to do just that (party). Even though we were in a non smoking room, the smell of smoke was overwhelming. It was a wonderful experience to walk in the door and be greeted with a wonderful welcome. They were more than polite, they were our friends and they made comments that made us feel important. We were on a two-week vacation and it was the last hotel, and was a breath of fresh air to us.

As kids ran down the hallways, you could hear it in your room. I think the walls could have been better insulated. The contential breakfast was nice. The pool and spa were also very nice. The beds were bouncy and kind of uncomfortable. Overall, it was a great hotel.
