Hotel was located in very center of the city, room was small but clean. Breakfast was very well. Also there was a garage 9 euros per night but free parking places are avalible in front of the hotel.Be careful when you order 0,75lt of water in the lobby, they dont tell the price when you ask and charge 6 euros at the end!

Aside from google maps getting us lost in the neighborhood, my experience with Zara was great. The hotel is beautiful, the complimentary breakfast was actually good, the service was sweet and thoughtful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Overall it was a good stay, the location is fantastic; the breakfast was a little shaky (small space was overwhelmed with guests that swarmed the buffet), and the top floor room had no view and a slanted ceiling that made for cramped quarters. Just get a lower floor room and you'll be fine.

When we arrived we received a room that smelled like a sewer. After convincing the front desk staff of the smell, we were then moved to the handicap room. The next day we asked to move to a more comfortable room. We were moved to a beautiful room on the 7th floor. However, the staff's changing room was located across from our room and the elevator, […] so it was noisy all night! Their website claims the hotel rooms are "sound proof," I disagree. The Boutique Zara was A+++ in every way--excellent staff & location on the Pest side. It was perfect for me, a 70 yr. old retired geographer; however, this was my first solo trip. After visiting more than 50+ countries previously, I had never been to Hungary. I would definitely stay there again & hope to return.

We had a wonderful experience staying at the hotel during Christmas. The location was great. We enjoyed being able to walk to the Great Hall Market and the Christmas Market in Vörösmarty Square. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good with a great variety of options.

I am a solo female traveler and this hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was very quiet, clean and modern. Staff extremely helpful. The hotel is a great value for money. Hotel rooms are super clean. Although there is no view from rooms, the location is very convenient to the the sights. Wi-fi availability was disappointing. It was only available from lobby area, not guest rooms - even then only intermittently.

The hotel is very new. I guess it is called a boutique hotel because the room was quite small, just slightly bigger than the queen size bed with not a lot of space left. The room was clean and new. Hop-on bus yellow line is only a block away but getting to other side of the river requires transferring and riding all around the city first on the red line or else walking 10 minutes to catch the red line elsewhere. They sorted out our transport to and from airport, our walking tour (both before we got there) and recommended lovely restaurant on our first night there and booked it for us. Perfect to use as a base for sightseeing. The central market is 100m away as is the nearest tram stop. Located at the southern end of a pedestrianised road its a 10 minute walk up to the very centre of Budapest. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Yes, the hotel is well designed and decorated, but it is 'compact', the rooms are small and walls seem to made of paper, so we could hear every word the fairly vocal northern lady next door was sharing with her partner (and possibly vice versa).
